Well, I saw this fake concept of colaroid Carhartt cargo pants that I didn't know was AI-generated, so I stopped by the store hoping to pick them up, and I found out that they indeed do not exist. While in the store, I saw quite a few intriguing options. I talk to one of the service reps by the name of Sky. She gave me some pretty good ideas on how to diversify my drip and I ended up spending approximately $200 on what I am very satisfied with: style pants and shirts. I will definitely be coming back for more. The customer service is exceptional and extremely practical. The size of their fitting rooms exceeded that of any other store I visited. I ended up purchasing the incorrect size (washed it & removed the tags). The employees here were great, and honored their exchange policy to work out for me. Carhartt has opened up a location in The Landing! This is a fairly new store full of disinterested employees and lots of clothing options! It is really well organized; all the men's clothing is on the left and all the women's clothing was on the right as you enter the store. The selection was solid and everything was well laid out. The ambiance felt Carhartt with a simplistic style and work lights hanging like pendants. That was a nice touch! The customer service was non-existent. Came in walked around the store for ten minutes. No one welcomed us or said two words to us. My friend wanted to try on some clothes that were secure. I am not sure why some product was easy to access and others were secure but it was what it was. Most of the employees were folding clothes or talking to each other. No one was helping out customers. We managed to pry one person away who unlocked the clothes and then left. When we checked out the cashier asked the customer in front of us if he had Carhartt's version of a loyalty account, but when we checked out she didn't ask us or mention anything about the program. It wasn't a warm experience. But not many dedicated Carhartt stores around! read more

I quite enjoy the Carhartt brand and was pleasantly surprised when I discovered last year that there was a Carhartt store at Renton Landing. The store is well laid out with its open floor plan. I have found the customer service to be really good. There was someone always available to assist when I needed help and it was often unprompted. Someone would check in on me and then once they did, if I needed help that person would provide excellent customer. I do wish there were quite a bit more selection available in store. I found more in stock at other retailers that sell Carhartt such as Bass Pro Shop compared to it's own retail store, I don't fault that of those working there as they are great with what they are working with. I will definitely be back and not just because I am a fan of the brand but also because I have enjoyed my experience each time I go to the store. read more

So sadly had a really poor store experience that uncovered a really poor company policy. Their own website operates independently from their own store so you cannot exchange anything in store purchased from their website. They ship it back to the warehouse via UPS so you wait a really long time for a refund and cannot do an exchange in store. Really bad way to do business. It cost them $200 today that I was spending until this. Save yourself the web experience and buy from a retailer with a better return/exchange policy. Go Nordstrom! read more

The representatives working in the store made up reasons why they would not honor the rework program for my items including "it's not in our catalog of items". I'm still waiting to find out where this rule is documented for reference. read more

I've come to this Carhartt location multiple times now and each time I've been taken care of beyond expectation. The team there seems like they have a fun vibe and theyre always there when I have a question. I bought my girlfriend a new Carhartt jacket and they didn't have it in store, so the associate helped me order it online and walked me thru and made it seem less. We later realized that it was too small and went back into the store, the staff made it extremelyyy easy to swap out the jacket for what we wanted! We were so happy we made a few others lurches because they had a great sale going on! Highly recommend! Love it! read more
