Never seen so much colour under the sea before, felt so privileged especially when an inquisitive turtle swam up to have a nosy at us. On Isla Mujeres, instead of staying in the north of the island (where we docked), John was excited to rent a golf cart and so we toured the less touristic, south part the island. The north also had it's own charm, street vendors, Playa Norte (rated in the top 10 of the world's best beaches) plus it was also home to a phenomenal dulce de leche icecream, so much so I had 2 of them in about half hour

David was our tour guide, and on the ride to tulum gave us a lot of history about the mayas. At tulum, he took us around and told us about each site. The cenote was awesome. The 3 man crew was accommodating and unobtrusive, but was quick to help us with any questions or needs we had. I also thought it was cool that because of the slightly windy conditions, we got to actually sail, which was something new for both myself and my wife. The weather for this excursion prevented us from going snorkeling, so they just let us cruise in the fast boats for 2 hours thru the marinas, bays, shorelines and mangroves of Cancun. So much fun. Alex our guide did a great job, even though one of our boats in the party suffered a propeller malfunction, they replaced the boat quickly and made up our downtime. Great time, and will do it again.

The lunch was great and they give you decent portion sizes with appetizers. There was great music, wonderful entertaining staff, and fun guests on board. The snorkeling part is very average and the reef area they show has pretty much all died unfortunately. If you've never ever snorkeled before I guess it's okayish. There's also a fun water slide and diving board. The total tour is about 7 hours from start to finish. I originally found this activity on TripAdvisor and it had great reviews. Here's the weird part - on TA it says "a tour of the ruins is included". It never happened. I'm not sure if they advertised wrong on there or what but we were kinda bummed about missing that. Overall great activity and I will definitely be back next time we're in the area. TIP: there's an additional $14 USD "port fee" that has to be paid CASH ONLY when you check in. This is great for all ages and group sizes. They make you take everything off the boat when you leave to tour the island so bring a small bag or back pack. Dry change of clothes was nice to have too.

What they call "tequila" isn't. No nom number.. The bottle called it "Licor Dr Agave"... 28% alcohol.. Which could be anything. No telling what the run and vodka were.. Maybe something else that they brewed up in their basement. This was our third trip.. We hope the beverages improve for our next trip.

Great company to go and swim with whale sharks. Keep in mind these are only here in season…read more (Starting around June 1st - September 15th) The downside to coming to Mexico to swim with the Whale Sharks is you have to wear those ridiculous life vests, but in Isla Mujeres it's almost a guaranteed sighting. Due to government regulations no free diving . The life vest makes it seem like more of a tourist trap than pelagic adventures in other countries. Still a great experience to be in the water with such magical creatures.

The boat ride to get to the sharks can be long (approx. 1 - 1.5 hours) but worth it. Our guide Felipe explained what we can do and what we cant do once we get to the whale sharks. Once a whale shark was spotted, the captain dropped us in the water, perfectly positioned to see the whale shark. Once we returned, we stopped at Playa Norte (some the prettiest water I have ever seen in my life) and they made some fresh ceviche for everyone on board. It was strange that they didn't have black iced coffee at this Starbucks. The check in office was spacious, process was fast and easy. Hubby booked our tour from a third party so he just paid fees for dock tax and snorkeling on site. Our private transportation got us here a bit early so we walked around and took some photos of this beautiful marina and ocean. They even had a massage parlor on the little beach. We were there in the afternoon so most people were already out at sea. There was barely any other people at the marina and it was so nice & quiet which is always what I prefer. I recommend book a tour here whenever you visit Cancun. Caribbean Sea is so beautiful and snorkeling gets you to tour the reefs and tropical fish even underground museum. Or just some sailing at sea is relaxing enough to have a very good time for a couple hours or even a day!

Our group comprised of three families with adults, teens, and young children. It was all of our first times traveling to Cancun so I wanted to find a private tour for my large group. Booking with them through their website was easy and they were very quick to communicate via email. Leading up to the tour, we had some travel delays, but after updating Rod and their team of our situation, they were very accommodating. Kat was our guide and Pepe was our driver. Kat was informative during our guided walk of Chichen Itza and also accommodating of our last minute concerns and needs. Pepe was a great driver and got us to our destinations swiftly and safely. Marveling at the ruins at Chichen Itza and learning more about the history of Mayan culture and the way life might have been like at the time was very interesting. Kat took photos during our entire tour and later shared them via Google. A plus for our group as we LOVE photos. On our way to Cenote Samaal, we requested a stop for some fresh coconut water. They were quick to find a vendor on the side of the road. Pepe also got out and helped cut the coconuts for the 12 of us. Very impressed with his initiative and helpfulness. The coconuts were so refreshing after walking around in the sun at Chichen Itza! Admission, locker access, life jackets, and lunch were provided for us at Cenote Samaal. Everyone in our group enjoyed swimming in the cenote. The lunch buffet was a favorite among the adults in our group as we got to get a taste of Yucatan cuisine. There was something for everyone on this tour and I would highly recommend this company to anyone traveling to Cancun and wanting to get more than just a tour of Chichen Itza, but an experience of what the Yucatan area has to offer. We both thoroughly enjoyed the half day trip and would recommend it to anyone. Limbert was a very knowledgeable guide and told us a lot about the history of Mexico on the drive down. Both were quite close to Playa Del Carmen/ Playacar so the longest drive was around thirty minutes. I got some great photos and at the end of the trip we were sent a Google Drive of the photos that Limbert had taken.

They ended up dropping the price some and bumped us up to the VIP package. They can definitly neogiate on price! Swimming with the dolpins and manatees was very cool. We also really enjoyed snorkeling with the sharks and sting rays. The package was nice. The buffet food was fine enough. I'm glad we came here. We had a fun easy day on Isla Mujeres!

The photos and descriptions make it seem like you'll be snorkeling in an enclosure with a handler…read moreand their dolphin. They even sell upgraded experiences for longer times and two dolphins. The truth is they run 2 encounters per day and you'll be there with 50+ other tourists. There's a big upsell at the beginning as they try to persuade you to buy a photo package and/or upgrade to the Garrafon VIP package if you bought a combo ticket. (Be aware that ferry to Garrafon is $15/person extra vs a cheap cab ride.) There's no pre-encounter video or briefing explaining their mission or the experience. They don't even make the effort group the gringos together so that the handler can speak in English - and 40 minutes is a long time to wonder what they're saying in Spanish. It seems that you're grouped by which package you paid for, but we paid for the single dolphin experience and ended up in a group with two. They split you into a half dozen groups and then station you around the perimeter of the enclosure. The handler then leads you down to a submerged metal platform (trust me - you'll want reef shoes for this!) to stand in a line. They provide some commentary about dolphins and then swim the animal back and forth to allow everyone to pet it. Each person will then have 3 interactions: fin/handshake, nose-to-hand targeting and a dolphin kiss. If you didn't buy the photo package, they'll make another attempt to sell you this. You can hang out around their pool in lounge chairs and even grab lunch (depending on the ticket type you bought). It's an OK experience if you have kids or really love dolphins - just not a fantasy experience.

Pros: Great communication, excellent staff, too knotch service, clean boat, patient crew. It was about 11 women for 3 hrs and these guys were so patient with us! We ordered the package with food and the chef had snacks ready for us when we got to the dock. He cooked the rest of lunch while we set sail to Isla Mujeres. They served us drinks And helped us get some good photos in. Cons: Only one real con. My only suggestion is to make sure you make your final payment through PayPal or with cash the day of your excursion. There is no WiFi at the dock and I ended up having to pay via credit card which was an additional $50+ dollar fee, even though I was going using his iPad. Had I known in advance I would've just logged into my paypal account, but didn't realize until it was too late. He didn't communicate that part well. Other than that one issue, there really were no other issues. I highly recommend this company! I will be using them anytime we return to Cancun/Riviera Maya
