Wow, this place is absolutely delicious. Everything is exactly as ordered. Stopped by Rive Cafe for some breakfast during a recent trip to the area. Rive cafe is located in an old (no longer working) car wash that has turned into a small food truck park. There are plenty of outdoor tables with umbrellas as well as some comfier covered seating as well. We ordered at the food truck and then they called out when it was ready. I ordered their avocado toast. It comes on two large slices on rustic bread. There's plenty of avocado as well as some seasoning. It was a solid good and a tasty start to the day. They did have suggested modifications--if you prefer a more robust and meaty avo toast, you can get it with bacon or sausage. I'm a purist (ok, I do occasionally like an egg on my avo toast) so I stuck to the original. If you want a low key spot to enjoy a bite in the sunshine, this could be the spot for you. read more

Delicious breast wrap. I asked to sub for Turkey bacon but unfortunately they didn't carry that so I got creative and asked to add rice to my breakfast wrap. The staff member was super accommodating to my request and the wrap was enough for two meals for me. I ate half while I was there and paired it with the fresh salsa that was served with it and took the other half back to my hotel. I enjoyed the combination of eggs, avocado and melted cheese in a wrap. For $8 I found the price to be very reasonable. read more

Food is great but the wait time is excessive for a food truck. We came here to get something close to where we are staying and quick. It was so slow we could've driven outside the area or gone sit down somewhere. Husband got the breakfast burrito on gluten free and really enjoyed it. If you like burnt, mediocre food with a long wait even when there aren't other customers, then do I have the place for you. Honestly, super disappointed by our experience. Got the avocado toast and it was almost flavorless--other than the burnt bread of course. Took 25 minutes to get avo toast, which is insane. Wouldn't try it again. read more

4.5 stars because unfortunately without the salsa, the food would be a bit bland. If you are used to having really delicious breakfasts at home, do not go for a generic breakfast. (Like a simple wrap with just scrambled eggs, bacon, cheese.) Get something you don't eat at home and throw some hot sauce on it for good measure. Someone ordered me the above described wrap and all I could think was how scrambled eggs at my home were so much more flavorful and crispy bacon cooked at home was 10x better. But we went back and it was a much better meal. If you don't have "to-die-for breakfasts" at home, then anything you eat here will likely be quite enjoyable. read more

Rive Cafe is the most recent addition to the little food truck corner in downtown Fort Walton. This corner is the most glowed up part of Fort Walton! Healthy food available at this truck, as well as super tasty treats Friendly service, fresh food that's made to order, great prices, and amazing outdoor ambiance. Palm trees and tropical plants everywhere, great music playing. This is a super happy spot with lots of outdoor seating - also conveniently located next to an acai bowl/smoothie/juice truck (Sunset bowls) and a coffee truck (Coffee ave). Easily the most aesthetically pleasing place in all of fort walton beach and Mary Esther, and a great place to go when you want healthy food, which is almost impossible to find in this area. Love it! This review is for an employee, Kiara, more so than the trucks as a whole (there are four that comprise "Fresh Culture"). I frequent this spot because they serve quality coffee made with beans they curate and roast in house, and because there are live plants everywhere. I'm into plants. Also, my wife loves treats. I always order the same thing from Rivé; avocado toast (burned) with sprouts and bacon. Kiara recognized my car pulling into the lot and proactively started burning my toast to minimize my wait. Unfortunately, I was stopping to get a crêpe for my wife and did not order my usual toast, so she was left with burned toast and nowhere to put it. Shoutout to Kiara for being atop her game. Bravo. If you had said something I would have had the toast anyway. You can thank American Airlines' liberal champagne policy for the lengthy review. read more

So I come to this Main Street food truck park often because I just love it. Normally I'm a regular at Coffee Ave or Sunset bowls which I give 5 stars. I'd been wanting to try this place and since I'm on a health kick for the time being figured this be perfect lunch spot. It was very flavorful and loved the fresh ingredients. I just wish the food were served hot, whereas the meal was more room temperature. Think the grilled chicken must be prepped. So happy we found this collection of Food Trucks while in town at the convention center. We walked back and forth each day (but not on Tuesday when they are closed). The bowl with pork and other goodies is delicious, as is the avocado salad. And the açaí bowl truck was great for breakfast. I live in Fort Walton but was in a hotel due to power outage after hurricane Sally. I needed to find breakfast and had been wanting to try this place. I ordered the breakfast bowl with bacon and manchego cheese. It was amazing! All fresh ingredients! SO glad we decided to stop at this place while visiting Ft. Walton Beach. We drove around for nearly an hour trying to decide on a place to find breakfast, and wound up here. This place is super cute! It's not a typical restaurant, but multiple food trucks with a different theme. We ordered from the Crepe truck and the regular food truck. I had the grilled cheese and it was delicious. I could only eat half of it because of the size! My husband had a breakfast Cuban and he said it too was delicious. Our son had a crepe and was unable to finish the entire thing because of the size. My one and only complaint was how slow it was to order and receive our food. There are only 2 people working in each truck it appears and they only take 2 orders at a time and then shut the window to prepare those orders. If you're 4-5 people back in line it could easily take 30 minutes to order your food. read more

I was going to Coffee Ave for a cup of coffee and decided to grab a breakfast bowl here as well. It was SO good! Perfectly crisp bacon, yummy avocado and all of the veggies tasted fresh. It was also perfectly seasoned! I would definitely recommend and will go back if I am in the area again! It does have a delicious piece of toasted bread on it which I wasn't expecting but it was so good! Only negative is that I didn't ask for a fork because I thought there would be one with it, but not a big deal. read more

I'm not going to go too much into why, but her patience and people recognition and ability to put someone at ease was amazing. Her care for humans as displayed was fantastic.
