As a woman, going alone to a mechanic can be intimidating -- you never really know what's going on with your car or if you're being taken advantage of. That's exactly why I wanted to write this review. I came in without an appointment after reading the great reviews because my A/C had basically stopped working. They welcomed me right away, found the issue (a frozen pipe), and explained everything step by step so I could truly understand what was happening. The mechanic kept me updated the entire time to make sure everything was done properly, and even went out himself to get a new cabin filter that was really dirty. He was respectful, patient, and transparent through the whole process. I left feeling confident and grateful -- it's rare to find a place this honest and professional. Highly recommend! read more

Woke up one morning and had the unfortunate pleasure of realizing that the starter on my car was dead! Luckily I found JC Car Care Center. I had my car towed to the shop, and they were able to assist me same day. The owner and his wife were extremely pleasant. I have never gone to a mechanic where I felt so at ease. I dropped my car off and it was ready within a day. The price I was quoted for the repair was fair and reasonable, which is not something I'm accustomed to when it comes to mechanics. I am so pleased with the level of service that I received. Not to mention when I drove my car, it drove better than it had in a long time. Came here the on Wednesday (05/23/2019) for a tire install, wheel balance, an alignment. I called the week before and needed a quote on tire mounting, with wheel balance and alignment. I had got a good deal on my tires on the Walmart website, but I was told that Walmart does not do the alignment and my brother had gotten new tires and it was a all day event. I had a little problem my new tires did not fit in my car and I had my father bring them to me at the shop. I like the fact that as soon as I got here, I was immediately serviced. I was instructed to sit in the waiting area, which was air conditioned. The tire mounting and wheel balance took around (30) minutes and the cost was at a very reasonable price. As soon as he finished, I did the little driving test around the block to ensure there weren't any noises before the car received it's alignment. I requested that all four tires get an alignment and after my car was serviced it only needed it in the front, (what a relief!!). My whole process took an hour and ten minutes. I like to support the Mom and Pops businesses and keep the money in the community, I highly recommend them if in the area and your car need servicing. read more

This is my second time here and I have to say I'm very impressed. Both times I came on a Sunday and Anthony provided awesome customer service and incredible mechanic skills. His rates are very reasonable and he will shop around to various auto parts locations to find you the best rates. Full disclosure here... if they can't get the parts delivered and you have the means to pick them up he may offer that you go get them (at his discounted rate) which saves a bit more on your end and time in some cases. Honest and hard working. If you need work done I definitely recommend coming here for anything you might need from an oil change to rebuilding an engine they can get it done. Do not go to this shop. The mechanics and management here are careless. I went in for a simple oil change which I brought my own oil and filter. The tech went to raise my car on the lift and bend both of my rocker panels. Then the manager says his name was Anthony( although they wore no name tags to confirm who they are) refuses to acknowledge my damage he did offer to order me new parts at my expense. oh yeah and I still was billed 15 bucks for the oil change. These people don't care about your car. If you choose to do business with them proceed with caution. read more

That was more reasonable, but still slightly higher than the dealer. Despite the pricing, service and professionalism was excellent. The job was done very quickly and my car was washed and shining clean when I picked it up. Their advisors were extremely friendly and I received a nice hand-written note afterward. The facility seems clean enough to eat off the floor. I'll keep them at 5 stars despite the pricing because I know that they don't really specialize in basic oil changes. They're not trying to compete with the dealers or gas station down the street. Asking for an oil change here is like asking a heart surgeon to put a band-aid on your cut. You can see by the cars that they service and their reputation that they know what they are doing. I will most certainly consider them for more advanced work in the future.

MY BRAKES DONT NEED CHANGING. MY ROTORS ARE IN GOOD CONDITION. Lower control arms are the only thing that needed to be swapped. I am so glad I didn't have the work completed because it would have been useless. They would have finessed me $2000.

I travel to Miami frequently for work, but do not reside in the area or know anyone really. My alternator went out during my last trip and needless to say i was in full on spaz mode. Not only did Anthony get me in the same day as the incident, he prioritized my car, got me out in a timely manner, installed top of the line equipment, & had the best customer service imaginable. I'm not at all exaggerating when i say i freaking love that guy for not only taking care of my car, but talking my highly spastic self off of a preverbal ledge. Beyond happy I came here to get work done on my custom Jeep. I was treated with respect and given an extremely reasonable deal on the repair work I needed. The owner personally worked on my car and did a great job. He went above and beyond to make sure things that he didn't even work on were working properly and safely.
