We order 2 milkshakes. They didn't were actually out of vanilla, so we got chocolate and strawberry. This place used to be a combo Dunkin and Baskin Robbin's and they still have the sign for that up. Well the shakes must have used some pretty poor ice cream, because they had the consistency of whole milk. They weren't even very cold. We complained and they made new ones, but they were exactly the same. Don't waste your money. read more

I got home and both don't have an egg. The sandwich that was supposed to have an egg( but didn't) I did not eat. I had to get some stuff done before I could go back. Around 8:50(an hour later) I go back and explain through the drive through what happened. All they say is drive forward. Once I get to the window nobody acknowledges me or says anything. I don't get an apology or a plan of the solution. Just dirty looks and ignored. Then someone finally comes to the window and just hands me a box without saying anything and that's it. I check the box and it's just an egg. Then I call out b/c it's been an hour and why would they think the appropriate step especially without talking to me is to give me an egg. The receipt said egg, they messed up, but I'm being treated like I'm being unreasonable or asking too much. Abby (says she the manager) comes to the window and has the audacity to say "what we gave you the egg." I explain it's over an hour later I still have the sandwich I didn't eat it I'm not trying to scam. Abby is being rude and acting like remaking the sandwich is too much. At this point I'm so frustrated, and feeling so disrespected I started crying. This is when Abby finally tells her team to remake the sandwich and says it's because she feels bad. I have worked in food and customer service they did a shit job. If I was the one who fucked up I would come to the customer with the solution first before just assuming and let's be honest that egg was a petty slight for a reason I don't understand. Anywhere I worked you remade the order. I wasn't rude and didn't yell and I wasn't aggressive. Do better b/c no one deserves to be treated this way. This store sucks. I spend 10 minutes trying to make a stupid mobile order and guess what I clicked the order button twice. The person working at the drive through said since we ordered a same thing twice she would let us pick the other order next time. I came in this morning to pick up my order and guess what, we got denied. We had to pay for the same things and waste 15 dollars in this stupid place. This Dunkin Donuts is tucked in a way in the corner of a shopping center. I didn't even know it was there for quite a few months. Since finding it, we go there often. The inside is clean. The staff has always been really friendly and helpful. The drive-thru is always short and the service is good. Two thumbs up. What a pleasant surprise! We needed a place to pass time since our car was at Discount Tires so we walked here. It's in the same complex, and is an easy walk away. My boyfriend got coffee and donuts, which you can't go wrong with. And I got a turkey sausage and egg sandwich, which was surprisingly good. It's was fresh, at least as fresh as you can make fast food! The food was hot and packaged well, again for fast food. Also, the service is great. When I asked for water, the staff replied with a smile and an "of course!" And when I asked for ketchup, the staff responded with a handful of ketchup, unlike the stingy McDonald's service. read more

I live in Morrisville and will drive out of the way just to come to this Dunkin regularly, while I have one that is 5 mins away. It's worth it because the staff has ALWAYS been friendly and has awesome manners every time I go. It's impressive :) The coffee doesn't taste burnt here !!!! whoohoo.... The staff puts appropriate amount of cream in the coffee and has listened well to modifications when informed. Whoever is the manager has done an excellent job of hiring the employees. We frequent this DD more often than we probably should. I bribe my kids with donuts if they are good for me when I am grocery shopping (at Walmart). The drive thru lane is at a bit of an odd angle and you have to drive all around the parking lot to get to it. At our last visit, I was making my way around the parking lot to get into the drive thru and some lady cut me off by NOT going around. Grrrr. This is THE best Dunkin' Donuts which says a lot because Dunkin' Donuts already has the best coffee around. What makes this one special is Mario and his fantastic team! They know me by name and know my drink of choice. They tolerate me when I forget to hit " ready to pick up" on my mobile order and I've shown up for my coffee. They are always smiling and working to get their customers taken care of in an efficient fashion. My favorite item on the menu is the coffee roll. I was baffled and didn't press the issue or verbiage of the coupon that I posted on here as well. This location is poorly managed and I blame the owner for bad hiring decisions and not training your employees. I will NOT purchase another item from this location. I'll bring in my own water and Krispy Kreme doughnut, which are 500% better. I'm giving it one star for the way this place is run. The doughnuts are cold and stale, lacking any thoughtful recipe that might add a distinct and tasteful doughnut. It is not just Dunkin in 'Cary, NC' but everywhere. It was worse in Bakersfield, California, where they did not even wait on me as a walk in customer. They just focus on those headsets and act as a "dispensary" of cold, stale, boring doughnuts for the drive through customers. Don't go there any more. Try to find a local doughnut shop where they have a soul, treat you as a human, and provide custom, fresh doughnuts that taste good. read more

This place needs to be cleaned from top to bottom. The windows are disgusting, the floor is disgusting, the booths look like animals live here and the bathrooms are unusable. Staff isn't consistently wearing gloves and need to be trained on how to handle food. I come here a lot usually once a week and it looks like the place hasn't been cleaned since pre-covid. I've been there many times and am fairly pleased with the ice cream selection even without my fav. The Dunkin Donuts counter offers a good variety of typical donuts. The manager will do special decorations on them if asked, which I thought was pretty neat since I plan on picking some up for my son's class this Christmas. It was super last minute and unplanned when I walked into this location early on a Monday morning. The manager of the store Maurice and his baker were there, I told them what I was looking to have done and they MORE than delivered. I couldn't have done it without them. They graciously helped me surprise my boyfriend that day, and it'll be a day that we will ALWAYS remember. Maurice, even went a step further and gave me a little note with his personal phone number, and asked that I let him know how the surprise went.
