Starving after a morning/afternoon of errands in this area on a Saturday. The parking is a bit congested, but I didn't mind walking a bit from where I had parked at another business where I did business. The staff at this Bruegger's Bagel location was polite, the restaurant was clean, and there was plenty of empty seating. I dropped in for the usual Sriracha Honey Sunrise with egg white. Wow prices are so much higher than I remember. $9 for a smoked salmon bagel. $4.45 for an OJ. Then they want a tip on top of that. I really wanted to give a higher rating because the place is clean and the staff are friendly overall. However, they apparently make you purchase milk separately if you want it in your coffee..... at a coffee shop? I went in to order coffee and asked what milk options they have. They told me that if I wanted milk I had to buy it from the area near the counter. I asked clarifying question that this was for all kinds of milk, including skim or 2% and that they don't have any in a canister utilize. They said yes. They do let you self serve cream for free... Never in any places that serve coffee have I been instructed to purchase a bottle of milk separate to my coffee purchase. With caribou next door, Starbucks in target, an Starbucks and Panera a minute away, I won't be returning to Brueggers for my coffee. read more

We love this place! My kids and I have been going here for over 14 years now and there's no other bagel shop like this one. The workers are what make it amazing. The food is delicious and the customer service is outstanding. Such friendly workers and I've never encountered a bad one. The manager here is also really great. We are regulars and they know us by name. We went on St Patrick's Day and the workers were dressed up foe the occasion. So special. read more

Wow this location is so much better than the Six Forks one. My daughter is on a Bruegger's kick and I refuse to go to the Six Forks location anymore because of how awful I was treated at my last visit. It was lunchtime and the line was really long at the Brier Creek location but they went super fast so we didn't wait long. They were friendly & organized with one another, so on top of things. Why aren't all bagels seasoned/topped on both sides??? Not only does this mean I can share a bagel without the anxiety of losing half of my top slice, but it means more seasoning falls off that can be sprinkled back on top! So good if you're eating a bagel with egg salad. We buy them by the dozen and freeze them for continuously fresh bagels, also that self-isolation life. Didn't realize that they have these handy freezer bags until our last dozen, and we've bought a baker's dozen already, so make sure you ask for a few (they fit 6 bagels per bag). Our household has very different views on how to reheat a bagel. Microwave 30 seconds, slice, I'm all about a good slather of butter and pan frying or pressing in a panini press (flat side not ridges). Trust me it steams the insides and crisps the edges just right. My brother would argue toasting it whole then slicing so you've got extra fluffy insides. If you've got a strong jaw, slice and toast. We've also enjoyed breakfast sandwiches there, but I have to be honest that it depends on how fresh the bagel is and how long they toast (never crisp enough for me). Only bagel I'd skip so far is the hashbrown, neat concept but too thin for me. Can't go wrong with asiago cheese (makes great tomato sandwiches, perfect Quarantine food!) and everything bagels. My sister loves the rosemary and sun-dried tomatoes. You can order ahead and pick up. Don't forget their app for coupons and collecting rewards. We're so close to a free dozen! read more

I've been going to this location for many years and it's usually a fine experience. This location over coats their bagels, in my opinion, but you can brush it off. I decided to share a review today because I had exceptional service. Without name tags I don't know her name, but she had a silver necklace with a hearts suit card on it. It's not rocket science making a bagel. And this place has been around forever. I hadn't had an Herby Turkey in YEARS. So I snagged one on an everything bagel. First she didn't want to take my coupon then I kept telling her I would like a small coffee I also told her I would like just a little hazelnut then the rest regular. Then before she got the coffee she charged me for a large I said no a small... ok she went to fill the coffee and I said would you like to know again how I would like it? I love Bruegger's and I always have. This Bruegger's is probably the best in the area even though other ones in the area have gone downhill. I wish they would invest in the atmosphere so it would be more comfortable to sit down and eat. The staff is great. The blonde lady up at the register is super friendly and executes orders efficiently which is harder than you think. She knows my order which is extra nice and I order frequently. I also never have to wait if I order on door dash which is nice. I wish I could order ahead in the app so that I could get points. Hopefully that capability is coming soon. read more

My husband likes the better bacon cheddar, says that's is very good. I absolutely love the siracha honey sunrise, if you haven't had it you need to try it. The siracha honey cream cheese is a party for your taste buds. They have their cream cheese on display for you to buy and sometimes I'll take a siracha honey cream cheese with me and let me tell you a secret- you ready? that stuff tastes good on ANYTHING. Great place to get some fantastic bagels. Far better than the bagels I got on a local joint in New Jersey. One thing I did find confusing while coming here for the first time was where the line started. I think they should hang a sign up saying "order here" as the line starts at the back of the room and then you walk towards the front to pay at the end. Limited seating at busy times but plenty of very kind people and helpful staff. I tried a few of their menu items including a new "The skinny" Bacon Avocado & tomato egg white sandwich. This is one of my favorite locations for Bruegger's!! Always fresh and quick. Their selection of bagels is the best!! They've got something for everyone on the menu and I love their egg sandwiches, but the fan favorite in our house is the smoked salmon! Their blueberry muffins are pretty yum, too!! I was in line yesterday, and saw these two girls walk up to the counter asking about an object from they're store (I guess they were from CFA)? I was just chilling waiting for my bagel but what I heard made me not want to do business here again! So apparently they gave something to brueggers so the employees can can a free meal and they were suppose to give it back but didn't and that's what I believe those girls were there for ? And this kid in BASKETBALL shorts started dealing with them and he LAUGHED in their faces when they were just trying to ask what happened! Then when they left I heard all the little employees and the shorts guy laughing it up and making fun of these girls! I am a huge fan of bruegger's bagels and go often to a different one but this specific location/ establishment failed at many things...the staff looked at us like we were from a different planet or something when we walked in...now I'm not entitled enough to think I deserve a greeting everywhere I go but if you're not going to greet customers definitely don't look at them in that weird way...as I was ordering the man looked super irritated and annoyed...no verbal reciprocation to anything that was said the entire time not even at the register... one of the employees had major staring problems with not even a smile or greeting so it definitely felt uncomfortable ...I literally saw that same employee walk away from the work station when a new customer walked in so he wouldn't have to attend them and he did that in front of everyone like he wasn't even embarrased to do that and then another employee came out from the back and looked annoyed at his coworker for doing that, rightfully so, and started attending the customer. Not only was the service bad and awkward but the bagels were so stale and definitely not toasted enough so it made the entire bagel underwhelming. I only left 2 stars rather than 1 because I really do love Bruegger's Bagels but I'm definitely not coming back to this specific location ever again. read more

Assistant manager has an attitude problem. She got upset because she had to repeat herself to me. There were two ppl in line... wasn't a stressful/busy time. Like to give ppl benefit of the doubt, but she stood her ground and was very annoyed that I dare ask a question twice. The Bruegger's app doesn't work at airport. The bagels are ordinary at best. Edible at least.

This Bruegger's location has consistently good and friendly service, and on one particular occasion I watched as one of their employees patiently took an order from a mother and her maybe teenage son with special needs. Sadly, this is not always the norm, and her kindness toward the two even on a busy Sunday morning stuck with me. As for the food, my go-to at any BB is the skinny zesty egg white bagel on wheat - highly recommend if you're looking for something on the lighter side. Parking in the front is usually not great, so I'd recommend going around the back. During COVID they're directing all traffic through the back door and exiting through the front, and you can easily call ahead so you're order is ready on arrival. It may be a chain, but I will always rely on this place for an easy breakfast! read more

My first time going in a Bruegger's Bagel. I've had it before but I have never been in the store. That being said I went to the cash register trying to order something. While I was waiting I noticed a man that walked towards a worker near the bagels and ordered his bagel. That's when I realized you order your bagel first then you pay for it. They need to have a sign up to let new costumers know. This would help them out a lot. Bagel was yummy and the coffee was nice and hot. I didn't taste much hazelnut in the hazelnut coffee which disappointment me. Regardless I will be going back knowing how to order and will not get the hazelnut coffee. read more

Being from NY/NJ I'm really picky about my bagels but I approve of this place! Came in today and had the cinnamon sugar bagel with butter. The bagel wasn't too sugary and there was a perfect amount of butter (too much or too little can really ruin a bagel!). My boyfriend had the turkey panini and he didn't like the dressing much but I tried a bit of it and enjoyed it. My only complaint with this place is that the staff looked miserable. I actually felt bad ordering food because the guy looked like he hated his job. Being cheerful (or at least smiling) with customers and coworkers really makes a difference of impression. read more
