It's plain to see that she's absolutely brilliant and a trailblazing researcher and medical professional. Even more, though, she's incredibly kind and thorough in her examinations. (She caught and removed a precancerous mole of mine and took photos and measurements to carefully track others.) She is so caring and accommodating and has meant the world to my whole family. I tend to worry when it comes to the health of my loved ones, but Dr. Boldrick has given my family such peace of mind because we know we're in the most competent hands. I was beyond thrilled when she took us all as new patients; she really does live up to all the hype.

On several occasions, I arrived on time for a confirmed appointment only to wait 45 minutes or more before being seen. I understand that healthcare offices can run behind occasionally, but when this becomes a consistent pattern, it shows a lack of respect for patients' time. Many of us take time off work, arrange childcare, and adjust our schedules to make these appointments. The staff may be courteous, but the scheduling process is disorganized and unreliable. If you book an appointment here, be prepared for significant delays and the possibility that your confirmed appointment may not actually be honored as scheduled. I hope management takes a serious look at their scheduling practices because this experience has been disappointing and unnecessarily stressful.

I booked a series of three appointments one month apart as recommended on that phone call, and took time off of work for recovery. The day before my first appointment I called because I had not received instructions for the visit nor confirmation for any of the visits. After waiting on hold (which happens every time you call), it turns out, they only booked two out of the three, and failed to send confirmation for any of them. Too bad, they said, they could not reschedule me for another month. Luckily, I went elsewhere and then learned I did NOT need a series of 3 treatments - due to the condition of my skin, one was plenty for the results I wanted. So inadvertently, their mistake saved me the $3,000 that they had upsold me on. Additionally, the Dysport I received was poorly placed (and expensive), and now I have to wait until it wears off to have it corrected by someone else. They talked me into getting Dysport in my chin, and now my chin involuntarily gets stuck in bizarre placements and I have to manually move it. Absolutely the WORST experience I've ever had with a dermatology or esthetics clinic. Recommend going literally anywhere else.
