I look the 7:15 bus and a pilot pulled in at 7:13...at 7:15 he was walking towards the bus and we left. They wait for noone. I have liked all the drivers..some talk and some don't. Traffic sucks and I'm just glad I can sit on this clean bus and not be fighting it. Restrooms are usually clean at the Peabody station as well.

A poorly designed train station in Salem. This place seems…read morelike the parking garage is the whole point of the train station, with little thought given to the actual commuters who have to use this station. The station is set down from the road, separated by a large flight of stairs. I couldn't find any restrooms available. However, there was this dirty, dark passageway to the parking garage that others seemed to have made due with, based on the smell. There weren't nearly enough benches for people to sit on in the shade. There were a few long concrete places to sit, but no shade or way to get out of the weather. There's an old abandoned building at the far end of the station that's all boarded up, and looks like witches could be currently inhabiting. It'd be nice if they chased out the witches' coven, and set up a coffee shop or something inviting.

That was a Thursday the following Monday the owner of VSP. Pulled up to my house blew the horn 3 times in a row and took off !! I just spoke with the Transportation Office from the district my son is out of, the woman called the owner of VSP and all he could come up with is saying my son has a crush on this girl ‍, my son is Developmentally delayed , I don't think he even knows what a crush is, but what does that have to do with the employee talking to a Student about whether or not I called the VSP owner or not, also what does a crush have to do with the owner blowing his horn 3 times and taking off ???? !!!!! Ohhh one more thing, my son's first day of school was getting on The VSP. Van and the bus driver saying if you are not Vaccinated then you shouldn't be in this bus/van !!!!

I left a medical appointment today and was expecting a 4pm pick up by Tri-City but it became…read moreobvious by around 4:10 that something was wrong. I checked my voicemail. There was a message from the driver. He said he arrived at 2pm to get me but I didn't request a 2pm pick up time. When I arranged the transportation over the phone with a Mart representative days earlier I could've sworn I told her 4pm. I guess it's possible that I somehow screwed it up. Anyway I called Tri-City to find out what was going on and the dispatcher within a matter of seconds was shouting at the top of his lungs at me over the phone. I was just absolutely stunned. I couldn't believe it...he was just filled with rage. I told him to forget about my ride home and I hung up. I ended up walking 2 and 1/2 hours from Rosewood Drive in Danvers to the Salem Commuter Rail station so I could get the train back to Beverly. I don't know what to do. I'm undergoing treatment in Danvers to manage issues related to Parkinsons and I don't have any other way to get there and back. I've also noticed that the vehicles have no a/c which makes the trip back and forth really miserable. I have to contact Mart and ask if they can stop sending transportation from Tri-City.
