Dr. Sinder is like a small town local doctor. He knows everyone. He's been in practice for a very long time and he's beyond knowledgeable. He works well with specialists to coordinate care for our family. The office staff is very friendly and personable. There's not a lot of turn over so it's the same friendly places each time. If you're close to the urban core and looking for a thorough pediatric office this is the one for you. They also take most insurance and coordinate all of that for you. Highly recommend.

I have never had such a disturbing experience before in a medical practice. the medical assistant was very unprofessional and was clearly frustrated that we were unhappy with the fact that what we came in to be seen for they did not have in stock. we drive an hour to this practice to be seen and another hour to go back home. imagine doing that commute to be told we drove up there for no reason. we speak to the doctor to find out that was not the case at and we could very much still do what we came for. after that unpleasent experience with the MA, at check out my wife talks to the front desk about future appointments and she inquires about the Medical assistant first name so in the future we know who to avoid in order to avoid issues. the front desk explains that we cant really choose who sees us that we can send a message to the doctor, in which we explain our concerns as to why we would like to avoid this individual moving forward since she did not want to provide the name.In turn the front desk personnel replies with " Please just go" completely and utterly disregarding our concerns. granted to say we will not be returning as this brings us concerns as to how staff members actually care for their patients. to the front desk person keep in mind you are the face of the practice. not the doctor or the assistants. you are the first individual people look at to gain the trust of the practice. you are the very first and last representation of the practice when a patient visits.

I still like the fact that they have you wait in your car until they have a room ready. A few minutes later we got a text stating his room was ready. A nurse came in quickly, took his height and weight and asked him about his symptoms. They were slammed and we waited about 20 minutes to see a doctor. The doctor came in, asked my kiddo about his symptoms, and decided to give him a covid, flu, and strep test. Let's just say the kiddo doesn't want any of those tests again. About 15 minutes later the doctor came in and gave us the good news about his results....all negative.

They always treat us warmly whether we're there for a well check up or whether she's running a 103 degree fever. They do encourage vaccinations but don't do them all at once. They spread them out through out several visits. This way, she didn't end up having adverse reactions to several shots at once. As our baby is now 11 years old, I appreciate how they always ask her how she's feeling and talk directly to her, like she's got her own mind--which she does! They also encourage holistic remedies rather than going straight to prescribing medications for anything that might ail you.

We had seen them in January with no issues! The main and only doctor there,, Dr. Y has left the practice although he's listed on the website. No communication to their patients about him leaving. We were only told about it when we asked about the bill we received. There was no mention of the PNP who she saw when making the appointment of not accepting this major insurance when we visited. We are now saddled with $275 bill. Staff was super rude and brushed us off. Told us to speak to our insurance company about it and proceeded to interact with other people in the background and ignore me on the phone. Avoid at all costs! Literally.
