This is clearly a dropship company who doesn't actually stock anything. Beware that if they list an item in stock with a quantity, it's a crapshoot as to whether or not the company they are purchasing from will actually have it in stock. They don't respond to emails, and their customer service is outsourced overseas. Prepare yourself for a poor experience if you order from these clowns. read more

This was the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I confirmed my order multiple times, and it has yet to ship. They already took my money. Then when I asked about expedited shipping, I was told despite their error, they will not expedite shipping. I will never use them again, and I will tell everyone that needs a anything of this nature not to go through the hassle of using this company. read more

Negative one star. I tried to order an item from them that showed "In stock" on their website, and days later I received a poorly spelled email from Carkart stating that the item was on back order with their supplier. I noted via email that if you have four of something in stock you wouldn't need a supplier to have it available, but they were not able to explain this paradox to me. I then called them and spoke with a rude man who did not identify himself as a Carkart employee and initially refused to confirm via email that they would process a refund for the item. All this occurred several days after they were more than happy to take my money. Worthless business, do not buy from them. I doubt they are a real company at all. read more

Well, I didn't want to write my first review on a bad note, but there are some companies that just get under your skin. I created this account just so I could write them a review. So I was directed to their website by googling a product I was interested in, and they had the best price. I've never heard of them, but because of the price, I thought i'd give them a try. They had 2 in stock so I placed the order for a quantity of 2. As expected, the quantity on the website was reduced to 0. A day later, I was told the supplier they use is out of stock, even though it showed 2 in stock on their website when I ordered. They cancelled the order and refunded me. So I go look on their website, and sure enough, 2 are suddenly in stock again, for a 30% higher cost. It seems they are either just another drop ship company, or they don't honor their prices. They are a complete waste of time. So a company that won't deliver the products you order, yeah 1 star. read more

I purchase a set of 6 (as was listed in the ad) and received 2. I bought my item from them as they had the best price, the listing also showed the item was in stock QTY 12 (great 12 sets). I guess they realized that they were going to lose money on the deal. When I called their help desk the person who answered was very rude and told me I only paid for what I got (1 pair). Well for the price I paid for 1 pair, I could have bought 2 pairs from amazon and had a little bit left over. DO NOT USE THIS MERCHANT. They are scammers who need their license to sell stuff revoked. read more

I purchased ONE item from these idiots on a Thursday. I paid thru PayPal. They contact me on the same day the transaction hits my bank saying that I need to contact my bank to approve the transaction. Huh? I have hundreds of transactions thru PayPal per month and this was no different... except that they needed me to approve a transaction? So I cancelled the order and here we are 4 days later I don't have my money back. These guys act and probably smell PHISHY! Stay away... only cost my $19, but it could cost you a hell of a lot more! read more

This was the worst online shopping experience I've ever had also, just wish I had read Angel M.'s review first. They took my money also, but I haven't received a thing two weeks later, just pre-generated e-mails stating how there is something wrong with my order and how they have tried to contact me (via generated e-mails I'm sure). What is wrong with my order is that it's 3 days until Christmas and my wife won't have this as a present.
