Our car broke down while we were on vacation, roadside assistance assigned this company to our case. The driver, apparently the owner "Mike", kept saying he will arrive in 2 hours, and then several more additional 2 hours, and then say his truck broke down and promise he'll come early next morning. The second day we called him early morning to check on status. Mike said he'll arrive in 30 minutes and then ghosted us and stopped picking up the phone. If you don't want to do business, just say so. Why kept lying and kept people hanging for more than 36 hours in cold snowy weather?
