Not only were my drivers incredible, Mia in the office was personable remembering my name, facts about my pregnancy and showing true care/concern for my situation. I was in the area anyway, so I didn't mind stopping by here, especially after my positive experience the other day at their Carson City location, which has serviced me twice. As it turns out, their office was neat, and the employee at the desk for courteous and professional. Everything, including their tow yard, was clean. There was a comfy sitting area inside, to the right. They only had one vacant parking space at the office, but they probably do not get a lot of customers anyway. I found out they hold their auctions right at their tow yard on the last Thursday of the month, except this month (April). The employee told me their Carson City office has them the last Wednesday of each month. She gave me a brochure, and I was happy. That was it. I don't have much else to report here, but I got what I needed and was satisfied with my experience here.

But they went well above and beyond for customer service. I was stuck in a real bind which was my own fault. They answered all my questions, multiple times, on both the phone and in person. They walked me through the process of getting my car back and were extremely helpful and thorough. They were honest and the lot is secure with cameras. I was missing property and they understood my concerns and were amiable to the police being called. It turned out the highway patrol had it in safekeeping.
