The female who helped me ( obviously not the sharpest knife in the drawer) supposedly placed them on hold for me as I was in route there to buy them. Low-and-behold, I arrived and she indicated that all spark plugs were misplaced and unorganized and blames her manager. Now why blame other people, just take ownership of your mistake and move on; no integrity! Needles to say, I walked out without spark plugs. Once again, quality service here is lacking.
