Reached out to Nexgen for a quote along with other shops. They came back with the most reasonable qoute. Two weeks later, I brought him my jeep as scheduled. The bay at his shop was waiting for my jeep when I arrived. Him and his partner immediately started working on it and he kept me up to date with photos. He even stayed longer at his shop so I could pick the jeep back up after hours. Great shop, high level of proficiency and integrity. Will be going back again for future work. Had them install genright rollcage in my Jeep JK. Got me a quoted price fast and scheduled the install the next week. Dez was on time at the shop at 9am when they said to meet them there, and gave me daily updates with photos of the install. The most important part to note is that the install of the cage took more time than he thought it would even after reviewing installation instructions and video. Dez still took the time needed to install it, even though there was other pending work. He didn't cut corners in the install to get it done quicker and did the job right. Even when I picked it up, and I asked, he said it was much more involved than he thought it was going to be, but never asked for more money or suggested that at all. It's hard to find a good off-road shop. Their technician Kris is amazing. He has a huge amount of knowledge and was able to fix all my gripes about my car. Everything from a small rattle to clunks were all solved. I didn't get the regular "it's because of your tires" speech most shops tell me. NexGen took my 3rd gen to its next gen! When work needs to get done, these guys know what to do. I made many calls and did research on many shops to see where to get my installs done. Ryan and Dez were the main players I spoke with. There had been some trouble with my parts being delivered by another business, but luckily Dez was able to make sure my install date didn't get delayed (booked a month in advance) and had the part ready to go. If you want your parts....and can wait....months.... they'll hook you up. We placed an order for a full kit on Nov. 11, 2021. It took until after Xmas to get "part" of the kit. It's now 2/3/2022 and we're still waiting for the missing parts. It was weeks of "we will ship it" then after they supposedly shipped the whole (not cheap) kit and it arrived missing key components we were told they "ordered the parts but they haven't come in yet". Why are you selling something you don't have in stock? And forcing us to wait months. They were VERY nice to talk to but when it came to performing...they left a lot to be desired. Covid can only get you so far as an excuse. If you don't have the complete kit....inform the customer ASAP and be VERY transparent in how long it will take. read more

I got my 20 gladiator regeared and they supposedly programmed it, after having it 5 days because I couldn't come pick it up. When I came and got it they said everything was good, I took it wheelin, and my dash warning lights all turned on. I took it back to them and after having it for 2 days come to find out my programmer doesn't set for gears just tires. You think they should know that needs that. I then had to buy another programmer so they could finish the job that they said was done. I also got manual sway bar disconnects, which after my Jeep making awful squeaking noise I took to shop where I got the lift(not Nexgen)they had to spend an hour and a half installing them correctly. Even though I paid a lot less than the REAL Off road shops, you get what you pay. Yes it is true that I did supply the programmer, but you used it. I didn't know it didn't work for the gears. You gave me my Jeep back saying everything was good to go, you used the programmer. When I brought it back to you, you guys couldn't get it to work this time and called manufacturers, and they told you that it doesn't work for gears, so how did you give it back to me in the first place saying it was good to go. After I had all sorts of warning lights and took it to dealership is when you figured out it wouldn't work. Yes you did sell me the programmer but at full price and installed for free. I would not bring my Jeep back to you after all the problems. That's why you didn't know about disconnects. read more

Please read. Review only for Online ordering. I ordered a product online with a recommendation from a forum. I paid for shipping in hopes of getting it asap so i can get my vehicle back on the road. I waited over a week and still no updates or response. I understand there could be a varitey of reasons for the delay so i was patient. I emailed them, still no response. I ended up ordering the part at another establishment located in CA (I am in NY) and recieved it within 2 days It wasnt until i filed a refund with paypal that i recieved an email update that the part's shipping label was CREATED, not even shipped! and this is two weeks after i ordered the part. I still wont know when i will be getting the part since the carrier hasnt even picked it up; And since the shipping label was "Created" I wont be able to get a refund without losing restocking and shipping fees. Crooks. Simply crooks. Lucky for me the part didnt cost too much but its the principle. How hard is it to give updates or respond? This is a BS company when it comes to ordering parts online.
