When every auto parts store couldn't even look up the parts I needed, AutoAid came to the rescue by sourcing them and having them in my hands in less than 24hrs. The experience the employees behind the counter had was unbelievable. Almost all were 20+ years in the business and it showed. This place has the power of a big chain store with the hospitality of a mom and pop shop. I rarely leave reviews. Auto Aid is the only place to go within a 300 mile radius of Lake Elsinore, California.

The female who helped me ( obviously not the sharpest knife in the drawer) supposedly placed them on hold for me as I was in route there to buy them. Low-and-behold, I arrived and she indicated that all spark plugs were misplaced and unorganized and blames her manager. Now why blame other people, just take ownership of your mistake and move on; no integrity! Needles to say, I walked out without spark plugs. Once again, quality service here is lacking. Go to AutoZone or Napa people.

This shop is the most incredible shop with the best customer service I have ever encountered hands…read moredown the best. They installed my L7 kicker 2400 watt subwoofer and amplifier. I brought them the equipment and found out my amplifier which is brand new in the box wasn't any good. That was not a problem at all they had the exact one I needed in stock. I simply returned the other amplifier to where I bought it from which happened to be an online store. I was blown away when they fired that bad baby up and we tested it with TOOLS 46 and 2. It definitely passed the test they did such a clean job didn't charge me an arm and a leg and they had a completely done within an hour and a half. I highly recommend and I would not hesitate to be a return customer.

He was speaking Spanish on the floor to other employee sharing about their personal business. I'm Caucasian and know a little Spanish hugo u should be fired. You are the laziest employee u if u hate your job so much why stay. U give cusitomers false information you play favors and u treat your job like it's a game. I seriously almost blew up my engine listening to you . U simply guessed what I should buy and if I would be put it in my car in the park lot I would've blew up my car. Take no advice from this man. I am so furious with this business. Try listening to what your employees are really doing . I've seen employees come in and out so much at this store .
