I believe Dave was his name, the manager, who told me to contact TaylorMade directly and go through some warranty. They would not even help with contacting TaylorMade which is what the attached says to do. I am distraught that my brand-new top of the line club would break in such fashion and instead of the store making it right and providing me either a refund, or a different club, they did not & are telling me I have to contact TaylorMade personally. That may take weeks, and they may not even replace it. I simply do NOT want a replacement of the same club; I want a refund or a DIFFERENT driver which I explained to the store associate, and they would not do. Why is it that on top of being out on an item I just purchased yesterday for a significant amount of money, I also have to go through a 3rd party and wait weeks for a replacement, that I DO NOT WANT & they might not send. It is beyond me that a product I purchased a day ago IN STORE I cannot refund or replace. I am extremely disappointed and will NEVER be taking my business to this company again.

I purchased a pair of Adirondacks II (Ugg), which are big on comfort, but not exactly dishing out massive amounts of sex appeal, but it was love at first slide the moment I donned the right boot. I hope that these boots live up to their promise: waterproof comfort. If they fall short of this expectation, however, Trail Creek offers a 14-day full refund and up to 30-days for in-store credit; it's a very reasonable return policy. In short, the service was great, the selection was great, and the environment was great. I will definitely return to buy a quality parka sometime in the near future.

Large space that is filled to the brim with their shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, jackets, etc. I always love their hoodies so I spent a good portion of my time browsing that section. Did I need to? No, but I did anyway. Staff were pleasant and made sure I was taken care of. They also made me aware of the sales they were having and that if I needed anything to just ask.
