We needed to remove two power recliners from the second floor of our house. Carlos replied to my request within minutes with a quote and we quickly agreed to an appointment date/time. On the day of the appointment, Carlos called to let me know he was on his way. Once at my home, Carlos and his co-worker quickly sized up the job, got their tools, disassembled the chairs so they would fit down the stairs (without "dinging" the walls), and had the chairs in their truck in about twenty minutes. What was most impressive was when he carefully wrapped our old, heavy, flaking couch in plastic wrap before taking it down the hallway to the elevator. I sent out my request to have someone pick up my couch yesterday. I had communication with numerous people and finally settled on one. Unknowingly I also booked Carlos. The other person came and picked up the couch in the morning. To my surprise Carlos showed up in the afternoon with his helper. I explained that there had been a mistake.
