We needed immediate help to remove large junk at our house ( old furniture, trash, boxes, mattresses, and other things). Called a few places for this project but none were able to help. I called the Carlos Brothers and they were able to pick up same day. Less than an hour turn around. The boss was great in communication and provided ETA 1310(1:10pm) and they arrive 10 minutes before. They set the floor and hallway equipment and went right to work. The removal took less than 15 min. The brothers were also respectful and helpful. We would recommend them to anyone who needs an emergency trash/junk removal. They also pack and move items. This was my 2nd time hiring Carlos. They did such a great job the first time as mentioned in my previous review. I had numerous large and small boxes needing hauled away as well as old office desk and chair. I had man pieces of furniture needing moved within my home... one custom sectional had to be hoisted from the outside into my master bedroom on the second floor through my French doors. Quick and efficient job removing old furniture for us. Would use them again in future!

One of the first to respond with a quote on a Saturday night and the only one clearly specifying next day availability (Sunday) with a specific 2 hour time window with a schedule button! His original offer was about 40% lower than the highest offer and about 30% higher than the lowest offer. But when it comes to the next day Sunday availability, his original offer was one of only two offers and was about 5% higher than the other one. When I shared additional details that these furniture items are heavier/taller due to being recliners, he stuck to his original quote! (While others raised them, some of them significantly). I requested him if he was willing to bring down the original quote in such a way that I give 12.5% as tips to the two people who would be helping the junk removal - so basically from my perspective my out of pocket is his original quote but now 12.5% goes as tips and he agreed. This made his final quote about 55% lower than the highest offer and about 15% higher than the lowest offer. As to Sunday pick up offers, his final offer ended up being 5% lower! He beat his own original time and came 1.5 hours earlier than the start of his 2 hour window. He and his two helpers removed the large furniture items at an incredible speed. And these furniture were shedding bonded leather pieces along the way and he voluntarily offered to clean it up, cleaned it up and when I asked if he was happy with money I gave him and if he wanted more for the clean up - he said No, he just would like to keep the neighborhood clean. And right in front of me, he gave the tips to his helpers to assure me that he was in fact giving the tips. Seriously, you be the judge. Stellar guy. read more
