The Windermere Center for Dentistry is a clean, welcoming office that's about a 20-minute drive for me--super convenient and right near downtown Windermere. The waiting area is simple and standard (no spa-like frills, but honestly, I'm not here for the magazines). The staff at the front desk are friendly and efficient, which makes the check-in process smooth every time. Where this office really shines is the dental team itself. Everyone I've worked with has been professional, kind, and genuinely good at what they do. Cleanings are thorough but not uncomfortable, and they recently upgraded their chairs to include pillows--which is a surprisingly nice touch of comfort when you're reclined for a while. Dr. Rapport is excellent. She's knowledgeable, attentive, and you can tell she cares about her patients' dental health. Sometimes it's a little tough to catch everything she says through the mask, but that's part of the times we're in. What matters is that she explains clearly, makes sure you're taken care of, and most importantly--she keeps me on track with my oral health. At the end of the day, it's a team effort: I do my part at home, and they keep me polished and on track here. As long as Dr. Rapport keeps being impressed with my teeth, I'll keep coming back with a smile. "My shiny teeth and me!"

Though with open bays, staff and patients shouting when they should be talking, and an assembly line-like rush of services. Not conducive to individuals suffering from PTSD or anxiety of any type. Furthermore they failed to make a reasonable accommodation for a disabled person by calling in a prescription for a Schedule IV drug under F.S. 893.03 is acceptable. Instead forcing me to physically go to the pharmacy multiple times as a hardship to my disability.

The rest went of it went to a endodonist to do 2 root canals on 2 fillings , because the first dentist put the filling on the roots. I have been in pain for over 2 months on my left side. I will still need 2 caps. I never had any pain prior to my appointment here on my left side.

I was a new patient and needed an x-ray done ASAP since I was having a lot of pain and sensitivity with a crown I had placed about 9 months ago. They were able to schedule my appointment for the same day and after the x-ray was completed, Dr. de la Torre was super straightforward and informative, letting me know that I needed an extraction. I asked him how much it would cost, he gave me a reasonable price and stated he can do the extraction the same day. I was extremely nervous since I had never had an extraction done before, but they assured me that it would be quick and would only be sore for a couple of days. His assistant was also very sweet and empathetic, letting me know that she knows it can be a hassle to go through multiple dental procedures. I was in and out of there within an hour and a half. They sent me home with care instructions and a pain med prescription. Now, it's the next day and I barely have any soreness. My hygenist, Baja, is wonderful and takes such good care of my teeth. The office is clean, attentive, and actually wants to take care of your teeth instead of just having you shell out for random procedures. They do a great job of answering phones during office hours and they even provide a list of amenities while you're getting your teeth cleaned or worked on so you can be as comfortable as possible. Baja and Dr. Goodwin are so, so knowledgeable and thorough. I cannot recommend this office enough.
