Right off the freeway exit on our way to Vegas. I dislike McDonald's breakfast and Carl's Jr serves there burgers any time of the day so Carl's it is! Super friendly cashier. I didn't get her name though...but she always had a smile on her face and if you wanted something, she will get it for you. Definitely an upgrade from the previous one. First, look both interior and exterior look nice and clean. The employees are also really nice and fun while taking your order. Once, your order has been taken they bring t to you and the food is cooked well. Along, with the bathrooms being clean and the employees willing to help any misconceptions. Wow this place can't seem to get an order right. Visit one-- famous star with cheese combo no pickle no onion. What I got, plain meat and cheese. Called manager said they will make burger right next time I come in. Visit 2- California burger combo and my Famous star Cheese burger no pickle no onion. Ended up with Famous star extra pickle and onion. Called manager and she said they will make burger right next time I come in. Visit 3- Same order as visit 2. This famous star had cheese and condiment. Called manager and let her know this was 3 tries, why can't they get a no pickle no onion order correct? She says sorry and next time a combo is on them. Visit 4- I go in drive thru and order Famous Combo no pickle no onion, ask if I can get an iced coffee for drink. At window they hand me burger and fry. I open up burger in car to check, yep made right. But I sit at window waiting for iced coffee. 3 minutes and 5 honks later an employee comes to window and says oops and hands me iced coffee. Just stopped here about 15 minutes ago because I refused to go to the dingy looking burger king next door. Womens bathroom had an unheard of 6 stalls, that's a lot for a fast food place. Only thing I didn't like was all the soap dispensers were empty so that's the reason for the 3 stars. We will not be back for a long time if ever. Why? Because when you stand in the back and tell the person at the cash register to wait, wait, wait so you can READ the menu and they keep on after you tell them to stop asking. "Can I help you?" every 2 seconds so you can not even READ the menu. Kept getting interrupted and do not know the menu at all was extremely frustrating especially considering we stood all the way back. First next to the glass and then had to move back further almost not being able to SEE the menu at all. The next time a customer who is paying you says "Wait" DO IT. We seriously should have walked out maybe THAT would have sunken in? We said Wait like 10 times and were not even standing there for 5 min then ended up ordering JUST to get food, didn't get what we wanted and omg it was a horrible experience. HORRIBLE!! Can't remember the young man's name with brown hair and if I did I'd post it up! Paying almost $10 to eat a burger that I didn't even want just because he would not stop. And then I have to create an account on here JUST to say my peace!??! o.O We will NOT be back anytime soon! I even used the words "Stop" and he kept on asking. If you eat here make SURE you memorize the menu before you go because even if you stand back they stalk you for your order.
