I ordered food thru the Carl's Jr App. The discount mentioned in the App was not credited to my total. The deal offered by the store location also was not credited to my total. When I went to pick up the items at the store, I asked the Carl's Jr associates to help me get the discount and deal. THEY REFUSED TO HELP ME AND SAID THAT ANYTHING ORDERED THRU THE APP CAN ONLY BE FIXED BY CALLING THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. (What Customer Service? Carl's Jr has no phone-in Customer Service line. You need to email a web address to resolve issues.) They said that they have no control to fix any order from the App. In other words, their App and their store don't know what they are both doing. The menu said "TRY OUR NEW HAND BREADED CHICKEN SANDWICH". Combo price apx $11 for a small and with another meal the total was just over $21! Should have are local. Over priced, over valued and didn't get our order right the first time and had to wait another 10 minutes for fries. Sorry to say we will not be going back. read more

Carl's Jr. was introduced to me by a buddy of mine while I was in grad school and it's probably one of my most favorite fast food burger chain joints. Their gimmick seems to have a lot to do with charbroiling their burgers. And adding bacon. Lots of bacon. Their six dollar burgers are big on taste while easy on the wallet. And out of all of the different burger chains, my opinion is that they have some of the best onion rings. I have tried some things from their Green Burrito menu and to be honest found them to be either too acidic or too salty. I'd rather get my cheap Mexican fast food from someplace like Taco Bell, or even better Rigoberto's. read more

For a fast food place it was pretty good here. During the lunch rush it wasn't busy and I got my food ordered right away. I noticed that the dining area was VERY clean. Maybe the cleanest fast food place I've seen. The food came out fast and hot. They did forget some orange juice for my daughter and I had to go back to the counter to get it. I have to say I love this Carls Jr!! Love the GM, she is VERY good at her job. Sometimes the food takes a little longer than people are happy with-but there's always those one or two customers who won't be satisfied no matter what they get or where they go. the staff does a really good job at making sure things are made correctly and great at making it right when there are any issues. read more

For a restaurant in a university town, you'd think Carl's Jr would be a busy place at dinner hour. It doesn't. Its slow (and often incompetent) service doesn't help. The food is alright- especially with offerings like fried zucchini, Santa Fe chile chicken sandwiches, their teriyaki turkey burger- but the service is incredibly slow, even if there are barely any people in the drive thru. This Carl's Jr. has a bit of an attitude problem that needs to be slapped out. Other than that, this is one of my favorite chains that houses the burger with a grilled pineapple and teriyaki sauce. This place USED to be the best...now its run by a bunch of kids. Every time we have come in to eat for the past two years the service has been horrible. They focus on drive through only. This time we came in and ordered 4 bean and cheese Burritos and a chicken burrito and two kuds burgers. We waited ten min. The waitress comes up and appolagizes. They are waiting on the bean burritos she says. She leaves. Ten min later my man goes up and complains. Oh, now they are COOKING the beans! At dinner time! We get a refund and leave. read more

The food looked like it came from McDonalds, it took twice as long to get the food and it was the worst burger I've had in a long time. I had to finish it because it was quite expensive. Disappointed in the 'specs' of steak I found in the new Philly Cheese Steak I ordered recently in the Corvallis restaurant. What happened? Carl's Jr has always been generous with ingredients but this was a sad showing. Looking at the photo of the sandwich and what I was holding in my hand was depressing . What a let down. Every time I've gone thru the drive thru at, Carl's Jr, I am pleasantly surprised at how, genuienly polite & professional they are! Now a days, going thru a drive thru, you're lucky if the person working smiles, makes eye contact or says thank you. This is NOT the case at Carl's Jr! I have yet to leave there with, nothing but a great experience! The staff are so friendly & professional. This is the case for EVERY Carl's Jr I've been to. I am not used to being treated this way. Other fast food/drive-in establishments, you are lucky to get out with so much as a thank you. With people demanding to be paid, $15 an hr to work at fast food restaurants, I would certainly hope I could, at least, get a smile! If you demand higher pay than most, earn it! This restaurant is a disaster! From employees rolling their eyes when you ask for service, to disgusting food preparation techniques....it's just above a zero. The staff is young with NO supervision. Where is the supervisor? And why is he/she not making these kids do the job properly? I have watched the help prepare orders with NO gloves on....and this is after they have just handled the mop or broom handle. When I requested they don gloves to prepare my order, the little girl actually rolled her eyes at my request. Then there was the time they sprayed the back counter with some cleaning product, did a quick wipe with a dirty rag, and then laid my food directly down in the yuck on the counter to put my sandwich together. This is while a guy comes in angrily to complain about his taco salad being handed to him upside down! He didn't know it until he got home and then had to drive all the way back. They did not even apologize. They need to start over and get a crew of true MANAGERS, and then hire some kids who are not spoiled rotten and just there to socialize. read more

This is a decent location. I have been a few times, and the staff is friendly and I have never had an issue with my order. I think the prices are a little high, but they (being part of a chain) usually have a deal or two going on that brings the prices into the reasonable range. Only issue I have had is the store is sometimes dirty (especially during the lunch rush), but I also usually see someone cleaning shortly after the rush has ended. read more
