Showed at 10:30pm and told us they were closed already when the hours online says they close at 11pm.

9/9/2023 We were visiting for a swim meet. Went thru drive thru and an employee threw a pen at us. Went inside to speak to management and the young lady at the counter said "AND"?? I'm not the manager, come back Monday" VERY CONDESCENDING AND RUDE! We decided not to eat there but wow never experienced this before My advice is don't eat here. The young man was the cook. If I could give zero stars I would. I'm just glad we are peaceful people. read more

I spoke with the manager at the establishment. He quickly handled the issue that had arose completely refunded the meal with just minor questions to assure the truth. Much appreciated. This location used to be much better. Last few times we ate here the food was less than acceptable. Today, 8-5-25, was our last time coming to the Cottonwood location. Burgers had luke warm patties and the buns were on the edge of being hard and stale. Don't know if the manager went somewhere else, but I haven't seen him since the food has gone down hill. read more

Cruising to the mountains, probably faster than we should have on our adventure bikes and decided to stop and get a quick snack. Ordered a bacon triple with barbecue sauce and onion rings on the burger. One of the best fast food burgers of had absolutely delicious. Definitely will be back. read more

Extremely slow speed of service! Like unbelievably slow. There were only 2 employees working, then a 3rd one arrived, there was a line of customers waiting and instead of jumping on the sandwich making line he went to do work in the back room. Al customers waiting for their orders were complaining among each other and asking for their money back. Who runs this place? It's the managers fault here for sure! Understaffing! I wouldn't say this is even the managers fault, just a neglected location with a huge problem staff wise. Can't speak on the meals, but I arrived for an interview excited to help out the location. I waited 30 minutes after my scheduled interview time and had the manager walk out many times to help in the kitchen. The tv's do create a peaceful dining area, with lots of nostalgia. We were camping in the area, and one morning decided to not cook our own breakfast, and headed here. Big mistake. Our breakfast order took over 25 minutes to get to us!!!! It's still "Covid Times," so they take your order at the window, and bring it out to you around the corner to your car when it's ready... About a half an hour later. Seriously. Not sure it was it was a Sunday and they were short-handed, or whatever, just took a very long time. The food was actually really good, but that sort of ruined everything when it took way too long. Went through the drive-thru paid for my order and was told to pull around front and wait. Didn't realize they did this to everybody in front and behind me. After waiting 15 min for three burgers and getting nothing, I asked for my money back. Was told that the manager was the only cook. Staff is incompetent, rude, and careless. Took 30 minutes to get a chicken sandwich off the dollar menu and chicken tenders. There wasn't even anyone else here for the first 20 minutes. This was the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant. We waited in line for our food for over 30 min. And all the employees were extremely rude, one lady even ignored us altogether when we asked a question. Since they don't have the lobby open we stood there waiting by the counter for over a half hour. And one of the employees, after being there for over a half hour, yells at us, literally yells at us for not having a mask on, when he himself, as a cook only had his mask covering his bottom lip the whole time we were there! We stopped on the way to visit Jerome. After being asked to wait, we ordered our food. We were told only certain drinks were available because the CO2 was out and the guy was supposed to be on the way. Then the cook started yelling. The AC in the kitchen turned on and the flame went out in the charbroiler. The manager didn't know how to light it. After waiting 20 minutes they finally brought our food out. They had cooked our burgers on the grill apparently. In their defense, they did offer us free dessert. Cleanliness needs some help here. If they can't be bothered to clean napkin holders, what else gets skipped? read more

1-worker was eating chips while he was on duty, and than handling food and touching fries container. Very unsanitary and unprofessional to be eating while on duty. Nobody wants you touching their food after you've had your hand in your chip bag and than in your mouth. 2-he was extremely loud and swore which is when your not on the clock fine whatever - but little kids eat in that establishment and don't need to hear you cuss 3-food wasn't hot and tables not clean like they should be. Just so you all know it wasn't busy so no excuse for this. If I was a manager there you would be fired or suspended with no pay for 2 weeks or more. read more

Disgusted at their behavior is putting it lightly. This evening we stopped and ordered food. We specified 3 times during our drive thru order that due to a food allergy one of the bacon guac burgers could not have Mayo. The last time we said that, we were advised that the guac burger didn't have any Mayo on it. I'm so glad we decided to look at it just in case, and it had Mayo, it was just called Santa Fe sauce (which is Mayo, lime, seasoning). We realized this was just a simple mistake on their part and pulled up I ran the burger in to let them know and to see if we could have it remade correctly. Expecting that if I explained it to them, they would completely understand and be happy to make sure that the person with the food allergy wouldn't be sick. The person that I spoke with said that it was my fault, that I said no mayo but that was Santa Fe sauce. I explained that it had mayo in it and he said he didn't know that and it wasn't his fault and he would not remake it. I then brought it out to my husband, upset that now we had a burger that we were unable to eat. He then took it inside and was told the same thing and that he was sick of people like us and then after my husband argued with him he finally took it and said "now say please to me before I do anything for you" He said he was the manager. Which means, not only should he know that the sauce has mayo, but he could at least have been willing to help us rectify the situation. We WILL not be back. read more

After driving for about 10 minutes I saw Carls Jr. that was still opened. Little did I know that I this location just opened a month prior. You probably don't need much of a review for Carls Jr. since they have them EVERYWHERE. I got my 6 Dollar Burger meal and it was the same as any other place. I normally would give it a 3 but as I got up from my seat I noticed that I sat on a bug. I have no clue what kind of bug it was but it was disgusting.
