I have been anticipating this breakfast stop since I started planning our trip to Colorado. We decided to hit them up on our way back to Texas, not a bad experience! The cashier was friendly, our order was correct and they even cooked us fresh hashrounds. So why the deduction of a star? One, my biscuit wasn't warm which I can get over. But two, there was a long black (head) hair inside my biscuit! I was grossed out but seeing as how we're on the road, there's no going back to bring it to their attention. Not bad, but I prefer my biscuit warm and sans hair. The cashier had a great attitude and made sure we had jelly/sauces, so they do get most of the stars for effort. And yes, I ate the biscuit after pulling out the hair. Sounds gross, but I didn't have much of a choice unless I wanted to go hungry lol. read more

Carls Jr is pretty decent for a fast food chain. The food is a solid 4 stars for effort. Cleanliness gets a 3 Stars. The staff is doing a fine job with cleaning and prepping food. I'm sure they will be better at all aspects of working here. Definitely would recommend giving this chain a try! read more

Last night we went through the drive through and had an amazing experience with Todd! He was very polite, enthusiastic and friendly. He took the time to read back our order to us to make sure everything was correct before paying for our food which it was we paid and then he had our food out in less than a minute. He saw we had a car load of kiddos and threw in a few cookies. The type of employee Todd is, is exactly what you want for all your restaurants! sent my husband through the drive through for western bacon cheeseburgers that had no bbq in them. zucchini's where cold and nasty. called the number on goggle it seems to be of a fax. they gave us Zero napkins or condiments for our fries and zucchinis. horrible service read more

Carl's Jr beyond meat burger options are FIRE! You're not limited to the flavors you can choose. Their fries, when fresh are way better than McDonald's any day. And that says a lot considering I used to only ever go to McDonald's for French fries. Never again you clowns! Carl's got the good stuff! Well, it was a great time while it lasted, but I'm moving on. I get the same thing every day. I have a horrible stomach problem, so I need something soft, warm, and good all day. It was the breakfast burger until they quit selling it all day, then I moved to the $6 double burger deal. I get them with no onions, no cheese, and with bacon added. Sadly, for the last six months, things have been getting even worse. I end up with bacon about 50% of the time. I won't eat the burgers without bacon. They seem incomplete. I was just at the location on fountain mesa road by the Safeway. I walked into the lobby and was not greeted by the counter staff. There were no other customers in line. The staff seemed to be in the middle of a large order on drive thru so I was patient. Until another customer walked in behind me, was immediately acknowledged and had his order taken before me. The employee behind the counter took his order and went back to what he was doing without acknowledging me once again. My son and I left and went somewhere else to eat. All you can eat Bisquits and gravy on Saturday and Sunday mornings for 1.99. We normally come for B&G on the weekend. The bisquits are great and the gravy just depends on who is making it and what your preference is. Normally it is pretty clean and your typical fast food establishment. read more

I drove over to this location last night around 7:30pm and it was closed.The hours says it's open until 11pm. This hasn't been the first time this happens. The last few times I've visited this location before 11pm it's been closed and no one answers at the drive thru. The first thing we saw when we walked in was a group of 4 employees standing behind the counter just talking. There was nobody in line waiting. When they saw us, each of them has a look on their face like "which one is going to wait on these people." The first words out of the cashier's mouth were "what do you guys want." I eat here all the time. The employees are always nice. It's good food not great food. But check this out. The other day we go to the drive thru for breakfast and order a crap load of food. As we are leaving my wife takes a quick look in the bag. There's way to many items to check everything so we drive on. As we pull out we here some one whistle and yell at us. This Carl's Jr. is really understanding and makes things right to the highest extent! Last night I came through and ordered two of the beyond burgers which is around $15 for two, they weren't made good at all but their customer service is amazing. I called them last night and talked to the manager and she was very understanding and happy to make things right. I just came to them the next day and told them about my experience with the burgers and they were way too kind and understanding. They not only remade the sandwiches for me but they also gave me a full refund which was really amazing and surprising! I really was not expecting even getting new sandwiches so they really went over the top with their customer service. All of the workers are extremely kind and I really appreciate them for being so easy and understanding with this situation. The manager as well is also very kind and happy to make things right.
