So incredibly disappointed in my experience. Craving a banana split so went there. Got a 2 scoop and it came out in a concrete mixer container. I was told that's how they do their 2 scoop and they could do a 3 scoop but I'd have to pay. NEVER in my life have I had a banana split look this way so I looked up what it should look like and it certainly isn't what I got. I will not be returning for a banana split again. Horrible service at this location. We waited 35 minutes for our order. We tried to cancel as we had places to be but they refused to cancel. The worker on the phone had zero knowledge of helping customers. When they finally came out they came to every car (paying no attention to the information given with the order) and yelled at people, rolled eyes. No apology nothing. Another waiting car had gone inside twice and still had no food fyi. People were frustrated as fast food should never be this slow. love the place, I come here all the time and it's great on a regular basis. however, I don't know what was so different this time but the food now has me bedridden. I ordered a Bacon Deluxe burger, and when it arrived the bacon looked undercooked, almost raw. I didn't think much of it because I normally eat my bacon at home a little more rare. I go home an hour later and Im vomiting into my toilet for some hours. Wake up the next day and I have feverish symptoms and still vomiting. This location is super super super slow. I've called corporate a few times to complain, but they don't care. Why are they so slow? Every time I've been here (twice) it takes +20 minutes to get our food. Today we ordered a mini concrete mixer, a small concrete mixer and a single burger. I'm surprised by these reviews. We frequent this location at least once a week. The drive thru never messes our order up, which is so appreciated because we have kids (picky eaters). After several errands, my son said he'd like to grab a sandwich for lunch & he picked Culver's. Placed my order through drive through. Employee was very polite & took our order down accurately. We approached the window, paid & got our number to park. We only waited around 5 minutes & our food came out accurate & nicely packed. Once arriving home (about 10 minutes) we devoured our delicious sandwiches. My husband got a spicy chicken sandwich that was excellent. My sons & I all had the double butter burger, there were no complaints. We had actually stopped going to Culver's after some inconsistencies we experienced, but it appears they're in a good groove. I'm not crazy about the burgers, but they do have a great fish sandwich. Their custard is yummy! They have a turtle sundae, which has caramel and fudge, which you can order as one scoop. It is really great, but I try not to get too many of those, since I have diabetes. The ambience is nice, because it is clean and family-oriented. The employees bring your dinner to you, which is also a nice perk. read more

I have never been here until today. And it was the worst experience ever. I decided to get the pot roast because it actually sounded good. Not only was it super salty, but as I was eating the roll it came with, I noticed a weird texture in my mouth. I pulled out a HARD PLASTIC piece.. I could have swallowed it!! I went to Culver's for take out. The ordering was quick but the good pick up felt longer than normal. I cannot complain about the taste of the food and neither did my fellow eaters. Burger, chicken sandwich and salads were above average. The food was freshly cooked not thawed out frozen fast food. Ice cream is delicious. Reasonable prices I fed 4 for lunch under $26. The spicy chicken sandwich had no condiments, no lettuce, bun was old and hard, and the chicken patty itself was old and tough. The pretzel house bun was hard, no creamy cheese, no condiments, and old. The shrimp basket was ok but no cocktail sauce with it, but was fresh tasting. The Dr Pepper drinks are flat. I don't see how this nasty old flat dry food passes quality control. This was a total waste of money and time. People get tired of disgusting food that even a stray dog wouldn't eat, because it would break their teeth and choke to death. I really wish people would serve FRESH, HOT, MADE CORRECTLY FOOD!! The quality of the fish in the Cod dinner has dropped off considerably. The whole thing was tough and hard to chew. Had to spit out several bites. Simply could not chew. Also, the coleslaw was not shredded well at all. Much of it was not cut right and simply didn't taste good. read more

Almost every restuarant in mesa ridge has a problem regarding customer service or lack their of and this culvers is no different. I had a coupon for a sundae and all it said was buy a 2 scoop sundae get a second one free. We told them what sundae preferred and than apparently the computer doesnt register build your own sundaes anymore??? Than they said it has to be some random combo of topping or it wont work even tho it does not say that on the coupon. Have only tried the frozen custard... but wow! It's thick, creamy and amazing quality. You can add any mix-ins you want to your custard. I got a concrete with marshmallow creme, cookie dough and brownie bites. Every bite had mix ins which I was not expecting. Definitely going to go back to try the food sometime. read more

I've never tried a Culver's before, and won't be going back. My experience in Fountain, CO was a turn off. The staff seemed to be off in their own world, and the dining area smelled horrible. It smelled like urine on one side, so we moved to the far side where it smelled like body odor. This did not help the custard any. The best parts of Culver's was the cleanliness of the restaurant and the employees. The burger patty itself wasn't too bad. It had some flavor. The toppings weren't great and there was a ton of ketchup and mustard. Fries were undercooked on the inside. The taste of the frozen custard was great but it didn't agree with Hubs or my tummy. They mess up my order EVERY single time. Most recently waited 40 mins for a couple kids meals and a value meal and they didn't put milks or fries in the kids meal and hamburger was made wrong. Went to have meals replaced next day brought receipt and everything and the assistant manager Emily was extremely rude and would only replace one meal. I asked to speak to the manager above her and she argued with me about that too. Told me to move out of the driveway before she had even given me my food.
