On our to Las Vegas. We stopped here for lunch. We were hungry! When we arrived to dine-in. The dining area is very clean, handicap accessible and during our time, even during lunch hour was quite calm and quiet. The staff on this day were very friendly, cheerful and patient with us while we decided on what to order. Our food was prepped and cooked just like any other Carl's Jr. & delivered to us at our table. And so we ate. No complaints from us. Here are some insights for the travelers or even for some out of town/neighboring residents. 1. Bathrooms are for customers. You must ask for a key. This is for security purposes as well as a transient deterrent. The Bathrooms are clean and sanitized. My experience here on this day. the Bathroom were very clean and not yucky. But you know there are people who likes to make a mess of bathrooms cause they do the same to their own bathroom. 2. Napkins are delivered with your food. You can request more if you are a messy eater or have a messy meal. 3. Drive thru seem to be quick from my experience sitting at the dining room and watching the cars go thru. They suck. This is the 2nd time in 3 days thatI we tried eating here recently. They took forever the 1st time, so we left. Right now, the dining room was empty, one car in the drive thru, and they still took forever to take our order. We weren't greeted, and the only thing they asked us was if we were paying cash or card. Then, we remained patient again. Finally, some short blonde girl that was yapping at the drive thru with her old 8th grade teacher came over and wanted to take our order. As my husband began to order his fried zucchini, she immediately cut him off and said that they aren't making any right now. So we left again. Today I pulled off the freeway to get a quick burger and use the restroom. I walked in and immediately saw Tony behind the counter with a big smile in his face moving non stop behind the counter encouraging his coworkers and creating a great sense of teamwork! He took my order, mentioned where the restrooms were and he never stopped smiling! Picked my order up and with that smile still on his face he wished me a great day! This is why nobody wants to eat here this is my fourth time trying this location since my work is so close I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt. I know it's slow but please do not serve old cold food to customers. You will never receive repeat customers again. I am a bit concerned with the service I received at the Fowlers Carl's Jr. I go almost every week for my lunch and place myself to sit in the side of the full bench. Now with these weeks being extremely hot I love to just spend my hour in there getting away time from my own workplace. Now here is the set back going to Carl's vs taking my business anywhere else. I was in there and was looking at the menu board and was waiting to be assisted. Then low and behold after close to two minutes a girl by the name of Cynthia helps me. She was perceived by me to look pleasant but as soon as she opened her mouth she was rude and just seemed annoyed taking my order. Then at one point I thought she was talking to me but it seemed she was on the headset she had placed on her head. After telling whomever was on the other side of that headset. She said to me " Are you ready yet, or you don't know what you want"? It was just her tone in how she said it. Now mind you I was not going to express my concern because I thought ok she just seems overwhelmed. But when she handed me my food for dining there. She just threw the tray down where I was sitting and walked off. So I had to get up and ask for ranch and BBQ sauce. Again why this girl seemed overwhelmed when obviously there was two other employees with her. She gave me the sauces and said " want anything else" ? Again her tone said it all. As I sat down I was eating looking at my notes for work. When all of a sudden you hear these girls talking about other employees that work there. Again I go there to relax and enjoy my peace away from work. I do not go there to hear other people's work business. I heard about so many things about a Woody fella in how he annoys the girl that helped me. I also got whim of somebody family member in jail for a tragic accident. Then another girl there with glasses, who I know seeing working at the market. Thought had a twin was just telling her what she needed to do. It got to the point they were talking Spanish. Now again I go there to eat not hear family or workplace drama. I can tell you I working for the place I work for would not condone this in our job. 1. Rude behavior to us paying almost $ 20 now for a meal. 2. Them talking about other employees 3. Standing around talking and allowing us to hear. 4. Rate of pay fast foods employees make now should be on their game. 5. Talking in Spanish when in a workplace English in California is primary. 6. The amount of time spending vs doing. I can make a list what we would be terminate an employee for and what is accepted and not. Yet I hope to find that my concern is addressed because I do not want to take my business elsewhere in Fowler. I was glad that they brought back the 2 for $6. Please address this issue I would hate for my restaurant of over 8 years would go down because of poor work habits accepted. read more

Horrible food. The chicken strips were burnt. The employee on the register was new so I will give her a break. She made a mistake on the order before ours and 3 employees, including the manager came up and made her feel bad right in front of us. She was the only one who apologized for the wait and the food. She was the only one who was presentable in a clean uniform. 1 employees uniform looked like it hadn't been washed in a month. Customer service was okay but I went thru the drive thru for lunch with some friends. We all got onion rings which were almost stale and looked like leftovers from the day before. I had a famous star combo and the burger had so much sauce, it was literally falling out in big globs. One chunk of lettuce on one side and tomato on the other. Bun was all mashed down and soggy from the sauce. My friends got root beer and Pepsi which were almost clear water with no syrup. Also I was the only person in line, place sucks (slow food restaurant) no matter what day or whatever it is I'm ordering it always takes them forever. I'm giving five stars for the following reasons: #1 the chicken ceasar salad here was way better and bigger than at McDonalds. The vegetable portion itself is pre-prepared, so there's no waiting for that and the chicken is warmed up and then put on top. They have choices on dressing which comes in a package that you open and squeeze. #2 good location on /off exit to CA99 #3 the ordertaker took the food to my table directly. The bathrooms are clean. The only drawback was that I thought there was wifi but there wasn't, at least it wasnt working while I was eating there. read more

Bathrooms are a big BIG thing for me, and especially after a weekend camping in the great outdoors, it was soo super duper refreshing to open the door to a clean, nice smelling (sweet&floral!) bathroom. I went through the drive thru and the girl taking my order kept getting the order wrong which made me worried it would be wrong once I got to the window. Since I have a food allergy to beef I requested no sausage on my breakfast sandwich. Instead of making a fresh breakfast sandwich they took off the sausage on one that had been sitting under the heat lamp. When I opened the sandwich I could see pieces of meat on the bread. Ask the employees of this Carls Jr. Told them twice we wanted a lettuce wrap on a bacon thick burger, had to tell them again as they were preparing it. Girlfriend asked for a substitued side salad, got fries AND CHARGED FOR A SIDE SALAD. Not to mention the wait. Thanks for refunding us for the fries, but letting us pay 16 dollars for a meal that came with no dressing, a regular patty, and ANOTHER BURGER INSTEAD OF TURKEY.
