Worst Carl's Jr ever. The place is dirty, they always get my order wrong and the staff is rude. I went in with my dad for lunch and order two hamburgers after twenty minutes of waiting for our food, we asked what was taking so long. There were only 3 other people at the restaurant so it wasn't like they were busy. The cook was rude enough to say that she couldn't do everything on her own and expected us to wait 10 more minutes. Boooo! Crappy service!! Breakfast sausage biscuit with no egg, or cheese.. I specifically got out of my car to let the girls know if I can have jam and ketchup. The drive thru window sucks. Best to travel with a passenger or else you'll be stretching to get your order. So by the time I'm at home I have No jelly it ketchup. AVOID THIS PLACE!!! haven't had carls jr in months so my husband decided to go... we usually avoid this location even though it's down the street from our house as it usually smells like pee outside. from what he's told me the smell has improved BUT the customer service and overall management SUCKS! he went through the drive through which took forever... come to find out they are out of half their menu.. NO CHICKEN AT ALL. NO CRISSCUT FRIES. CERTAIN SODAS OUT. the menu is basically beef and chicken with 2 types of fries. how are you open and missing half of your menu?! it would be one thing if they would put up a sign in the drive through to let people know that but they didn't. common sense is lacking at this location. my husband had to back out to let another driver out because they didn't have any food. lol. this also made the line take longer as people had to order, find out they don't have the food they wanted and then reorder. on top of that THEY GOT OUR ORDER WRONG! like WTF. the fries we were able to get tasted bad... probably old oil and now my stomach is rumbling. will drive out of my way to san dimas next time i have a craving for carls jr. i understand restaurants are going through hard times with whats going on but having half a menu, not relaying that to the customers ahead of time and then serving food that will make people sick is unacceptable. read more

Okay, I will start with saying that it wasn't my choice to end up at this Carl's Jr. and I already had a bad feeling about it driving up and noticing that for a fast food joint it was pretty empty for being the morning, as usually people grab something quick before work/ school. Of course it went downhill from there. To make this long story short, all you have to do is walk in, take a glance at their employees (not to mention the filthy/ smelly joint itself!) and realize why the place and customer service sucks! Awkward drive thru structure. Instead of being on the left where the driver can easily pay and grab their food, it's built on the right so the cashier must use a basket glued to a stick in order to grab your method of payment and deliver the food. I feel like the way it's structured could cause the food to fall since it's such a far reach to the customer. The food was great. Just awkward to pick up. read more

The service here isn't bad but I wanted to review the new "All-Natural burger" and this is where I bought it from so sorry for negative points on the star system Carl's of Glendora however if served it it should meet your criteria for excellence. I did a little research about the "All-Natural burger" before I decided to try it, for one thing they said it would be more expensive because the beef was imported from Australia as there was no major supply here in the U.S. and the other thing was the beef was higher in fat by about 10 grams over the Famous Star; for this reason I think the burger cooked quicker on the char-broil conveyor belt and necessary adjustments weren't made to the speed of the conveyor... the end result was: A charcoal patty instead of a charbroil patty. The patty didn't even cover half of the bun and it was dry to the nth degree, ordinarily I wouldn't be to disturbed by a burger gone wrong but this single item cost $5.39 plus tax so it is literally the closest thing to an actual 6 dollar burger they have on the menu (not talking about doubles and triples review Nazis). If they can slash the price by 2 dollars and stop burning the hell out of the patties they might have something, in the meantime I'm sticking with All-American beef even with it's lesser virtues. Also, Cheddar has it's place and that has never been with cheeseburgers; I suspect they selected this cheese because unlike the American cheese they use it doesn't contain soy (so it's even more natural) but cheddar doesn't work on a hot greasy cheeseburger ever!!! Many cheeses do well but cheddar has never been one of them and with all the cheeseburgers I've eaten in my life... trust me I know. read more

Well, don't go here, we got two burgers that weren't fresh at all, like the meat was sitting for awhile, went through drive through so I guess they thought we wouldn't find out till we got home, I thought they were made to order, they were very dry around the edges and no juice at all, you can tell a old burger when you see one. Took them back and got our money back, manager never said anything to us, so I knew he knew he gave us old burgers, they probably do that alot, so that's my comment about this place, no wonder why they have a low rating, two down read more

me and my boyfriend ordered 2 chicken sandwich meals from this location with postmates at around 9:45 and received our order at 11:10 the sandwiches were cold and soggy the fries were completely cold and the paper bad was tied up in a plastic bag and was so soggy it was falling apart never had a bad experience at this location until now very disappointed and dissatisfied waste of $33 read more

When I was trying to order the person was also taking a drive-thru order at the same time! Seriously get more people to work here, so that the walk up people don't get confused by the worker saying things that a person in the drive-thru has ordered. At Carl's Jr on Grand/Mauna Loa, Glendora..My family and I stopped by this Carl's Jr on our way to church. We ordered our food to go although we ate there. The staff just stuff all the food for 4 in a small bag, all squash and looking like a dog food. My sister got mad at which time the manager named Anna came stating that they ran out of boxes so they stuffed all our food in 1 small bag. Needless to say, I lost my appetite. Instead of calming my sister who is angry by this time, she made it worse by yelling back at my sister. ** koi Upon entrance to the place, I noticed that the hand sanitizer dispenser is empty, I mentioned it to one of the employees apparently t)aking a break, she said, "we ran out". I went to the bathroom to wash my hands instead and noticed that the bathroom is very smelly, dirty and no seat covers to use. (THIS HAPPENED BEFORE THE FOOD INCIDENT). I asked the staff who's been taking a break since we walked in approx 30 min (it's only 9am so I know it's not her lunch break yet) if they order supplies when they noticed that they're running low, ie: toilet seat cover, boxes for take out, hand sanitizer and her answer was " I don't know, I'm on my break" and they were all laughing which made matter worse. These employees are not professional and makes me wonder how clean they are in prepping our food or do they even wash their hands or at least use sanitizer. I would give it zero rating read more

I don't have any photos on this establishment, and there is a reason for it. My son and I went there to get some carl stars kids meal, not only was the line taking forever, our order was wrong. That took another ten minutes to get our order, then I let the lady at the window know their hi-c tasted bad. I said can I get a lemonade instead, she said she couldn't because that's on another level to order. I said excuse me, she said I can only give you tea, hi-c, or coke. Just drove through the drive through this morning and was reminded why we I've only been here 3 times in my 12 years of living in Glendora. Drive through window is on the passenger's side so unless you have extremely long arms you need to get out of your car to pay and receive your food. Drive through attendant was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. One more reason why we won't be back. read more

Do I have to give any stars? I don't even know where to start! I tried to order 3 burger combos, but the cashier (on the receipt it says Anayely) couldn't do more than 1! The reason I say this is because I was at the window ordering food (simple famous star combos) for about 15 minutes trying to straighten it all out. We took so long that the guy in the car behind is go out to see if something was wrong (I thought that was VERY rude of the guy... Good thing I wasn't an angry guy on steroids!) She couldn't figure out 3, so I skipped lunch and just got it for the other 2 people. And the reason I say they/she could only do 1 is because I got back to the office and still one was wrong. I've been calling both them and their DM to get it resolved, but they don't even answer the phone. I am Sooooo mad now. I'm never getting food there again and neither is my office or my family! So because they can't even answer the phone to fix it, they lost 21 people for their business! They need some serious help over there!! read more

Very displeased!! I just purchased the 2 for $3.50 Sausage, Egg & Cheese biscuit deal at the Glendora location off of Grand Ave. I went through the drive through to purchase the deal and when I was greeted by the employee at the window she wasn't very welcoming -- she even rolled her eyes when I asked for more ketchup! I got to my work to eat my breakfast only to find out they just put egg and cheese -- no sausage were in either biscuit sandwich! This may not seem like a big deal but when your on a budget, every penny counts and I'm truly upset that I didn't get what I ordered. For fast food, Carl's Jr. is not bad... This location however is simply terrible. It has to be a management issue as you can see it on the faces of every worker. They all hate their jobs and as a result, the food you order here will likely be terrible. Unfortunately this restaurant is close to my office, so I have tried on multiple occasions to order food here and have always had a poor experience. I complained once to corporate and they had the manager email me and offer to replace the poor meal. When I arrived he apologized, made excuses, then served me another terribly dry/burnt burger on a cold bun and old fries... Nobody cares here. read more
