My favorite is the Avocado burger, messy but worth it, and for me it has a little kick. Flavor bomb. My husband loves the double bacon cheese burger. Messy too however so worth it. Yazmin greets each customer with a smile. She makes sure you are noticed and taken care of no matter what. I love Yazmin's kindness, patience, enthusiasm to make sure your order is complete and comes out hot because she works hard! If she gets slammed with orders you do not know it. This is the worst Carl's Jr. the drive through is incredibly slow. I waited for 17 minutes for my order. And when I finally got my order they forgot the burger. Like how do you forget the main part of the meal?! Also, the drive through isn't convenient if you don't have a passenger with you because it's on the right side. read more

Absolutely horrible experience. The service was painfully slow, disorganized, and rude from start to finish. Employees looked annoyed that customers even existed, and no one seemed to know what was going on. The food was just as bad. Burgers tasted stale, fries were cold and soggy, and everything felt like it had been sitting out way too long. Definitely not fresh, definitely not worth the money. Even the drink was flat. The restaurant itself was dirty, tables weren't cleaned, and the whole place gave off a "we don't care" vibe. This Carl's Jr. seriously needs new management and basic quality control. As I got to the bottom of my cup, I noticed something odd in my cup. There's a huge piece of plastic. The employee who made my drink must not have paid attention or intentionally put this in my drink. I am completely flabbergasted! If I could rate 0 I would. I stopped into this location as my first stop driving from another state. When I asked where the bathroom was I was informed it was for "customers only." These ladies had no idea that I would order a meal after using the restroom. Due to them talking down to me and classifying me as a non customer, I decided against eating here. It's truly sad that these people make $20 per hour guarding the bathroom key. Once I began recording, they decided to call the police. Long story short, I was being forced to spend money before being allowed to use their restroom. Both of these women should be fired. Since I was treated miserably, I will NEVER spend another dollar at Carl's Jr, again. read more

The service was great. I got 2 double western cheese burgers around 10:00pm and let me just tell you that those burgers where fresh. The fries were hot and crispy. They where cooked to perfection the onion rings had fresh onion no leftover soggy or stale onion rings, the patty was very flavorful and well done, the bacon wasn't hard it was cooked just right as well and the cheese was great with enough of the bbq sauce to make that burger for what is known for a western burger great job and thank you for an absolutely delicious meal!! read more

For being more expensive than other fast food chains, the quality and service is severely lacking. It took 5 minutes from when the person in front of me finished ordering to when they could pull forward enough for me to pull up to order. Then it took 7 minutes from when the person in front of me pulled up to the window to when they finally got their food. From ordering to receiving my order, i waited 15 minutes and there were maybe 4 cars in front of me. Then when I finally got my food, the fries were cold. The lady at the window was lacking good customer service. She went to confirm my drink, when I corrected her because she didnt say "diet", she rolled her eyes and was like "yeah". No "thank you, have a nice day". Just "here's your food. Here's your drink" all with attitude. Plus the layout is awful. Drive thru window is on the passenger side and the lady didnt help with bridging the gap. I had to park, unbuckle, and lean out the passenger window to get my food. Not a good experience. I don't care if it is the closest restaurant to my house, I will go somewhere else from now on. read more

Terrible service. The two working tonight were just completely absent. We placed an order on the app and ended up sitting at the drive through speaker for 5 minutes with no response. We drove to the window and they both came out of the back and the woman refused to acknowledge us until after she took the order of the person at the speaker. They hadn't started our order yet and told us they were out of beef and we had to get a spicy chicken sandwich instead of a burger. We went to Carla on our way to universal studios, when at first we had trouble hearing the speaker but Jorge the worker at Carl's Jr was quick to help us and get our order taken. Picked up a Super Star with Cheese, and Fried Zucchini today. The burger was good but left me wanting more! To me it looked like they shrunk the burger, it felt smaller in my hands than I remembered. And, normally when you have a double patty burger it is more than enough for most of us. The service was good, and the workers behind the counter were friendly.
