I have come in here for over a year and today I was heavily disrespected when they told me my cardiac alert dog needed to leave for absolutely no reason. So I decided to stand my ground and continue to eat in, I heard their disrespectful banter about my dog who happened to be un-vested because it's 91 degrees outside. And the law doesn't require my dog to be vested it only requires him to be task trained. Without my dog I have no heart monitor. So if you have a service dog and want to dine in. Apparently you have to be vested if you don't want to be talked down to and have your medical K9 talked down to... not only did they tell me to remove my dog when I expressed he was a service dog they said, oh yeah? Well do you have proof? so I walked away and sat down. Because not only was I asked for "proof" (not okay! you aren't allowed to ask for "proof") you are allowed to ask 2 questions.... 1) is it a service animal required for a disability? 2) what work or task has the dog been trained to preform? You are not allowed to ask for proof! And you don't have to be so rude when trying to figure out why a customer has brought in their 100 pound dog. Cause most normal people don't just take their giant dogs out. And if they do they aren't as behaved and well mannered. I was questioned when my dog was in perfect control and completely in working mode. Only cause he was naked was it a thing. You'd think he would be recognized. Today I went through the Carl's Jr around 6:45 drive thru and I ordered 2 combos and a extra fry on the side. The guys who took my order was extremely rude on the receipt. It said his name was Jacob. I noticed when I pulled forward that I was missing my extra fry on the side so I went inside and told him I was missing my fry and he told me no I put it in the bag and I told him I only had two but I ordered three. He continued to argue with me so I left and will be calling the manager in the morning. read more

June 12, 2023, after mixed experiences, good ones too, I had not visited this Carl's for a couple of years. On this day, which shall live in infamy, I was handed the worst excuse for a Carlburger ever. The clerk was polite, courteous, cheerful. The sandwich was properly put together. So it was not thte wait staff that was the problem. They all performed properly. But the ingredients! Where did you find that lettuce, on the side of the road. Why didn't you wait till the poor, diseased cow was dead before you harvested its organs. I'm exaggerating. It wasn't _that_ bad, but it was very unpleasant. Something is wrong. This Carl's has been consistently inconsistent. It's almost like it's a different franchise from the other Carls of the County. I am sure they will improve. (Again.) So, till then, I regret having to give two stars. The staff deserves more. read more

Burgers have a chemical taste like stainless steel cleaner. Ordered and paid for a double angus burger and got two of the most pathetic dried out nasty patties in a wrapper that said "double cheeseburger" instead of the box that I was supposed to get. read more

We've been to this location a few times and it is always clean and the staff is always very nice and our food has been fresh and has tasted good. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. We ordered a swiss chicken combo and the monster combo we ordered 3 chocolate shakes. We waited 15 min we got home the fries were cold like they been sitting there a while! The chicken sand had tomatoes on it that look a month old, our shakes might as well been chocolate milk they were so runny!! 3 ppl workin up front on our order geeze! Horrible horrible service I ordered a regular burger and a chicken sandwich combo and chicken tenders and when I got home I noticed that there were 2 chicken sandwiches instead and neither one of them had veggies so I decided to call and no one answered I called about 5 times and no one answered I decided to take all my food back and get it fixed and its a 10 minute drive back so I was not happy when I get there and try to get my food fixed they tell me they need the incorrect burger back and said they wouldn't give me any refund or at least give me warm food since all my food was cold and were completely rude the entire time DONT recommend going there I will never go back worst service ever read more

This location is so much worse than Greeley's other location. 3 of the 4 times I've tried to order their Beyond burger, they have burned it to the point where it was unrecognizable and the only way I knew I had a Beyond burger was because of the sticker on the wrapper, and although overcooked, it tasted like the Beyond. Last time I went through the drive thru, I pulled off to check the burger, no sticker and was burnt (again), had to go inside and ask whether it was the correct order. The employee insisted it was "meat" while pointing to the Beyond burger advertisement. After talking to them for a minute I decided they probably knew what they were talking about, ate half of the burger, started feeling sick, had to toss it in the trash. Fries are consistently cold, stale, or both. Highly recommend that this location be avoided. read more

I walk in to grab a drink I forgot through the drive through. There is no one in front of me. There are two women. One is working making shakes and the other is walking around putting food in bags. It takes them five minutes to ask if I'm ready to order and this is after I asked slightly loudly if I may get my drink. When I asked they didn't answer me or even look at me. Then when I got home my bacon burger had a half of piece of bacon in it. Just terrible service. read more

My boyfriend love's y'alls biscuits. We visit you most every weekend either Saturday or Sunday. We have gone the last 3 weekends, and y'all have managed to screw up our order every single time. Not to mention we spend well over 20 mins waiting in the drive-thru line when there is no one there! Takes way to long to make 2 sausage and cheese biscuits. You would think that at least they would get the cheese on there. Or the right size drink or anything correct for that manner.
