The service was horrible. Blanca and the guy working the window were extremely rude and harassing me over them making my food wrong. They asked for my food back and I voiced my concerns of taking the food back after it has been in my car and they ignored it after knowing the policy so they messed up right there for one and for two when I went inside to explain to them that my order is wrong they were not accommodating they didn't wanna make my food right , the young boy working the window started to get loud with me and say that I'm a "broke ass nigga" because I want my food corrected. I'm really happy with this location, and I literally just left it! They were transparent about missing part of my order when I got to the window, and I was able to tell them the missing ones! I would much rather have to repeat what I asked for than find out I'm missing something later on. I was waiting on a couple more fries, and ended up pulling into the parking lot. The food is usually good here. The location is normally clean. The issue is the customer service and it starts at the top. If the district manager doesn't know customer satisfaction techniques then how can the rest of the staff. It starts at the top. I had an order cancelled through the app. It was time sensitive but everything on my end was done correctly. Instead of taking care of the situation she decides to tell me that she doesn't need to match the app price because she's not a corporate store. If the app says you accept the deal then it's very easy to take care of the situation. Customer service is key and for $8 you lost a customer for life. If I was the owner I would really look at the people that are the face of the business. I've been in management for over 30 yrs and if I had an employee that didn't take every customer situation seriously and without the ability to perform while a customer is upset I would let that employee go. It doesn't surprise me that this location has below 3 stars. Especially with times like this where businesses are hurting why lose customers. The new limited time Fried cheese cheeseburger was the ultimate tast culinary creation for a drive thru type foid establishment. The first thing is the fried cheese patty like a chicken patty but a guge round cheese patty . The burger a thick Angus Patty a host pf other great stuff and an incredible tasty special sauce. A few months ago me and my girlfriend did a blind burger challenge and after eating 20 different burgers (not the healthiest challenge but it sure was fun) my favourite fast food style burger ended up being from Carl's Jr. and this was my first time coming back to order a meal since then, needless to say I was looking forward to seeing if I liked it as much knowing what I was actually eating. We came through the drive through of this location on a Wednesday night and made it through pretty quickly. This menu has so many different style of burgers that it was honestly near-impossible to choose, but my heart lead me to the double western bacon cheeseburger meal with waffle fries on the side and let me tell you, Carl's Jr. might just be the true king of fast food burgers. This burger was big, juicy, and tasted absolutely delicious from first bite to last, it was oh so good. But Steven, was the burger the only highlight? No! The waffle fries were pretty tasty too and made for a great pairing. Overall, I'm officially a Carl's Jr. guy. The food was top notch for fast food and the friendly staff made it quick and smooth to get through super quick. Stopped at the drive-thru to grab a quick lunch after the doctor. Watched a sex worker get picked up as I was pulling into the drive-thru. That should have been my first clue to leave. The drive-thru is infested with bees (I'm allergic) and the traffic on Flamingo is so loud that it's hard to hear the speaker. The person taking my order had no idea what I was saying and got my order completely wrong. I decided to go inside since I couldn't hear her anyway. I get inside and one of the cashiers has her kids running around the kitchen area. She was nice and got my order straightened out. While I waited, three separate homeless people came in with cups from other fast food places and tried getting free refills. The cashier stopped them and was very aggressive about it, which caused a lot of tension in the store. I finally get my order and get in the car. Now two other homeless people are staring at our car. We decide to take our food and eat elsewhere. Had to avoid yet ANOTHER sex worker being picked up in the Flamingo driveway in order to leave. Just stay away. Seriously. I usually have a quick and easy experience with Carl's Jr. Apparently not during my experience at this Carl's Jr. I ordered through the drive thru and it took forever, and when I pulled up to get my order, the employee was moving so slow!
