Located inside the Boulevard Mall in the food court area. Big food court, lots of tables and lots of choices. This is the first place that caught my husbands eyes, and I guess he researched and already knew what he wanted. We ordered the patty melt, kids chicken tenders combo and mushroom egg burger I believe. Very quick, fresh and taste was on point. Food looks exactly like the pictures on the menu which you do not get that a lot. Service was super awesome. Asked if we needed utensils, ranch and made small talk. Mall just opened, so it was clean. Restrooms located nearby and a magic show for some entertainment super awesome! As my husband said, he would drive out here just to eat at this place! As i walked through this huge mall (which i didn't expect to be that big), i found this food area. I'm so glad i decided to eat at steak and spud factory because the food was very delicious. Being picky.. i was unsure of what to order so stuck with what i knew on the menu (lol). I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich with fries. Everything was made to order. The last thing I expected when stopping at the Boulevard Mall was a top notch place to get a patty melt, but here we are, weeks later and I'm writing a positive Yelp review (I've been slacking lately). I was at the mall for a meet and greet with Pro Wrestler's Axe and Smash of Demolition when my tummy was rumbling, so I headed to the mall food court to grab a bite and settled on Steak & Spud Factory, a place dedicated to burgers, sandwiches, and the appetizers to go right on the side of them. I ended up ordering the Patty Melt which included Onions, Thousand Island Dressing, and some provolone cheese to top it off. I was a huge fan of this sandwich and it far exceeded my expectations. The meat inside the sandwich was delicious and so was everything else on it, it definitely is above average for something located inside of a mall food court. For a side dish, I got the french fries and they were tasty as well, a nice pairing for the patty melt if I do say so myself. Overall, if you find yourself at the Boulevard Mall while also hungry, you definitely need to check out Steak & Spud Factory. So may to choices... Finally decided on Steak & Spud Factory. The French fries did it LOL they smelled sooooo good. I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich and of course French fries. The French fries were nice and hot and very crunchy and the Philly Cheesesteak was gooey with cheese. This was a very filling meal. The man who took my order was very polite and made sure my order was correct. There were two guys who worked very well together. One cooked while the other took care of the orders. My coworker and I were STARVING... We decided on the Steak and Spud Factory through a trackable delivery service. We waited, and waited, and waited...and waited...the app kept saying the Steak and Spud Factory was preparing it... Finally it was on its way... When it arrived we were so excited. The containers were sweating so bad it leaked All over me. We opened the containers, I got the egg burger and steak fries and he got just a regular cheese burger and fries. The egg burger was extremely thin and flat and looked like it was just slopped together, my fries were soggy and so were my coworkers. Probably won't be ordering from these guys again. I did give two stars though, because the canned sodas we ordered were icy cold...that was kind of a giveaway that our food hadn't been sitting it was just poorly cooked and slopped together. read more

He scooped out some sundried tomatoes and fresh spinach and heated that on his grill, then mixed in some feta and savory dressing. This went into the panini press. I got some french fries instead of the potato chips. These were good. Real potatoes. My meal cost $7.50. Hey, seriously. This food tasted fresh, delicious, and healthy. I saw him cook it. Does anyone remember how Boulevard Mall used to be THE premiere mall in Las Vegas? It's amazing how quickly things get run-down and thrown to the way-side in this town. Also, the food court here used to be decent as well. This particular place has gone through so many names and changes I don't bother keeping up. On my last visit I ordered the patty melt , which is about 1/2 pound patty of ground beef , sautéed diced onions , Swiss cheese and thousand 1000 island dressing served on your choice of bread ( no rye ) grilled to perfection ! Served with fresh cut French French fries and a beverage for 11$ , you will leave stuffed ! Other times I have ordered the monte cristo which is pretty darn good as well ,if this place was on the strip they could easily charge about 20$ for the same meal , it is in the food court of a dying mall , but hopefully the improvements at this mall will keep them in business , they also do delivery via grub hub according to their signage so maybe save yourself a trip and do delivery ?
