Was getting my car serviced at near by dealership so walked here for a quick bite. No customers, inside was nice and clean. Some cool vintage pictures of how Carl's Jr looked like back in the days with their menu prices with a burger costing only 35€! Cashier was really nice! Prices are higher than most fast food places. Out of every Carl's Jr I been to, this one had the best fried zucchini by far! It was fried perfectly and was piping hot! Haven't been to a Carls Jr in ages. They were having a Hangover burger special after the Superbowl so went to check it out. Very tasty and hardy size. It is essentially a breakfast burger with eggs, bacon & hashbrowns. This location is in the shopping center where 24 hr fitness is. I have never in my life had worse customer service than I just experienced at the Kitty Hawk Carl's Jr. I genuinely hope the owner of the franchise is in this group because your employee genuinely needs to be fired. I placed an order through an app. It was canceled with 10 minutes of notice and no good explanation. By the way, this has happened to me two weeks in a row. The employee who was also the manager told me it's not her problem because she doesn't own the franchise or the app. Literally didn't give a shit. Then, when I asked her to please re-order it she told me I needed to go to the end of the line and then it was my problem. It was the most inappropriate,rude, complacent, horrible employee behavior I've ever seen in person. And just to give the owner a little more information my visit was at 5:30 February 19. Came from a far distance to come here with my family today at dinner around 6. Walk to the front to open the door with me carrying my kid in one hand grabbing at the door with the other and it was locked. The employee was emptying ice in the drink machine area turns facing us and clearly stares at me struggling to open the door. Doesn't say anything just stares as we fail to open the door. I stand there staring at the dining hours stating they still open for indoor dining. It's a Saturday peak dinner time and they're closed? I peak over at the drive through which looks dark non lit up so we decide to leave assuming they are closed and the employee didn't say anything. As I look at their store hours as we have already driven away, the online site says they are open so I decide to call and ask... they pick up and say they are open but drive through. I was livid... common courtesy the employee should have least said hey drive through is open... but no just stares at me and my family. I understand if you don't want to work but to push away business and make it look like you are not open and lock the doors.. not sure if they will be open much longer with employees like that read more

But I was wrong I kindly asked the cashier to please make everything fresh for us since it was very slow and we didn't want to eat the Burger patties that were sitting on their warmers or the cold fries that were sitting on the Heating lamps or the chicken stars the chicken stars that were also precooked. I was sitting in the lobby looking towards the lady without gloves prepping my food Pulling dry cold meat out of the warmers my fries were also stale and warm I politely asked her to please make our food fresh and to which she told the cook my wishes the cook said no that I could go in there and make it myself. I said OK I'll eat it. All of the orders of fries were stale stale and warm to the touch. The 3 sandwiches we ordered the patties were dry and slightly warm. My kids chicken stars were also cold. The entire time we were at the drive through she was rude. When pulling up to the drive through we were not greeted with the usual "hi welcome to Carls Jr." Instead this rude girl said, "yeah?.." Disappointed with their new $2.99 burger they show on commercials and post these beautiful pictures of these amazing looking burgers at the store too.I bought their double cheeseburger and I was so disappointed with what looks like the one dollar cheeseburger I see at McDonald's but with some raw onions added. I went to the drive through and ordered a breakfast burrito for the first time and the lady asked me if I wanted the combo so I replied what's included with the combo and she said hash brown and coffee or juices. I ordered one burrito for my friend and a combo for me with a coffee. It took quiet a while for the car ahead of me and when it was my turn, the food was all ready to go and she was so rude with no expression or anything and just handed me the bag with coffee. This Carl's Jr, located just off the 580 Freeway off the South side of the Airway Blvd exit, is one I've visited several times on my way home from the Bay Area. It is very conveniently located on the same exit I take to fill up with cheap gas at the local Costco. I'm usually in a rush at the beginning of a 4-5 hour road trip, so I usually drive through this Carl's Jr/Green burrito restaurant. On a visit Iast summer, I ordered a chorizo egg and cheese burrito. It was surprisingly decent for a fast food restaurant. I shall continue to stop here whenever I'm driving long distances simply because of the convenience factor. Who knows, I may actually make it inside one of these days. read more

The lettuce was barely green and limp, the tomatoes were closer to orange in color than red and soggy, and the buns were both falling apart and stale!
