First time using it and was easy to look at the menu and order. You can still order with a real person on the counter but this helps in case there was people in the front which there was when I came. Only difference when ordering on the pad, you don't get your drink to fill like you would with an employee in the front 2) they remodeled the place. Lot lighter color. New tables and chairs. There use to be tables on both walls but they took the ones out on the fountain drink side. The food- got me the prawns and fish. Still delish, the fries were fresh. When I got my order, they only give you the tartar sauce. If you want the malt vinegar, you have to ask so they give you in a small cup. They use a unique batter, and the fish inside is moist and delicious. I usually pass on fries (chips), but these were amazing. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. The curry ketchup is so good, too. The line to order moves quickly and we didn't wait very long for our food - great service at the Humble Sea location.
