If you're asking for a special order be very clear when ordering. It's a 50/50 chance your order will still be wrong. The candy mix ice cream are amazing!! We've tried almost every flavor Reese peanut butter cups, butterfingers, M&M's, Snickers, Oreo's and Strawberries & Caramel!! There loaded with toppings/sauces of your choice. I would of gave them more stars but the wait time is RIDICULOUS. I once waited 20 minutes for a xl fries & vanilla cone. Their food is very well seasoned and nice and hot when you get it! Their service can be slow at times but call ahead and it won't be an issue! I never order salads at any other fast food place but here and their ranch is really good! The salads are a little expensive though. The Cheesesteak Sandwich is HUGE and very, very good! I did get their Signature Bacon Chicken sandwich one time and was disappointed when I received a frozen breaded patty The picture on the menu clearly shows a much more appetizing fried chicken filet. Had the Philly cheese steak; really good! Had a good appropriate amount of cheese, steak, fried peppers and I think there was fried onion, and a bit of lettuce and tomato on a French roll. $10.21 after tax for the sandwich by itself. Charley's is my ultimate favorite for cheese steak (in other cities) but this is a good runner up. It was really tasty. read more

We have been going to frosty King for about 3 or 4 years...in the beginning they were awesome, over a period of time business changing hands, it has become a terrible place to eat, the people that work there are very rude, the food has become very bad...I ha a a pastrami there the other day and it was awful, it was so greasy I couldn't even eat it, I thew most of it away. So we came here because of our awesome experience at the frosty king in Bakersfield. They said they're owned by the same owners. We arrived and ordered food. I for some weird reason went with the fish n chips. It was ok. Nothing really special. The kids with with the chicken tenders and the wife went with the philly cheese steak sandwich. So this place took forever to get the food out. I don't know how when most of the food was fried. They also forgot my corn dogs. They reimbursed us for it. The owners changed about 2 years ago. A new menu arrives this week. This place only gets better. The wait is still long but I now dial 209-634-2030 a few minutes early and it's ready when I get there. If you like In-Out burgers you'll like these. Fires are crinkled and like some said here who doesn't like that. Breakfast burrito small for $3.24 is my regular, if only they opened before 9 a.m.. Food was delicious. I had the beef nachos supreme. While I was here I had to use the restroom and it was filthy it looked like it had not been cleaned in years. It made me wonder how clean is the kitchen if the bathroom is this disgusting. The service was good the young lady behind the counter was delightful and helpful. My goodness, this place is painfully slow. It took a ridiculous amount of time to get somebody's attention to even order at the counter, and the food took quite a while to be prepared. Also, when we tried to order the Macaroni Bites, the first person helping us didn't even know they were a menu item. I will not be going back to this place. I've heard the owner is a great guy. Well it doesn't come through with his employees. I went through the drive thru and ordered about $40 worth of food. Which I did at least once a week. Got home and realized they gave me the wrong dozen of wings. I called and was told I was talking to the manager when another employee got on the phone and said she was the manager and to bring the wings back and she would dump bbq sauce on the wings she gave me. That was her only solution. Well I could do that. Very rude manager and lying staff. Will discourage others to not come here. read more

We stopped at the chevron to get gas and saw their signs. The chicken wings are AMAZING and the chicken Philly is packed with deliciousness!! The pineapple shake reminds me of a dole whip from Disneyland. The chicken club sandwich is nice and fresh and the fried pickles are spears and fried nice n crispy. Also, I went yesterday for a milkshake and arrived at 9:25pm, online it says they close at 10. So I waited in the drive they for a bit before someone answered and said "I'm sorry we're closed" I said Online it says you close at 10 is that wrong? She said no we closed early tonight. I thought since it's Sunday that may be true so I asked if that was every Sunday? And she said no just tonight. Okay then.... I drove out of the drive thru and noticed the OPEN sign was still on so they were just being lazy and didn't want to work anymore so the employees just decided they'd close early that night I guess. This place needs a lot of improvement. From the time we ordered to the time we got our food it was over 30 minutes. To top it all the food was not appealing at all. Our hot wings were not "hot", tasteless, and dry. They don't carry buffalo/BBQ sauce for the wings. Our chilly cheese fries were okay. But I would not re order them. The only good thing we had during this visit was our Oreo milkshake and ice cream cone. I will not order food again unless I see a change/improvement in the restaurant. Unfortunately Dissatisfied!!!!! My husband ordered the double cheese burger with fries and I ordered two corn dogs with fries while we both shared a milkshake. When I received my shake, there was A HAIR. They kindly gave me a new one in a larger size. However there was ANOTHER HAIR in the new one. First let me say that the food here is really good. I have gone here four times so far, and all four times the food has been really tasty. Now with that being said, here comes where points were deducted. While inside it seems that the staff is more concerned with chatting with each other than making sure the orders are correct. All four times I have been there, not once has my order come out the way I've ordered it. From wrong combo numbers, missing items, to completely wrong milkshakes. Now they are quick to fix the order if you bring it there attention, but if you are on a lunch break or in a hurry its less than acceptable for them to mess up this much. There were 3 messed up orders in just the 20 minutes I was there ordering my food (well 4 if I count my pair of missing fries). Really hope this gets fixed because we really like this place, but might have to choose someplace else next time if we are in any kind of rush. Double Check your order before leaving. read more

The first thing you notice about this place when you walk in is that they have a pretty big menu for a burger place. I was rather impressed at the choices. Basically an old school burger joint (with the aforementioned large menu) thier burger don't taste like the over processed "fast food giants" burgers, they're better. Additionally they serve crinkle cut fries, who doesn't like crinkle cut fries? If your in the area and looking for a burger joint, in my opinion you could do a lot worse. Will update this review over time. Currently three stars after 4 vists, and only being open 5 days. First I would like to say that the franchisee or corporate which ever it may be, should be ashamed of them selves. This location has been packed all day every day since it opened. Understaffed and not managed well, to say the least. Expect a 20-40 minute wait to order if walking in during the evening. On top of that a 25 minute wait on your order. All tickets are hand written and a lot of confusion between front of house and back of house. Sadly the first two days food was great. Third and fourth day quality went down. On our third visit we order basically the same things as our previous visits. With the exception that my husband tried the chicken strip dinner, after seeing and trying our daughters order of the chicken strip basket. On this night, I too changed my order and went with the large side of cheese fries. My burger was great but the fries, well there was about 15 small pieces of fries smothered in cheese. About a third of the container, it looked pitiful. Both the chicken strip orders looked very unappetizing also. Very pale in color and much smaller pieces than the previous orders. It clearly states that the food is as pictured, and that the pictures are taken of actual orders. Not the case the last two times. My fourth visit was with another family member. We called in our order. I was told 25 minutes. We were already there when I called so I went in to pay. 40 minutes standing in line and only one cashier. I didn't want to cut through the line so I waited patiently. When finally getting to the register my order was not ready. Half was but they scrambled to get the rest together. So we had cold food and warm food. Luckily, I checked the order, even after two employees did, we were missing cheese fries. $43.00, over an hour wait and pitiful looking food. I asked for corporates number. They didn't know it. I explained that I am not one to complain but did want to speak with someone about the quality of food and how the restaurant staff was doing the best they could with the volume of customers and just a few employees. I don't blame the staff. Those whom are responsible for this establishment should be ashamed. They left their new employees high and dry. Management needs better training. They need to step up and let the customers know what is going on. What they are out of, and just be friendly. I may have given 4 stars had the manager come out or been out front helping the girl at the register. She was completely frazzled, kept messing up and having to ask the guy making desserts what they had and what not. A nice announcement with an apology for the extended wait times every know and then would go a long way with the guests whom are sweating in line and fanning them selves with menus. People are easily pleased. Just take the time to inform your guests of what is going on. 1st update: Things have calmed down. We have visited in afternoon and early evening. No more lines, cooking time is down to about 10 minutes from time of order. Seems to be that during the mad rush of opening week they must have run out of chicken strips and used another company or local warehouse. The chicken strips are now back to descent size with a crunchy coating that browns well. Portions have been spot on and workers are smiling. I have tipped each time and let them know how nice it is to see them finally smiling. I fully recommend this establishment at this current time. Great prices and awesome food. read more
