Found 2 strips of plastic in my food and the cook tried to tell me it was tomato skin... she threw it away and made my new burger with attitude throwing all the ingredients together; last I checked tomato's aren't shiny reflective or see through. Drive thru has to be one of the worst I've seen. You first have to wait for they can help you thru the voice box. Then you have to wait almost an hour just to go pay! After you wait 20 mins for your food to be ready! I really hate coining here, also one time I was eating inside the store and they towed my car. This place needs new management. This is the WORST fast food restaurant I've been to in my life! Went to this location on May 29, 2024, spent $27.45. The burgers were burnt and the fries hard as rocks. I submitted a complaint and received a call from supposedly corporate in Texas. I was asked to go to the store and they'd give me a $250 gift card for my inconvenience. I get to the store and the female manager has no idea what I'm talking about (all the while I have this 'corporate fellow' on a 3-way conversation with another man who's allegedy a manager somewhere) and the store manager refused to talk to whomever I have on the phone. I was then instructed to ask the store manager to sing a song and that she would understand because she was on 'America's Got Talent' and lost. I didn't do that and the person on the phone told me to go the the back of the store and bang on the door because the real office was in the back. BEWARE of this location. The manager named Mario is breaking the law by violating Vehicle Code Section 22953: (a) An owner or person in lawful possession of private property that is held open to the public, or a discernible portion thereof, for parking of vehicles at no fee, or an employee or agent thereof, shall not tow or remove, or cause the towing or removal, of a vehicle within one hour of the vehicle being parked. I stop here to buy food all the time through the drive-thru and this time I decided to park in the carl's Jr parking lot and went into the market next door for 10 minutes to buy refreshments first before going in to Carl's Jr to buy my food so my food wont get cold. When I came out my work truck had been towed by the Manager Mario against the law and he was incredibly rude when I asked for an explanation. I was not close to being gone for 1 hour that is required by law. While I was waiting for my Daughter to pick me up, I saw multiple tow trucks hidden on the side of the restaurant waiting for unsuspecting people to leave their cars and then they got towed. I am now being charged closed to $400 to get back my truck with all my work tools. *Predatory Towing is against the law* Please be careful of this criminal location. read more

Horrible customer service. Shift leader didn't know what he was doing. I told him to charge my card first which had $.69 on it and then to charge the rest with the $20 bill I gave him he did not know how to split payment and charge my card first so then as he's trying to figure it out, he charged my card $.31 and then tells me something I do not understand. I try to explain to him that he did not do it right and I showed him my phone which showed that he charged my card $.31. He just completely didn't know what he was doing, he gives me the $20 bill I gave him back and tell me here the order is canceled and shoos me away rudely then goes and starts to take other customer orders in the drive-through. I ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich through the drive through. I parked in the Carl's Jr. parking lot to eat and I see MOLD in my sandwich. I go into the facility to notify the Co-Manager(Daisy), she was speechless. She then notified the food handlers that were in the back fridge mingling. As she was telling them they giggled. They made me feel horrible and embarrased as if it was done purposely. I felt mocked. The Co-Manager returned to me to let me know that the food handler was going to remove the MOLD and return the contaminated sandwich to me. I am appalled. The Co-Manager had them make a "new" sandwich for me from the infected ingredients. They did not remove the infected container from the food station. I had asked for the manager. Went there for my lunch break and purchased a large Dbl Western Bacon combo with extra BBQ sauce. As soon as I was handed my order I grabbed a few fries to snack on and they were cold. Asked if I could get a freshly cooked order the drive through attendant told me it would take 5 minutes. I couldn't afford to wait so I just left. Got back to the job site and when I opened the wrapper to the burger no extra sauce. Not sure if this post will help make improvements but either way I'll be contacting corporate tomorrow.
