When is a combo "just a hamburger"? The sign said $11.99 for the "Combo". The price for the actual combo? $20.34. "11.99" and "Combo" are the same size font. They're also right next to each other. If you squint, really carefully, you'll see in tiny print "$18.95 for fries and drink", under the "$11.99" and "Combo". I have never seen such deceptive pricing in my life. Carls Jr can go to hell. Man I haven't had a Teriyaki burger in ages so I pulled over on my way home from Fresno. This Carl's Jr is nice and clean without the usual homeless kickin' it in the corner. This will be my bathroom break place the next time I roll thru Los Banos again. Not sure where everyone else goes but I'm sure there are PLENTY of toilets since they named a town after it. I like this location because it's right off the street and the bathroom is next to the door so you can get it done quick and no need to ask for a key like at Starbucks. Went there 7/13/18 dine in dinner. There was a new girl struggling to take orders. Litzy who was very experienced came to help her. The manager Sofia went out of her way to bring us our order. She explained she was a new employee that helped us therefore she didn't have a name tag. I never inquired her name so was a bit confused. Later Sofia came to check on us if we needed anything else. Which at this time we said everything was excellent & prepared at the right temperature. The produce was very fresh & fantastic on the burger! The dining room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this location and especially the Hawaiian Chicken Lettuce Wrap. Another favorite at Carl's Jr. is their crisscut fries. When they are prepared correctly they are delicious. read more

I ordered a double western bacon cheeseburger with small fries and drink, cost over $11 and the meat tasted like crap. Carls Jr has gone downhill big time. I used to buy the southwest charbroiled chicken sandwich but they changed the chicken this past year or so and it's been super rubbery and disgusting. You can't even bite sown into it. We are never disappointed when we stop at this Carl's Jr. They have a Great selection of burgers and combos to choose from. They offer an option of several sides with your burger, not just fries. What we love most is you can get fries with a Burrito since Green burrito is at this location. The ice cream shakes are the best!! The food is made to order so it's very hot and fresh. They offer many choices of buns for your burger or no bun at all. Restaurant and bathroom always are clean. Great service!! We were greeted when we walked in as well as when we left. The famous star is well priced. Specialty burgers were a priced a bit too high. We love all the lettuce they put on their burgers. I was very disappointed with this place. I went through drive-thru and ordered over $50 worth of food. when they handed me the food I asked if everything was there I didn't want to have to search through all the bags because there was a line of cars behind me.... When I got home and I passed out the food to my family my six-year-old told me there was no food in his kids meal. I had to double-check because I thought maybe he had dropped it. But when I searched there only fries in a toy in there. I called the store to tell them I experienced and I did not want to have to go back because I live way across town. What the manager offered me was just to write down my name and next time I went there I would get a discount. Why would I want a discount on something I already paid for and wasn't there.
