For some reason, someone didn't have time to press the soup lid down. Nor did they tie the small bag they place the soup in. Everyone just loves spilled soup in the interior of their NEW car, don't they? Everyone loves throwing out $22.05 worth of food too. All because someone was too lazy to press the lid down. I suppose it's a good thing that person doesn't work for Starbucks.

It's a small hut with two drive thru windows and every time I've passed by, there's always a line. The night I came, I was the second car there which was perfect. They have a really big menu so I suggest checking their menu you out before you go so you know what you want. I ordered the asada tacos, asada quesadilla, and pork tamale. One thing I noticed right away was that they were not stingy with the meat. The asada had really good flavor and the tacos were the best I've had aside from my favorite spot in Pasadena. The quesadilla was amazingly good, but I only ate half to leave room for the pork tamale. I'm glad I did because the tamale didn't last a second. It was packed with so much flavor and the red sauce complimented it really well. There were 3 people working inside and they were super friendly. Once I ordered, they had my food ready within 5 mins. I ate in my car, but they had an area where you can park your car and eat at a patio area next to the hut. Be warned that there are no bathrooms from what I saw, but there's other places around you can most likely go to and use their restrooms. I gave the employee the code and he said it did not work. We pulled up to the drive thru window and the employee said it was the same price. It took me off guard and my husband handed them the money, however when the receipt was printed they charged us for the sausage McGriddle! I told the other employee who handed us the food that they didn't end up taking off the sandwich for us, he then tried the code himself and he said it wasn't working. I even showed him my phone with the code and the item that was free. He then told me again that it was not working and there was nothing that he could do. I was like really? You cant just manually take off the sandwich and refund us the money? He was wearing a blue shirt so I assumed he was the manager on duty, however he surely did not act like it as he did not listen to the customers needs and clearly the code was visible and active on my phone! He then said it was just to accumulate points and not to get a free item? That sounds like false information to me. After that interaction with him we drove off and said okay thanks. Looking at my phone after that, they clearly took my code along with my points! I only have 951 points now. He clearly needs to learn customer service skills, and not have the customer have to act like it's pulling teeth just to use a valid code. No wonder they have 1 star on this location! Not a happy customer! Beware any future customers!
