This morning as my wife and I were traveling, we decided that we wanted Breakfast but werent too sure on who in the area would still be serving Breakfast being that it was already past 10:30am. As we past by this Carl's Jr. my wife saw online that sometimes Fast Food places like Carl's Jr still serves Breakfast. So after we passed the Restaurant my wife told me to turn around to see if we could get the Breakfast that we were desiring. We pulled in and walked into the Restaurant and were greeted by Sophia, the Asst Store Manager. My wife asked "Can we still order Breakfast, is that possible?" Sophia in her delighted and happy to serve you tone "Do you have an idea of what you are wanting?" My wife replied "I'd like some Biscuits & Gravy please!" Sophia then asked the back Cooking Staff if they had any Biscuits & Gravy left and to her reply "Okay I'd like an order of Biscuits & Gravy please!" Which totally put a smile on our faces. Not only was Sophia delightful but also a pleasure to speak with. I then began ordering my food and I order a Breakfast Burger and then I ordered Fried Zucchini. A little while later, probably about 10 minutes Sophia came over and delivered our Iced Coffee's and then about 5 minutes afterwards here came our food. I took a bite into my Breakfast Burger and it was nice and hot, as well as my Hashbrown Rounds were. BUT when I took a bite out of the Fried Zucchini, I almost burnt my tongue they were scalding hot, but OH SO Delicious. I told Sophia, thank you so much for delivering our Breakfast food to us and we appreciated her very much. Let me tell you, when you come into a Restaurant like Carl's Jr. and you get exactly what you want when Breakfast is probably over, Of course I'm going to leave a 5 Star Review. Thank you Carl's Jr and Sophia for supplying these 2 Customers their Breakfast that they so desirably wanted. Gonna mark this Carl's Jr as a Top Favorite establishment of ours. read more

I had a really disappointing experience at this location tonight. If I could leave less than one star I would. The drive-thru employee, Sandra, was unprofessional from the start and used foul language, including the f-word, while taking orders. When I got home, I realized my Guacamole Bacon Thickburger was missing. I returned to have it corrected, and instead of prioritizing the mistake, I was made to wait behind a car that appeared to be her friend who from what I could see, only ordered a soda. Sandra was laughing and talking while my replacement burger sat getting cold. When I finally received it, the burger was barely warm. I asked if it would be possible to receive a complimentary drink for the inconvenience and was told "no" in a very rude tone. I said I was not happy with the experience and drove away. As I left, Sandra yelled out, "Don't come back." Mistakes happen, I understand that. But the language, attitude, and overall lack of professionalism were unacceptable. read more

Customer service. Sensitivity training for staff. As well as DEI. Staff were witnessed harassing a homeless woman who wanted to use the bathroom. So sad staff don't know how to deal with or react to those unfortunate with compassion and care. Not sure it would ever eat there again. Lower income area and many people in need. Ok my first impression wasn't good, the drive thru is horrible, the pavement needs re-done the potholes are extremely bad. They can actually damage a car. I was at Carls Junior on 7/22/23. These Western burgers were dry and terrible. I will never eat here again or order a Western burger in my life from here. This place had no air conditioning at all in the 101 degree weather which made its customers uncomfortable. The owner should be ashamed of themself. Went to Carls Jr. Marysville this last Sunday. We used the Drive-through. Our total spent at this place was $58.68: four dry Specialty Hamburgers, and four large barely warm and rather stale fries. To top it off they didn't get our order correct. I understand to check the bag for count of items. This was done. I shouldn't have to open individual wrapped items in my bag to make sure all the order was done right. To start, the specialty Hamburgers are a ridiculous price $8.99 each. A double Bacon Western Burger with Onions Rings inside, should have Onion Rings. It did not. I called, once home, and meals opened, about the missing Onion Rings. No one answered the phone. It was lunch time so I was understanding of the food rush. I called back later in the day to get a replacement Burger for another day when in Marysville. No one picked up the phone. I called again the following Sunday morning. The Phone was answered. The person answering was helpful but gave no apology for our inconvenience: simple good manners ignored. I was told to bring in my receipt and they would take care of the issue. Here is my gripe. I know mistakes can be made when in a rush to get so much done in such a stressed environment as the Fast Food Industry. ROTFLOL! The app tells me to consider Covid, but what I'm complaining about has been happening for years. I got up to the drive-thru window to pay and was greeted with "$28.00." No "hi," no "please," not an acknowledgment of one human doing business with another. Just took the card. Then handed it back. Asked what sauces I wanted and practically slammed the window. When the food is finally ready a girl (whose mask was not on correctly) handed me the food and didn't say anything either. I was one of the best road trippers around. I never have to pee, never needed anything to drink and I always brought my own snacks. Not these days. I have to pee every hour on the hour it seems, (thanks to Baby X lounging on my bladder) But I did make it to Marysville on our way to Ororville. This spot is in the perfect location. You can pull in the back way and park. They have a giant parking lot with a few shady spots in case you have to leave the wiener dog alone in the car. My husband said he was kind of hungry so I peed and he went and got a 3 piece Chicken Strip. I also got a small 7-Up and a small Fry. The Fry's were good. They have new natural cut fry's. Way better than the kind they had before. My husband said the first Chicken Strip was good and crispy and then the last two were soggy. Very disappointed with my experience at this location tonight. When I drove up to the drive thru window, I had asked if we could add one item to our order. The gal at the drive thru window asks another gal if they can do that. She says NO. Being told NO is fine, but inconvenient because I had to go through the drive thru again. When I got to the window the 2nd time, the drive thru gal (a different one) stepped away to talk to the cooks about another order. So...I guess the annoying part is the fact that their time is important because add-ons are not allowed, but the customer's time is not important because the employee can walk away from them. P.S. the last time I visited this location, the employee had me pull out in front to wait for our meal to be completed. *This is the 1st time I've been denied being allowed an extra item being added to an order from any food establishment. I don't ask often, but occasionally I forget to order something. It's too bad Carl's Jr (or maybe just this location) will inconvenience a guest.
