I recently ordered lunch for the family from the location and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered through the app and my parents picked it up and everything we ordered was ready on time. My parents got here and I opened up the bag and thankfully all the food was there and packaged well. No loose wrappers or half uncovered burgers. More importantly all the food was really fresh. The burgers where still warm. Fries where hot, and nothing tasted like old fryer oil. We also tried a few different items. Zucchini fries great, waffle fries great, normal fries great, not to mention their jalapeño poppers are probably the best of any fast food resturant. I was really impressed with their burgers though. On my way to the big malls, I was lucky enough to stumble onto this little gem of a restaurant. I received first-class treatment from the moment I entered the place until I parted. Was greeted upon arrival with a cheerful voice almost like they were really happy to see me. And my food was made quickly and with precision. The Double Western Bacon Cheeseburger was put together so neatly and definitely was not just thrown together haphazardly. Almost as if it was made for them to eat. And they made sure I had enough napkins. And they even reminded me to take my straw, thus showing they were alert to every detail to be sure I would enjoy my meal. Today I visited the very first time on this location of Carl's Jr and the business manager named "Sylvia Chavez" was ruthlessly rude when I asked for the restroom code. She asked me to buy first then she could give me the code. I told her that I am in hurry for the nature call (i.e, pee) but she persistently showed her rude attitude and tone. They deserve to go out of business. First they tell me I can't do two separate orders because of the long line. There was literally only one car behind me. Also I get to the front window pay for my order. And then they ask me to move to front of store. I tell them no because the whole point of going to the drive is to make sure they don't forget anything like napkins , straws, etc. what they do next is start servicing the cars behind me in the line. While the worker is getting literally 5 inches away from my truck window handing the other cashier the drivers credit card. I then ask for a refund, they happily refund the order. They were, however diligent enough to charge me $.75 for cheese!! Awesome. So, without rambling any more about the details, let's just say the manager apparently called the area director prior to me calling because she already knew about the "situation ", as the area director calls it. By far the worst Carl's Jr. I have ever been to. I'm in a huge company van that barely fits. Made me back up then pull forward then was rude when I politely asked why I do I have to do that. Then at the intercom I told the rude girl I wanted a lot of ranch for my 3 combos. If she would have told me I had a limit of 5 I would have payed to get extra. But she waited tell I got to the window to tell me they are almost out and gave me 5. Then told me that's all I get and I can leave now. I will start going to the one off Elder from now on. Just got the most nasty employee in my life.. She really gave me 2 full bags full of food for three people and I asked for sauces and she gave me one and turned away and closed the window. I couldn't believe someone could be that rude without me being rude myself. Most of the time is decent, but today it was just horrible. My original thick burger was not as much meat, they only put about 2 inch lettuce leaf, there hasn't been any sauces in over a month, and almost every time they get something wrong in the order. Today I ask no Mayo and pickles in a big cheeseburger they even put the sticker that said no pickles, my son takes a bite and it has pickles and Mayo. Normally I don't like to rate bad experiences... but I've been to this location a couple times and EVERY time the employees are rude. They have the worst attitudes. My husband and I went through the drive thru after a long day, and the person over the speaker right away was rude. When we got to the window and paid I didn't ask for a receipt. But they didn't include my fries. So I asked for them, no apologies. She rudely said I wasn't charged for them. Asked if I still wanted them, I did. Paid $3 for a large fry. Got home and the fry container wasn't even half full. They need to hire people with better attitudes. read more

This is my local Carl's Jr, and like any other franchised fast food restaurant, the taste and menu variety are the same from location to location, so my review will be based on the service. I ordered a large order and the meal came out in a reasonable amount of time. The restaurant was very clean and the condiments were well stocked. The bathrooms too were clean and didn't smell at all. The only thing negative about this experience was that the employees were taking their break in the parking lot 20 feet from the front of the entrance. I understand working in fast food requires a lot of work and the employees have every right to indulge in every second of their break, but it was just an eyesore and a little awkward to walk by. At the same time I don't blame them because if I was in their position I would want to take my break outside and get some fresh air before returning to my shift.
