Ok, We start with 2 stars and not just 1 because the food is still good. However we have officially hit the world of AI in our daily life. I stopped by Carl's Jr the other day to buy a burger. As I get to the drive thru I am greeted by a computer, yes you heard it right a computer, with a generated voice (Not a human) that says welcome to Carl's Jr. could I take your order. At first I was taken back at the fact giant companies think you can get a more accurate order talking to a Carl's Jr Deep Fake, then an actual human, and I was proven correct. As I spoke into the speaker at a voice prompted computer, I said I would like a "Big star NO tomatoes". She replied OK thats a Big Star extra tomato. I said no I don't want any tomato. Computer responds with OK I understand you want a side of tomato..AHHHHHHHHHHHH. I said FUCK it and pulled forward. I told the lady are you kidding me, you guys sit here while a computer takes my order, and its all screwed up. The lady who spoke broken english said, "I see you ordered 2 Big Stars 1 with no tomato, and a side of tomato. I told her thats absolutely not what I ordered. I gave her my original order which after cancelling the previous one finally was ably to get me my food. Very slow service. We walked in and the cashier just finished with a customer then went to tend to drive thru. Another employee came to the register and said nothing to us at all. I'm still a 4 star for this place but I might bump it up once I eat here more. I had a good time today as I sat down and a good neighbor pull up next to me in her wheel chair and have a good talk. Well, I haven't been to Carl's Jr in awhile and now I remember why. I tried the new Bourbon Burger and well it was awful. The Burger was cooked to death and burnt. Looked like it was left behind something and some one found it. The Buns...what did they do to the buns?? Both Bun and Burger was VERY DRY! The Only thing good was the Bourbon sauce. The Fries were more moist than the whole burger. My wife had a Western Burger and the same...DRY and BURNT.
