Love this Quiznos and the staff. Was there again just tonight prior to seeing a movie. Delicious food, as always. What really makes the restaurant even better are the employees. They are always very professional and welcoming and tonight was no different. They are super interested in making sure we feel welcome and enjoy our experience. It is well documented that the store closes at 8pm, and on this night, they didn't rush us out even though we were still eating at 8pm. Thank goodness the employee let us know that at that time of night, right before closing, the meatballs were frozen so husband can change his mind. If by Middle East she is trying to infer Muslim religion, then she should understand how important being a good host is to a Muslim...I have NEVER been treated so well as I am treating by Muslims while on travel. With regard to the two men I always see on duty at the store, one may be a Muslim (irrelevant, if he is) but I doubt the other is a Muslim; he wears his hair like he is a Sikh (not Muslim) which would suggest he is from Punjab, the north of India, which is in South Asia, not the Middle East. I was very surprised that there was not a single other customer here at 12:30 on a weekday, with few other options for the offices nearby. Then I found out why. He skimped on the meat and charged me over $7 for a tiny sandwich. Then I did not mind it was so small because it was dreadful quality meat & cheese. It amazes me how many restaurants think that the answer, whether they are doing well or going out of business, is to "cut corners" and raise prices. Either way, they drive customers away. Wow the people working really do not care. I walked in and wasn't really welcomed. The guy did make the sandwich and then stood there...watching...as the sandwich was going through the machine. Ok, you could have rung me up in this time instead of just standing watching my food warm up. He didn't even look at me or anywhere else the entire time it was toasting. The lady behind me asked the other staff member about guacamole and the guy somehow got it mixed up in his head that it was for my order. So he put guacamole on my sandwich. They did not give me a napkin with my sandwich and they didn't have one napkin available in the entire store! Don't eat here unless you want to get sick!!! I came in at 8:08pm on either Tuesday or Wednesday. I go to Quiznos every now and then when the family and I are too tired to cook. Normally I get pretty good service at this location, but that night a young girl was working behind the counter and when I asked her for soup she had an attitude and argued " yeah it's almost closing time, so...." . Then when I pulled out my phone to call my family to make a different arrangement she changed her mind and decided to make some soup. Clearly she was upset about having to make the soup because my sandwich was all messed up, soggy, and missing a chunk of bread. I have pictures to prove it and will post it. She drenched my sandwich in Italian dressing. The tomatoes were purposefully on the bread and there were pools of Italian dressing on top of the proteins. She was clearly upset about the soup thing. I got a stomach ache that night because I was so hungry I decided to dab it off and eat it anyway, even though I was missing chunks of bread and it was soggy. She had to be about 17or 18 years old. She definitely shouldn't be working in the food industry (which is the easiest industry to work in), but because she likes to make people sick she shouldn't be allowed to work in any service industry in general. I have a young daughter and a two-year-old son , if they were getting one of those sandwiches and got sick I would have sued Quiznos in a heartbeat , she's lucky that I was the one who had the sandwich. I was greeted by very cheerful staff. They were courteous and very helpful with suggestions while I was still trying to make up mind. I wasn't sure what to get , then I saw the Spicy sausage sandwich on the menu, had it on rosemary bread and boy was it good.
