Acknowledged that I was standing at counter but didn't offer to take my order. Other large framed girl seemed married to the fry machines. She too noticed I was standing there awaiting, one or the either of these girls could've helped me "But No". Fry girl not frying food but cleaning around counter by fryer. Window girl on her fourth car pulling up was too occupied with her function, again both making eye contact & wouldn't take my order. Fry girl couldn't care less, so I decided to leave. I went inside to let them know that two different times this evening, I went to the drive-through and sat there both times with no one taking my order for several minutes. I went inside because I figured maybe the equipment wasn't working and I wanted to let them know A young girl talked over me and argued with me and would not listen to anything I was trying to tell her. I would give no stars if I could. I went to Carl's Jr. with my family for lunch during this busy holiday season and what we witnessed was just deplorable. The behavior of the staff, especially the young, inexperienced, so-called manager, when having to deal with customers who were dissatisfied with their orders and/or the quality of service, was unprofessionalism at its finest. The manager did not know how to speak properly to customers or even the staff. The manager also had no clue how to appease anyone so that their stay was a pleasant one. The restaurant was also filthy looking and many tables had not been cleaned from previous customers. Needless to say, my family and I decided to leave because I would not allow my family to eat or be subject to such substandard circumstances. read more

Rude employees. I go to the Carls, Jr. about 2 times a week until NOW. I went into the store on 7-29-19. There were 4 employees working. 1 Car in the drive thru, and NO customers in the store, but us. We enter the store and the employees were bust stocking. They looked at us upon entering and said nothing. We stood there for 10mins waiting for someone to take our order, and they avoided us like we had the plague. After 10+ mins an employee said I will be with you in a few, why the other 3 stood there. after 15mins of no order, we decided to leave, and the employees looked at us like we were NUTS for not waiting for them to take our order. I will NEVER return to the Carl's Jr. on Olive Hwy again. These people hires the most inept people they can find. We walked to the Oroville Carl's jr. My fiance was at her maternity appointment so I took my son for lunch. We walk in and are greeted by a woman in her mid 60's who was less than pleasant. Order. Sit down for 5 minutes and she calls our number and tells us we have to leave because of the coronavirus. Keep in mind, we are the only customers there. So we had to sit outside in the rain on a cold bench. My 6 year old was smart and noticed a dry spot under the awning to sit. So we moved there and ate behind a trash can. Then another employee comes out and tells us we can come in??? We were almost done with our food at that point and she then tries talking down to me like I'm stupid because there was a sign taped to the door. I do not read everything posted to every door I walk through. We declined and finished our meal outside. Was here the other day and got good service, came back today with my whole family and they served about 5 crisscuts in our orders. I would never have brought them if after paying over $50 they'd still be hungry. I've gone about three times in the last few months. The food has tasted fine, but the burgers are always on the cold side. Not hot enough to even melt the cheese a little. Its a shame because if the meat was warm and the bun was warm it would a really good burger. Super disappointed with the service. My son and I decided to go to Carl's Jr for lunch 6-5-19. It was a hot day. We walked in, both doors was wide open. It was hot and muggy inside. The place was not busy at all. The woman working the front counter and drive through window said she would be right with us. We stood there waiting at least 15 minutes with no other people in line. We watched her take a drive through order then be texting on her phone telling us she would be right with us. This went on the entire time we were waiting for her to take our order. I hope I can post photos of this I think everybody needs to see what you just did to me. I came through your line and it took 30 something minutes to come through. Talk about a waste of gas in pouring rain and cold. I got to the window and the girl was so inept she threw my food out the window onto the ground on accident. I was quiet and just sat there and then I watch the manager put a new box together and that manager is inept as well because I have less than 10 french fries and I watched her put them in there. I received a hot dog that is cold uncooked in an uncooked bun with nothing no seasoning no mustard no ketchup nothing just a hot dog on a bun in the Box no hamburger and I'm really really ticked off at this point I really think somebody needs to do something about this. Clean establishment. Friendly staff who were patient when I had a hard time deciding what to order. Really good burgers. Little bit pricey, but not unreasonably so. I gave Carl's many times to get it right but they just can't seem to get it together. It would appear that they have a serious problem in management. The morning employees just don't care. More than once I have placed my order only to have a bland response that tells me they would rather be anywhere else but there. I place my order and roll around to the window and wait and wait and wait. No one comes to the window to acknowledge that I'm there, I just wait. Finally someone opens the window and tells me how much. The price is wrong so I ask them, did they add cheese, her response was confused and asked if I wanted cheese, at this point, she adds they can add cheese, because they have not made the order yet. Huge F+ today Carl jr. Failed miserably. Came in today spent $60 dollars. $50 on a gift card for someone who does like you, and thought why not ill try a burger. Ordered the teryiaki burger and clearly stated no onions for i am alergic. To go of course for i have many things to to. Going through the Oroville location drive-thru is hit and miss. I ordered a Diablo Thickburger and got no habanero sauce. Next visit, I ordered jalapeno poppers and when I got home and opened the box, there was chicken tenders. Next visit, I order a 3-piece chicken tenders and when I get home, there's two pieces of chicken and a pile of breading crumbs that held no chicken. This is THE MOST GHETTO Carls Jr. I've ever been to! If you're thinking about it, don't!! They've been open long enough to work out the kinks. Fewer and fewer cars are seen in the parking lot. I go back a few weeks later to try again and the strips were burnt and inedible!
