Forget it. This place was good once a while back when Carlos was the Manager and Maria was the Head Cook but now it's gross and has been for at least a year. For some reason, Carlos and Maria walked out after a number of years. I work in the area and used to eat there at least once or twice per week and bought my employees breakfast or burgers on a regular basis. I walked in one morning and didn't recognize anyone. There was no coffee and no biscuits or cinnamon sticks. The trash cans were overflowing. Someone had barfed in front of the store and one of the employees walked out and put a yellow sign over it. One of my regular customers said she'd walked in and there was a huge bloody band-aid on the floor covered in flies and the employees were arguing about who was going to clean it up. I think it's Trip Advisor that has a photo a former customer took of the toilet filled with feces and the walls and floor covered as well. I don't know how the Health Dept. hasn't shut them down. read more

This Carls Jr never messes up and is always quite fast. Considering it is a fast food restaurant the quality never fails to be anything but excellent. My dad and brother go here to claim two Western Bacon Cheeseburgers each (YUCK) once or twice a week. I'm not a big fast food fan, but Carls Jr is one of the few places where I will order a burger and actually finish it. read more

Alright, the only reason I chose to stop at this Carl's Jr. was because it's right on my way home. However, I'm not sure that the convenience was worth the experience. There were no cars in the drive thru lane, but when I got up to the window, I felt extremely rushed by the workers. I was greeted with a nice, friendly, "...what do you want?" It's hard to tell through writing, but the worker's tone here was insolent at best. I hurriedly ordered, choosing the first thing that looked good. I ended up getting the Bacon Truffle Fries and a vanilla shake. I've never had a problem with a Carl's Jr. shake. Cold, creamy, tasty, but nothing to call home about. The fries started off as great. Fresh and fairly tasty, I was having a good drive home. Then, a taste hit the back of my throat. Plastic. The truffle sauce on the fries started as hot and generally tasty, but as it cooled, it became plastic-y in taste, as well as in texture. I had to throw out the rest of the box, as the taste of the fries when hot disguised their inevitable shortcomings. read more

I like Carl junior food but for some reason this location is terrible. The main issue is that you sit in line 20-30 minutes and they seem to get the order wrong every single time. One time they just flat out gave me someone else's food. I feel bad for the person that got our order because they got more food than we did. I will say the kid today at the window first thing apologized for the wait(I didn't complain about the wait to him) and was very nice as well as corrected my order. read more

Tonight was the second time that I drove off without my food because I sat so long in the drive-through without anyone coming to the window. Fortunately the guy in front of me did the same thing, so I didn't have to sit there any longer than necessary. Pretty sad Carl's. And keep in mind I have eaten at Carl's locations all over the country and never have I sat so long waiting. Was on my way home late in the evening on a Monday night. I had an urge for a bacon double western cheeseburger. I got there just before they closed. BIG mistake. My burger was cold, there was no BBQ sauce, no bacon, no onion rings and if there were two beef patties, I'd challenge anyone to point out the second one to me. I was already 5 miles down the road before I opened the burger and they were closed, otherwise I would have gone back and returned it. read more

I asked for five chicken strips and got about 12 broken up basically crumbs from this location. To start off I ask for the chicken strips and was going to get 2 orders of 5 strips and was then told that they didn't have enough chicken strips for that and keep in mind that I was there at 8:00 and they don't close until 10:00. I also had asked for a vanilla milk shake and was told to hold on while the guy checked if they had ice cream. I was eventually served and it was crap and the fries were basically just thrown in the bag not even in the cups. This is not the first time I've been disappointed at this location the last time I went they didn't have anything because their fryer was BROKEN.!!!!! read more

This place has been here for 15 years so they must be doing something right. It's hot or miss, but usually a miss.

I am giving this business one star because it is filthy inside and out! When you go through the drive thru you feel like you are in the ghetto. When you use their restrooms there is usually no toilet paper and the hand towel dispenser is jammed and this is ALL unacceptable! They do have yummy french toast strips, however. I won't go back until they clean the place up though. We even mentioned it to one of the clerks to see if he would be willing to clean up the area near the drive thru, but three days later it looks the same. read more

This was the worst fast food I have ever had. Couldn't even eat the fries. I know it's fast food but it doesn't have to be this bad. My husband and I stopped by because we were starving and needed to eat quickly. We have eaten at a Carl's Jr before, it wasn't bad. Not sure if it's this location but the sandwiches were awful and as previously stated the fries were not worth eating. We went into this Carl's Jr at 5:28. There were a few cars in the drive through and no one in the restraunt. I ordered one hamburger and a shake split for my kids. They took 15 minutes to deliver this and had to come ask what I ordered. There were about 6 kids working so there was no real cause for this delay. Poorly run, particularly for dinner time. Very poor food, don't waste your money or risk your health. You would think that having a number of employees standing around that the restaurant would be spotless, not so, the service area was filthy and no one cared. The food was very bad, you are paying good money for food you can barely eat. Having been at this location for the amount of time it has, the bad food and employees who Don't care indicates that the owner must be hanging onto this location as a tax write off, because they sure can't operate a restaurant. This location has become a joke. I've had 3 bad experiences in the last two months out of the 5 times I've gone here. First I went in to get their chicken strips which I love. The guy tells me "sorry we don't have any today, as we didn't pull any to thaw". This is like 6 o'clock in the evening. After some debate i settled on a Western Bacon for 25% off. A few weeks later I went in for hopes on chicken again, they had it. Got them and drove the 5 minutes home. Pure cold is all they were, small and dry. These are expensive chicken strips and they weren't even edible or appetizing. And the worst; tonight I went in with a coupon for BOGO Tex Mex 1/2 pound burgers. Waited a patient almost 10 minutes and drove home (shoulda checked them before I left). I get home, open the first and take a bite, everything is in the burger but the beef patty! Now how in the world do you forget to put a burger patty in a damn hamburger? How dumb could you possibly be? Even a newb should know this; its a burger joint. The service is always slow even with 6 people working, had a guy while I was waiting say "hey guys check out my sweeping skills" and proceeded to mop over the dirt on the floor. Wonder how clean the rest of the store is with that mentality. With this event I've had enough of this location, issues every time I go and this draws the line.
