First off, I eat the grilled shrimp salad probably once a week for lunch. It's just the right amount of lettuce to shrimp to dressing ratio and the perfect lunch portion! They open early for breakfast and serve all items all day long which is convenient. The queso could be better which is one big reason i am doing 4 stars. It's a very liquidy queso instead of thick and creamy. The add ins are nice though so you can make it a birria queso which is cool. The tacos are good but not a fan of the flour tortillas. Fuzzy's has a limited main menu (taco, burritos, and quesadillas) but hits all the basics you are looking for. They have a number of protein options to keep things interesting and a full bar and separated dining area for families. This is a counter service restaurant where you order and pay upfront and then pick your order up at a separate part of the restaurant (which feels clunky) and are responsible for bussing your own table. The pick up is the only part of the experience that doesn't make sense. They give you a buzzer to know when your food is ready, but the pick up location is a long window coming out of the kitchen so it's not clear where to actually grab your food. I don't mind picking up my food but a more dedicated space or window for pickup would make a lot more sense. The food itself is pretty good and better than fast food tacos but a step below a full sit down restaurant. However the price is very good the quality of the food. Overall this is a great option in Parker that is open late and is not fast food. read more

This place is lot bigger than most Fuzzy's I have visited. There is always a parking space nearby. Walk in, order right at the front and go and find your spot. Is it at the inside or the patio? If you prefer the bar top, just procced directly to the spot you have been eyeing on and the friendly bartender will get your drink and also food. This bar wraps around do there are plenty of seating and TVs to watch your favorite game while sipping on your favorite drinks. Don't forget the butt burning sauces.... it is not that hot anyway! read more

I expected a lot more for $30. First time ordering Fuzzy's, I did an online order of 6 tacos, thinking for that price they must be pretty big tacos and high-quality. I was wrong. I picked them up and thought to myself, this is all I get for $30? To compare, I'd say a $9 burrito at Chipotle was about the same amount of food, if not more. These taco's at Fuzzy's are small tiny little things. And, not good at all, the brisket taco's were too salty, the steak tacos were a joke, chewy inedible meet, and the chicken was good, but nothing special. Oh, and here's the other thing, when you order online pickup, it asks you for a tip...FOR WHAT????!!! I left a dollar in hopes that they wouldn't spit in my food. Food was good. Service was good. Ambiance was horrible. Do not know why restaurants think they have to play the music loud enough to be heard 3 blocks away. So I'll start with that the food is very good and that's the reason we'll be back. We did a takeout order. For the kiddo we ordered a chicken taco on soft flour tortilla with meat and cheese only. It's not what we received. We received a taco with lettuce on a crunchy shell. My food was very good and husband's was very good. But when a kid isn't happy it kind of throws off the whole family meal. Another issue is that I tried to use a reward for my meal but it said I had to show to the cashier in 10 min. Well ordering online you don't see a cashier and I live about 12 min away, so lesson learned. read more

A club I'm a part of has been meeting for lunch (more like brunch) here every Wednesday for five years now. There are anywhere from 20-25 of us each week, and the staff and management treat us exceptionally well. Food is consistently good, and everyone who works here are unfailingly welcoming, helpful, and nice. They let us re-arrange the tables so we can all sit together, and in return, we try to be out of their hair before their lunch rush comes in. Other reviewers have complained about the loud music (I also hate that in restaurants), but we've never had that problem (and we have a lot of older hard-of-hearing club members who have no problems with the sound level). read more

We had to go back twice to get everything for my fajita plate. First missing was the tortilla shells and when we asked for them got less than the menu stated. We then realized my sides were missing and had to go back again. My husband said his beef tacos were ok. I thought the fajita meat was overcooked. Fuzzy's is definitely the new busy spot in Parker, and they're still working out the kinks. Considering the overwhelming number of people who are coming in, I think that's forgivable and understandable. Fuzzy's is not Chipotle. Fuzzy's is not Torchy's. Fuzzy's is normal Americanized Mexican food served in a fun, lively atmosphere. The food isn't spectacular, but it's better than a lot of Mexican food in Colorado. It's cheaper than Los Dos Portrillos, but you're eating quick serve-style, near fast food. When we went in, they were wrecked at the window where food comes out. It took almost 30 minutes for us to get our food because the teens working the window couldn't keep the tickets straight and never buzzed us. I was once a teen who had that job, so this average rating isn't based on that. It's SO busy in there right now. While the atmosphere is great, the food is just a little better than decent. You'd be nuts if you said it was great, but you'd be complaining if you said it was terrible. When we're in the mood for American food in the form of Mexican food and don't need to have a sit down dinner, Fuzzy's serves a need. Clearly, we've needed something like Fuzzy's in Parker for a long time, and I'm thrilled that the community has embraced it. However, from a food perspective, it's just ok. read more

Stopped in for a mid week lunch with my husband and we each had the two taco plate. We each chose mahi for one of our crunchy tacos and both enjoyed it! My husband's second choice was the shredded pork and it was fantastic. The meat was well seasoned and moist. My second taco was shrimp, was on the bland side. The borracho beans however fabulous, as was the cilantro lime rice. The pricing was extremely reasonable. The atmosphere is open, bright and clean. The staff was very friendly and when you're at a fast casual restaurant you don't always have someone stop at your table to checkin- it's a nice touch. We'll definitely be back. read more

Short and sweet.... In my book, quality and prices count for half, service counts for the other half. Based on that, absolute five stars. Would be six if I could do so. The food is, well, slightly above average. The prices are EXCELLENT for what you get, both in terms of quality and quantity. The other half.... And yes, your mileage may differ depending on who serves you. But, behind the bar, which also equates to food service, Kayla and Tolly (sp?) are awesome! Lots of new employees navigating the way Fuzzys does business. Here is the issue that we experienced: When you sit in the bar we didn't receive a Happy Hour Menu or a food menu that includes prices. Seems strange, but we went to the website and checked out the HH specials. Unfortunately the prices on the Parker HH website don't translate to the receipt and nobody at the store have any idea as to the HH prices other than a $1 off draft beers. Everyone was very nice and adjusted the bill and were trying to reach the owner to get clarification. We did latch on to a laminated HH menu, but it didn't have any prices. Kind of strange. That said the tacos were good, the drinks are good, and the staff is friendly. read more
