When I arrived for my pick up order at 6:24pm. (The time my email said to arrive) They said my order was "stolen" or maybe they just forgot about it? No worries they said they would work on it right away... I had people waiting in the car for me so I texted them at 6:30 that they were remaking my order. By 6:45 they still hadn't even started it... they had only served the walk in customers. Another 6 minutes later and finally my order was done after asking for it again. I didn't even get acknowledged or apologized to for waiting so long. I understand it's not their fault if the order got stolen. But as soon as they found that out they should have made my order a priority!! Not 15 minutes after me standing there watching them serve and check out 4-5 other customers before me. Went in to order on 7/16/26 and found the lettuce to be low and very brown, and the tomatoes to also be very low, very soft and sitting in about 2 inches of water/juice. We commented to the kid at the counter that they really looked bad and needed refreshed. He said they had a run but made no effort to change them. We made a comment about notifying the health dept since that wasn't the first time we have seen that in this store. When we started to leave, the "kid" just waved as we left. That's a really bad look for Jersey Mike's since it wouldn't have taken a minute to fix the situation. Will probably not go to this store any more. Ordered pick up from here on a whim cause my sister says they have good subs and I was craving one. Our sandwiches were done within 15 mins from order time to pick up. I got the Italian in the mini size for about $8.37 total with a note that said "make with love" and they followed through! The sandwich itself was good! $8 is a little pricey for the size but it was good overall! I loved that they drew hearts on the bag :) I plan on coming back here again soon! read more

I honestly don't think the slicer can go any thinner. Shaved ham at the grocery store is thicker by a lot. The most unprofessional, incompetent employees that I have seen in quite some time! Based on all the reviews and their 1.7 star rating, this leadership/owner clearly doesn't care about this location. Do they even offer training? Because there's no way you could convince me of it! My family and I came in this past Saturday, ordered 5 sandwiches, drinks and chips, and spent $66.00 for a horrible experience! There were three workers behind the counter with only one other customer in front of us. They royally messed up this older mans order because the two workers, a girl with a broken finger and a boy with long hair hanging in his face were leaning against the counter, talking and goofing off. Then when it came time to make our sandwiches, I kid you not, my wife had to repeat the order five time, FIVE TIMES!! I'm not sure any of the workers knew what day it was let alone how to make a ham/cheese sandwich! That's when I told the workers, "C'mon guys, show some customer service. Show a little professionalism. You never welcomed us, haven't smiled once, and have messed up my order multiple times". Then the girl with the broken finger turns her back and continues to laugh out loud, thinking her behavior was funny. I said, " I know you think this is funny, but I don't. The reason why you messed the other guys and my order up is because you and him (hair in face boy) were goofing off as you had six customers in line". She then holds up her hand and says, "I cant do anything, I have a broken finger!". I replied, "Then why are you here? Why are you getting paid to do nothing?". She was completely dumbfounded that someone had the "audacity" to call her out on her childish, unprofessional behavior. Message to owner/leadership... If I were you, I'd immediately clean house and start fresh with new, competent, and professional employees that'll take care of your customers. Your current employees have already shared that they are getting paid to do nothing! Look at your reviews! They clearly feel comfortable behaving like this when when customers are present and leadership is not. This is a true reflection of the current leadership. What you allow will continue. Clearly, you are allowing this type of incompetent behavior at your location. We will NEVER be back to this location and will spread the word to others to avoid this place. This was easily the worst experience we've ever had at a Jersey Mike's Subs location, and we've been to quite a few in many different locations. To be fair (I suppose), there was a sign on the door saying service would be slow because of short staffing. However, the issue seemed to be that the staff was primarily focused on placing online orders rather than assisting guests in the restaurant. The line moved really slowly, and more than a few folks were expressing their frustration. Other than the note on the door there was no acknowledgement from the staff that things were moving slowly. We just figured it made more sense to wait than to spend time finding somewhere else to get lunch. I ordered the Chipotle Cheese Steak Sandwich, which is a new favorite I discovered recently (I usually go for the Club Sub). When I opened it up, it was a sloppy mess. I'm not sure what happened behind the counter. I mean, I realize this is a sandwich that can get messy, but I'd had it a few times prior to this and it would look fine when I opened it. It wasn't until after I was halfway done eating that things would get a bit messy. Ultimately we realized that we should have opted to go somewhere else when we saw the poor reviews for this location. Lesson learned! read more

I waited 1.5 hours for my order to be complete! Yes, not a typo! 1.5 hours in the store waiting. I wish I were joking. Yes, it was a busy Saturday, but 1.5 hours for 18 sandwiches is obscene. I placed the order for 12 of them the night before. My sandwiches came trickling into their line up. I even called ahead of heading the store. I had to recount the group order several times, to ensure the count. I was told at least twice I am "good to go". Glad I stayed each time to check. The food was ok, but the warm sandwiches after 90 minutes plus a 20 minute drive were pretty disappointing. I was promised a follow up call to make this right, but of course never heard back. I have not patronized this location for a while and it was because things were not going well. Gave it some time and it is just as bad. Ordered 2 subs on the app + a fountain drink. Arrived 10 minutes into the app's suggested 20-minute wait time and immediately noticed the dining room FULL of people waiting, plus the drink machine had a sign that said "No CO2." When the entire 20 minutes came and went and it looked more like 30 minutes for 2 subs, I inquired about the status of my order and it was "still in the work" For a fast-casual establishment that serves just subs, it should NOT take over 30 minutes to get a mobile order. Ordered two regular sandwiches on their app. Drive 20 minutes to pick it up, waited 20 minutes at the store. Finally asked an employee for an update. They never started my order... awesome. So the food I ordered nearly an hour ago, never even got made. My dumb a*$ sat there patiently watching dozens of new customers walk in, order, and eat their food. I walked in and Alex (or Matt I'm not sure...really cool American trad tattoos) was so helpful and listened to all my silly questions and helped me order everything the way it was supposed to be! Maddie was absolutely fantastic in preparing the online orders while my sandwich was made and talking to me and being so sweet and just carrying a level of professionalism that is refreshing to see in a fast food/ retail environment. The food is always amazing, fresh cut and grilled to order. Nothing soggy or old. It's just a great experience. Idk what jersey mikes the other reviewers are going to but it for sure isn't this one. A positive attitude and understanding that these guys have been here damn near all day standing on their feet to make you food goes a really long way. I've lost track of how many times this location has made orders incorrectly, and it's more often incorrect than correct at this point. The staff is apathetic at best and downright rude and dismissive at worst, and seem incapable of following basic requests or even reading and following the own order notes from their team members. It's getting hard to justify going back here to pay so much money for a product that isn't at all what I ordered. Be wary of ordering delivery from here and make sure you check your takeout before you leave, or go buy a sandwich from somewhere where you don't have to provide quality control for them. read more

After being disappointed by the Lincoln location each time I went, I was stoked to see another Jersey Mikes going in at Hess & Parker. After waiting a month or two for them to work out the kinks, I thought I'd give them a try tonight. First off, the place was super clean and no issues of social distancing (like at Lincoln). I was greeted by a young man who took my order and proceeded to slice up my order as requested. The next guy assembled accordingly and added my side items as asked. Next a young lady went out of her way to ensure the oil & vinegar sides would not open in transit and away I went. Once I was home I noticed the bread could've stayed in the oven a bit longer but they're learning. The next time I go in I'll mention it to him but it wasn't enough to dock their review. Attitude goes a long in that business so I'll probably be back next week. One thing I won't tolerate is the way the Lincoln location does business. The store can have a line 20 people deep and the manager lady will get every customers order in line and pile up half made sandwiches next to the Hobart rather than knock them out one by one. In doing so, she has paid customers clustered beyond the register, waiting for their sandwiches instead of making each one in plain view of each customer?! In a pandemic?! That's just dumb. I'll admit it's been six months since I was last there so who knows if she's still running the show but if the Hess store continues to improve, I'll be going here instead of Lincoln. 5 STARS. read more

We have ordered online from this location since they opened. Never ever had a problem. All the employees are very nice. Today, I walked in to order a number 2 giant and a number 8 giant. When the woman asked if I wanted everything on them I said yes. I assumed it was like how we ordered them online. Wrong. I apologized several times because they had to be made over. Only the number 8 had to be remade. Mine she scraped the stuff off. She was very rude to me. I don't know her name only that she had very long white hair. I don't think I deserved to be treated the way she treated me in front of other customers. I did not get an attitude with her although I should have. I hope a manager sees this review. This is a newer jersey mikes the second location in Parker Colorado, Off of Pine Bluffs way. I did not complain the first time but the second time now I'm going to complain. I spent over $50 on three sandwiches which is OK because I ordered double meat but for the second time I did not receive double meat. Not a good start for a new franchise and I will no longer be visiting this location recommend others go to the one off of Lincoln Road I believe the address is on twenty mile at least there when you ask for double meat on your order you actually get it. Maybe this is a situation where if you're in the restaurant they take care of you but if you do it ahead of time on the app you get ripped off as I did. read more
