My husband ordered a burger, fish sandwich, fries,and zucchini. He got 6 fish sandwiches, zucchini and jalapeño poppers. He called the store, the girl that answered the phone refused to transfer him to the manager and hung up on him. He called corporate and they have never returned his call. Went to this location for the first time. When we pulled into the drive-through I thought I was going to have a 5 star experience based off the recording that was played before the cashier came on to take my order. The person who took my order was rude and argued with me through the intercom. We repeated my combo back to her and she didn't even put it in correctly. Then, when we got to the window they told us to pull to the front and when they finally brought me my food they had to go back in and get my drinks. It is called "FAST-FOOD" for a reason. I go here from my late night shift from time to time and I've never been disappointed with the quality of their food. Service is good. There has not been a time where I had a bad experience in the drive through. There is one lady, however, who sounds really blunt when you order, but as you pull around to get your food, she's actually quite nice. That's my only small complaint. NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION! YOU'LL BE SORRY IF YOU DO! I went through the drive thru about 525am and tried to order biscuits and gravy. The girl told me that they didn't have any biscuits. So I ordered a burrito. As I waited for my food, i heard the girl tell the next 3 cars behind me that they had no biscuits. Finally I asked her why. She said, we don't serve biscuits until 530. I mean, come on, get real, if you serve biscuits at 530, then they must be ready by 525. So after work I called the manager. She was rude and condescending. It just so happens that the regional manager "Mandy Hermansen" (if that is her real name), was there. She got on the phone and was even more rude. I asked to speak to HER supervisor and she REFUSED to provide the contact info. Who has the authority to change this absurd policy!? I was a personal friend of the late great Carl Karcher. My stepdad was CFO of the Angels ball club, and Carl and his wife periodically shared the press box next to ours with Gene Autry, the owner of the Angels. Carl told me how he started his business with a couple hundred bucks and great customer service, then grew it into an empire. He's rolling in his grave, I'm sure. read more
