Food and service is top notch as always. The 4 stars go for the location and the ambiance. This entire shopping center is always packed and the drive thru line i always 20+ cars long. Sometimes it can go quick and other times its a 20 minute process. Menifee really needs another location, maybe on the south side of the 215 or further north down Newport. The ambiance can be rough as there are always a ton of people (30-50) just loitering and hanging out so there is never any where to sit. It is always good to see kids hanging out but seeing 20 e-bikes left all over the sidewalk and witnessing drama gets old. As usual, the drive thru lanes were super busy so we decided instead to go inside. While waiting for our number to be called, an employee by the name of Dean approached us with a friendly smile and asked if he can help with anything. We ordered a Flying Dutchman, but when the lady brought our drive-thru order, there were no onions on the burger. I asked for a Flying Dutchman, and she said that's what it was--without onions. But a real Flying Dutchman has grilled onions. We had to pull up and wait in front of In-N-Out for her to bring the onions burger. Three visits in a row and there's been mistakes each time. Simple things flat tasting drinks, wrong charges. Incorrect food handed and most recently I specified for my order to be packaged to-go (bc of the new car I was in) The girls who took my order didn't know how to mark that because she also didn't ask eating in the car or to go so she asked her coworker and her worker said she'd help her in a minute and sent me on my way. Not long ago, she found a hair in her hamburger and called the number provided to report the issue. She was sent a couple of cards for free food as compensation, which we appreciated. However, when we went to use one of the cards today, things took another bad turn. My mother ordered a simple hamburger, but when it arrived, it had peppers on it--something she definitely did not order. My mother can't handle spicy foods well, so this was a major issue for her.
