First time at the In n Out in Menifee. Service was great. Friendly and efficient. Packed as usual but found a place to sit and eat. The food was great as always. The animal Style burger was great as always. It is a testament of how well in n outs are run, trained, and managed that they all achieve the same outcome (great fast food and friendly service).

In-N-Out Happiness, Menifee Style! Oh, In-N-Out, you never disappoint! The drive-through line is always long (like, don't even try to fight it), but honestly... that's part of the experience, right? Good news: if you decide to go inside instead, there's plenty of parking, so no stress there. The drive-through staff are total pros -- organized, super friendly, and ready with big smiles. Bonus points for coming right up to your window! Only tiny downside: the two girls taking our order were having a little too much fun socializing... we get it, friendships first, fries second. And the food? Perfection. Animal Style fries, our usual favorites -- everything was hot, fresh, and exactly what we needed to satisfy our In-N-Out cravings. Overall, a 5-star In-N-Out experience -- delicious, cheerful, and just a little chaotic in the best way possible.

    Flying Dutchman
    Michelle H.

We ordered a Flying Dutchman, but when the lady brought our drive-thru order, there were no onions on the burger. I asked for a Flying Dutchman, and she said that's what it was--without onions. But a real Flying Dutchman has grilled onions. We had to pull up and wait in front of In-N-Out for her to bring the onions burger. I'm surprised they didn't seem to know what a Flying Dutchman is--maybe the worker was new. Also, the onions were messy and didn't seem fully cooked. We were disappointed. Extensive employee training: The company is known for its rigorous training programs that ensure a consistent standard of quality and service.

Worth the wait! The franchise is always consistent and this location is no different. Depending on the day and occasion, it can get crowded at peak times. The menu is the same and the service is always awesome. * French Fries: 10/10 - hot and fresh * Hamburger: 10/10 - duhh Located in Menifee Countryside Marketplace, their parking lot is very spacious which makes it easy to get in and out. The drive-thru line is also structured in a way that doesn't block the parking lot which is much appreciated! Our go-to location! :)

my favorite local-ish in n out location because the burgers are always massive (pause) and i love me a big burger. unfortunately, my close and personal friends animal fries were freezing cold and someone in the kitchen was stingy with the spread.

    Yum!!

Always good! Walking in is so much faster than drive thru! I appreciate the consistency of the food, it's always the same and remains a family favorite!

We arrived right when they opened at 3 PM on a Saturday. The hostess was sweet and quickly showed us to our table. As soon as we walked in, I noticed the paintings on the walls--they were beautiful and really added to the atmosphere. If you want to learn some history behind the restaurant ask Tiffany for the story behind the paintings :) We started with a couple of drinks, and they were delicious. I ordered a Bloody Maria (basically a Bloody Mary made with tequila), and it was really good. For an appetizer, we got the Grilled Corn Ribs, and wow--they were so tasty. We couldn't stop talking about how good they were. For our entrées, we ordered the Double Stacked Cheeseburger and the Cavatelli pasta. I really enjoyed the pasta. The flavor was delicious, and while the noodles were a bit thicker than I expected, it was still a great dish. My partner wasn't the biggest fan of the burger because of the Southwestern pimento cheese, but the fries were excellent! I tried the burger myself and honestly thought it was still pretty good. It was also my partners birthday so they brought a cute little dessert! Overall, we had a great experience. Our waiter, Jose, was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service. We'd definitely come back and try more items on the menu.

It has been our go-to steakhouse, and we've even celebrated our anniversary here. We love the food, which makes what happened during our son's birthday dinner especially disappointing. After an excellent steak dinner that cost approximately $330, we brought out a small, pre-sliced ice cream Polar Pizza for our son's birthday. I began serving it myself because it was already sliced. The waitress then came over and, in a confrontational manner, announced that we would be charged a $25 cake-cutting fee. The fee may have previously been mentioned to my wife, but I was not aware of it when I began serving the cake. I understand that restaurants have policies, and a calm explanation would have been enough. Instead, the situation was turned into an unnecessary scene during our son's birthday celebration. Then another large male employee came over, stepped directly into my personal space, and angrily asked, "Would you bring beer into a bar?" He got right in my face without first asking what had happened or allowing me to explain. His tone and decision to get that close were aggressive, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. We ultimately paid the $25 fee even though the staff did not cut, plate, or serve the cake. The fee was frustrating, but the confrontational way the employees handled the situation was far worse. Families considering celebrating a child's birthday here should confirm every outside dessert policy beforehand. In our case, what should have been a joyful moment for our son became an upsetting experience. It did not leave us feeling as though families celebrating with children were welcomed or valued. A simple and respectful conversation could have resolved everything in seconds. Instead, their response changed the entire mood and ruined what should have been a special ending to our son's birthday dinner. The food may still be excellent, but a restaurant is remembered for more than its steaks. After years of loyalty, the aggressive and disrespectful way this was handled during our son's birthday has cost them our business. We will not be returning.

The menu is very basic, also reminiscent of classic burger joints. You can get a classic burger, bacon burger, and one other burger (I forgot the last one). You can order up to four patties if you're extra adventurous. The most expensive burger with four patties is about $20. Fries are crispy shoestring style and pair well with the burgers. I wouldn't say the "Papa Sauce" is anything crazy, it's essentially thousand-island sauce. Papa Smash's mascot is an instant icon, he's a mix of Bob's Big Boy & Ness from Earthbound. Love the retro style of the indoor seating area, There's plenty of tables and a fountain for drink refills. The joint is super clean, I'd gladly visit with a little group again. Parking is shared with next door gas station and car wash, so it's slightly limited. Note: This is NOT gas station food, it's solely on its own and a separate business. The wagyu is incredible, you'd make a mistake passing this up.

There was no wait for a booth, and the restaurant had a fun, family-friendly atmosphere with TVs throughout the dining room. The complimentary bread was warm, fluffy, and fresh. The cinnamon butter was tasty, though definitely on the sweeter side. The peanuts were exactly what you'd expect from Texas Roadhouse. For drinks, we tried the blue lemonade and strawberry lemonade. The blue lemonade tasted pretty similar to regular lemonade, but the free refills were a nice bonus. The strawberry lemonade was the standout and definitely worth ordering. We also tried the Dragonfruit Sparkler, which was fruity, refreshing, and one of the better specialty drinks on the menu. For entrees, the Herb Crusted Chicken Dinner was the clear winner. The chicken was juicy, flavorful, and well-seasoned, and the corn on the side was surprisingly delicious. The Country Fried Chicken Dinner was just okay. It wasn't bad, but I've had better versions elsewhere, and even with the gravy it felt a little lacking in flavor. The fries were pretty standard. Another plus was the large parking lot and the reasonable prices. The portions were generous, and overall the meal felt like a good value for the money. A special shoutout to Candace for providing friendly and attentive service throughout our visit. Overall, Texas Roadhouse delivered a solid dining experience with good food, affordable prices, and a welcoming atmosphere. He decided to give me the gift card this evening to enjoy a nice meal as our kiddos were at their grandparents and he was working. I ordered a $30+ meal the 6oz sirloin + shrimp and two sides. I got it to go so I could enjoy it at home. While I was waiting (I had arrived very close to the pickup time), I noticed an employee standing next to the driver's side of a car talking to the driver, who appeared to be an acquaintance. I could clearly overhear the conversation, and the employee was saying things that I found completely inappropriate to be discussing while standing right in front of the restaurant, even if it was technically in the parking lot. Two minutes before my pickup time, I went to the to-go window and received my food. When I got home, I realized my rolls didn't include the house butter. Whatever! It's not the end of the world. But worth noting as you would think this would be standard to provide. What became really problematic was the meal itself. I ordered my steak well done, but it arrived bleeding and wasn't even close to medium well. Why ask how I want my steak cooked if you aren't going to cook it that way? The shrimp was cold and incredibly salty. The potato? How do you get a potato wrong? Well, somehow they managed...it was stale and overly salty too. The broccoli I don't even think was steamed for more than a minute before you gave it "seasoning". The entire meal was awful and for $30?! Hahahaha I guess really the joke was on me for paying such an absurd amount but I really was expecting some quality somewhere. It just wasn't there all at. We still have money left on our gift card, but we'll be giving it away because we won't be coming back. I didn't even bother calling to complain because, judging by the quality of the food, I don't think a complaint would make any difference. I added a photo of my "well done steak".
