Sometimes it can go quick and other times its a 20 minute process. Menifee really needs another location, maybe on the south side of the 215 or further north down Newport. The ambiance can be rough as there are always a ton of people (30-50) just loitering and hanging out so there is never any where to sit. It is always good to see kids hanging out but seeing 20 e-bikes left all over the sidewalk and witnessing drama gets old. I don't normally write reviews for In N Out since they are typically consistent across locations. With that said, we were in the area and stopped by here for a quick dinner. As usual, the drive thru lanes were super busy so we decided instead to go inside. While waiting for our number to be called, an employee by the name of Dean approached us with a friendly smile and asked if he can help with anything. He offered to check on our order which he surprisingly delivered to our table. That aside, the fries were once again disappointing. My number was 45 so when the beginning numbers of 53 was called out I asked counter person if they accidentally missed mine, she checked and said they were on it. Not long ago, she found a hair in her hamburger and called the number provided to report the issue. She was sent a couple of cards for free food as compensation, which we appreciated. However, when we went to use one of the cards today, things took another bad turn. My mother ordered a simple hamburger, but when it arrived, it had peppers on it--something she definitely did not order. My mother can't handle spicy foods well, so this was a major issue for her.
