Im from California, and this In-N-Out isnt far from home. People sure do love INO as it has to be Menifee's bussiest restaurant. I have always found the burgers good, and the fries serviceable. I know what INO does is the best, by a well trained staff with capable leaders, that bring in the highest quality product for its price point. Is it the best burger? Heck NO, buts its good. I have noticed they are gradually raising the price, and why not push the limits. INO is having its day. I found my burger messy today the last few bites soaked all 3 napkins at once, some even fell on my shirt. its fine its just burgers and fries that both tasted just fine. but a small soda some fries and a little burger rounding out at 12 dollars and 20 cents couldn't have been ay better, yet I'm still underwhelmed, or just satisfied just enough to not feel slighted. meh read more

Food and service is top notch as always. The 4 stars go for the location and the ambiance. This entire shopping center is always packed and the drive thru line i always 20+ cars long. Sometimes it can go quick and other times its a 20 minute process. Menifee really needs another location, maybe on the south side of the 215 or further north down Newport. The ambiance can be rough as there are always a ton of people (30-50) just loitering and hanging out so there is never any where to sit. It is always good to see kids hanging out but seeing 20 e-bikes left all over the sidewalk and witnessing drama gets old. This location should dedicate 1-2 spots for the e-bikes (leave it up to the kids to leave someone to watch the gear). read more

I ordered just ONE protein style burger at 5:41 pm no long line. My number was 45 so when the beginning numbers of 53 was called out I asked counter person if they accidentally missed mine, she checked and said they were on it. I'm being patient as more 50 numbers being called out. At 5:59 I finally got my order of one burger, it must have been sitting around because the burger patty was not warm at all! Incorrect food handed and most recently I specified for my order to be packaged to-go (bc of the new car I was in) The girls who took my order didn't know how to mark that because she also didn't ask eating in the car or to go so she asked her coworker and her worker said she'd help her in a minute and sent me on my way. Not long ago, she found a hair in her hamburger and called the number provided to report the issue. She was sent a couple of cards for free food as compensation, which we appreciated. However, when we went to use one of the cards today, things took another bad turn. My mother ordered a simple hamburger, but when it arrived, it had peppers on it--something she definitely did not order. My mother can't handle spicy foods well, so this was a major issue for her.
