My sister and I went to Carl's Jr. for their Famous Star special (buy 1 at regular price and get 1 for $1.00)... We placed our order and were asked to pull around and park in the front and they'll bring us our food... I absolutely hate when fast food restaurants put so much pressure on their drive-thru service times that they tell customers to park and wait!!! We waited almost 5 minutes to get our food and when we got home, we couldn't believe how badly the food standards have dropped at Carl's Jr.!!! Waiting 5 extra minutes for food means our food should be hot and fresh but the fries were cold and the burgers looked horrible!!! Nothing like what they advertised!!! I included a picture of how Carl's Jr. advertises their Famous Star and I included 2 pictures of the burgers we got!!! What has happened to Carl's Jr. and how they serve food to their customers?!?! This Carl's Jr is in a small strip mall and has an outdated interior. There are door locks for the bathroom. Ordered 4 Famous Stars with cheese and it was tasteless. The lettuce were soggy and flat. Disappointing burgers. read more

I needed a cup of water and Carl's Jr was the closest fast food place to me at the time so here I am... I went through drive-thru. I didn't want to just ask for water so I also ordered some chicken tenders. I prefer their chicken tenders over chicken nuggets because tenders are the real chicken breast meat versus processed chicken. Funny, the gentleman who took my order was trying to convince me to order the chicken nuggets instead... not sure why though. The lady at the pick-up window was okay. Order came out fairly quickly. Chicken tenders were crispy and moist. Size was huge. Taste was very tasty. Water was decent. I came here for some cheap late night chicken tenders and I wasn't disappointed! The workers in the drive through were really kind and my food was made fresh to order so there was a little bit of a wait which I don't mind if my food is fresh. I went thru the drive thru and everything was fast and fresh. I had the French Toast sticks and they were so fresh and crispy. I also had the small cheese burger add mayo and tomato and while those upgrades do cost extra they are delicious! Fast food places by nature should be held to their own standard, but I think even then, some things should be standard. One of the things that irked me was the fact that I received two opened honey mustard packs with my order. It was pretty gross but also disappointing because I was really looking forward to eating my waffle fries and onion rings with the sauces. It's had to dig into the old sauce bag instead. read more

So this review is for the Franchisee/Owner/CKE. This issue has also been reported to OSHA. We went inside to eat and were met with 90-degree temperatures inside. I spoke to one of the employees, and I was told that the A/C had been worked on for two weeks and is waiting on a part. Let me call BS right now. You have employees working in a very harmful environment with no air circulation at any level, along with hot, humid, stagnant air. This is abuse! Not even some big fans to circulate the air? This franchise/owner is either lying, too lazy to push this through and complete, or does not care about their employees. I think it is both. It is shameful you treat your employees this way, much alone patrons. Needless to say, the employees were warm, did a great job, and we took the food outside to eat (it was over 90 outside but felt better than inside). SHAME, SHAME, SHAME on this owner/franchisee. Been here a handful of times and have always experienced great service for a fast food establishment. I've also never had an issue with redeeming a Carl's Jr. coupon here. The last time I was here, I opted to order through the drive thru, the first for me at this location. For the Chicken Filet, it took them a bit longer to prepare, so they let me know when I paid. They noted that they could bring it out within a few minutes, which they did. We parked in a parking spot in front of the door and they were out within a few minutes, delivering our order to us! Fast service, professional, and very polite! Everything that I've ordered here has tasted delicious and haven't had any issues with my orders here. This location is right around the corner from my office. The drive-thru is always busy, but not so much inside. The inside dining area is usually fine, but sometimes it's in need of some cleaning. The folks working the drive-thru are usually quick and friendly. The other day, I ordered a 5-piece Chicken Tenders combo meal and actually received 6 pieces (woo-hoo!). It didn't take too long to receive my food and it was hot and tasty. My total was just about $10. Not sure what happened to Carl's Jr., but the prices have gotten ridiculously expensive for a burger or chicken strips, fries and a drink. This used to be my favorite fast-foot brand, but I don't know if I can continue with so many other reasonably priced options nearby. read more

I am transit operator who's had layovers near here and have eaten here numerous times. I was satisfied with the food quality. However, during this whole corona virus thing my fellow operators who have to work during this outbreak have been denied access to use the restroom. We don't have the option of jumping in a car to find another restroom so yeah thanks for showing us how much you appreciate our business. I can promise you I will never be back to this location! Came in to try the new "Beyond Meat" burger. I'm not vegetarian and I do eat meat but I was curious. It was surprisingly delicious even if it's meatless. Cooked really well and the texture is very "meaty". Restaurant was clean and welcoming. The manager was making sure everything was taken care of in the restaurant and with the customers. Cam to ask me how I was enjoying the new burger. Very friendly and customer oriented. Bathrooms look like they've been recently renovated. Need a code to use. read more

Against my better judgement I decided to go to Carls Jr. on my lunch. Mistake. So I ordered the $5 ALL STAR MEAL. It was All Star alright if you were stranded on a deserted island and this is what you had to eat. What can I say that the picture I am attaching does not, you can obviously see the HUGE difference. Now I get it, its never going to look like the picture on the menu. I do however expect more than just 2 flat patties wedged between 2 pcs of limp bread. Also, where the heck is my cookie?! Missing!? Disappointed. I'm an essential worker and the pix on coupon looked tasty and healthy with lettuce, tomato n onion. I arrived after a long shift n was met with three negatives...cashier for drive thur was speaking another language on phone as she took my money. I was going to ask her for something,but felt unwelcomed. As I pulled away..starving for a fry or two..they were cold. Not warm..cold.
