Came here before heading home when visiting family, so it eas early in the evening. There were a few other patrons hanging out, but a lot of space left. The burger was amazing! Juicy and tasty. Knocking one star off because the fries were extemely salty even after I'd try to shake the salt off. Staff are a couple young guys who were super chill and asked if I needed anything else after dropping off my order. The burger is a winner, and next time I'll just ask for no salt on the fries. I was in Ontario and wanted to eat somewhere that isn't available near home, so I found Nice Guys Burgers on Yelp. I read some great reviews and was sold on trying the Nashville fried chicken sandwich. I ordered it with the medium spice level. I was told the medium wasn't that spicy if I could tolerate spice, and I definitely can. Unfortunately, the sandwich was disappointing. I was expecting a chicken breast, but it was made with chicken thighs. Some of the batter had also fallen off the chicken and it barely had coleslaw. On top of that, it was much spicier than I expected and I actually started sweating while eating it. I made it a combo and got fries and a soda. The fries were nice and crispy with a tasty seasoning. The soda came in a can. I chose Fresca, but it wasn't very cold, almost like it had barely been in the fridge. I also ordered my boyfriend a Michelin cheeseburger, which is basically a smashed burger with Thousand Island dressing. I had a bite of it, and it was pretty tasty, but not amazing. Burger tasted like a really good backyard bbq burger you make after a long day swimming. Fries were lil salty to my taste but take that with a grain of salt ( pun intended). I gave Nice Guys Burgers in Rancho Cucamonga 4 stars. I tried the Double Michelin burger, and for halal meat, the prices are pretty reasonable. It's a great quick fix if you're in the mood for a burger. The menu is a bit limited, though, so if you prefer more variety, Urban Skillet might be a better option. That said, the food is fresh, made to order, and you can tell it's a labor of love from a mom-and-pop shop owner. He even has another location in Riverside--definitely worth a visit. Not trying to be mean, but unfortunately I have to give this place 1 star. The restaurant itself was pretty messy, and on top of that there was no air conditioning, which made the whole experience really uncomfortable and raised some concerns about overall upkeep and cleanliness. The burger was nothing special--just a pretty standard burger and a bit too greasy. My biggest concern was still the general cleanliness and conditions of the place, because you really shouldn't have to question whether your food is being prepared in a safe environment. I will say the staff was very nice and seemed to genuinely mean well, so I don't want to take anything away from them personally. After leaving our families house at midnight on Christmas Eve, we were hungry. So naturally I got on YELP and found this place. When we pulled up we were shocked that it was open. They have a small menu so I was a little concerned when I didn't see a grilled cheese on the menu. They have an ordering kiosk, but a guy came out to help us. He was very accommodating and said he would make a grilled cheese for me. You could tell they had been busy because there were lots of door dash receipts on the counter and 2 other customers came in while we were there. Inside has plenty of seating, they have an A, but it is old. Now onto the food, my grilled cheese was pretty good and the bun was soft and fresh. My partner liked his burger too. I've mostly Door Dashed food from here because there's some sort of deal for this place. Really took a chance and gave these guys a try and I'm happy to report I don't regret it. The burgers are so good and the fries are tasty as well. I definitely want to try more of the menu. My family are big fans of this place, especially after a long day and getting back home late. The restaurant is pretty small inside, simple nothing much to talk about. There was a few younger people working that were very nice, seemed super hard working. The burger my wife got the single Michelin and I got the double. I added peppers to my burger. I loved this burger, the patties are smashed but are not super thin so you get a nice super beefy meaty flavor. The bun was super soft, i really thought the peppers gave it a nice bite with a light spice and tang to go with the house sauce. Really good burger, super messy but worth the mess. The restaurant wasn't busy--there were only two other couples inside, and everyone seemed to be sitting quietly waiting for their food. I came here with my girlfriend for lunch because the Yelp photos and the "engineer turned burger visionary" story made me think this spot might be special. What we got instead was the biggest grease ball either of us have ever tasted. We ordered two "Michelin Combos" -- which, by the way, are no different from their regular combos (I still don't understand why they exist) -- and a chicken sandwich to share. My double burger had no texture whatsoever. You don't bite it, you compress it. The bun was so saturated in grease it could barely support its own weight. The taste? Pure fat, no flavor. If you're wondering, yes -- that's 70/30 beef, and it shows. The chicken sandwich was an even bigger insult. Thigh meat. Not breast -- thigh. That's the cheapest, laziest cut to use for a sandwich, and it was overcooked to the point that the meat had turned dark and dry. It had zero flavor, just a burnt, stringy texture that screamed neglect. The fries? I've seen more potato in a bag of crumbs. Tiny, broken bits that looked like fryer debris more than food. Nothing about this meal had quality control. My girlfriend and I drove home in silence. That quiet kind of disappointment where you question every decision that led you there. I went straight to the shower and brushed my teeth -- because I genuinely felt greasy. Not just my hands -- my soul. And to the owner -- yes, I know you're reading this. From one engineer to another, your quality department has failed you completely. Your grandmother would be ashamed of what's coming out of that kitchen. We were in our way back to L.A after catching a game at Morongo Field. We were hungry and Yelp lead me to this hidden gem. Nice Guys sits quietly in a shopping center with plenty of parking. Place is clean and spacious. You order through a Kiosk. My friend ordered a single Michelin combo I ordered the double. The burger was juicy and full of flavor. The fries were cooked perfectly with just the right amount of season and crisp. The owner was very welcoming and nice. He actually came to check on us and made sure he had the order right. Couple things I might say the sodas weren't to cold. Maybe having some cups and ice available would be a great suggestion. Maybe napkin holders on the tables because the burger is so juicy your hands can get a little messy while eating. We live in the L.A area but I'll definitely be making a drive back to have another burger. Thank you Nice Guys for serving up some great comfort food. read more

I've been here twice, the first time to try it out and the second time to validate my first time visit thoughts. The food is good, don't get me wrong, but it's nothing super special. I had seen a lot of their posts on social media, so I figured I'd check it out. I went at night and ordered the Michelin burger combo. They were out of the two sodas I wanted which wasn't a big deal. When I got the burger, it looked like the grill might not have been cleaned in a while. I wish I had taken a photo because it had that black greasy residue coming off the patty and on the buns. A friend of mine who used to work at INO pointed it out when we were looking at our orders. The fries were decent but the second time I went they were soggy. I'm just going to go in, the hot chicken sandwich I ordered from this place pissed me off. I mean, I don't know a good way to say it. Yes, I could say it just was not good, or it lacked flavor, but then I wouldn't be the honest foodie that I am. The chicken was slightly undercooked in the middle, the bread was soggy, the slaw served no purpose, and the bread fell apart when I took one bite from it being so wet. Oh, and that one bite, I spit it out. The fries were heavily salted, and if they could talk, I'm sure they would beg for forgiveness. Honestly. My instinct said, "Leave," when I walked in the door. I don't know why, actually, that's a lie, because I do know why, but it doesn't matter because I still ordered. Sometimes, I give passes when I notice, I'll just say, certain things. And, I thought about calling them, and sharing my experience, in an opportunity for them to redeem themselves. I never do that, by the way, but it was that bad. However, I know how much worse this review would be, if I was told that I would have to bring the food back, or if they insinuated that I was just trying to get a free meal. When I walked in, there was no greeting because no one was upfront, no big deal. After I ordered, someone from the kitchen came and asked my name, and nodded in confirmation of my order. I walked back to the corner and stood up against the wall. I noticed an older gentleman come upfront, looked at me a few times saying nothing. He had a frown his face and seemed annoyed as he assisted the beverage company. As he finished up with them, he started to change his gloves, stopped as if he changed his mind, looked up at me, then, turned and walked towards the kitchen. Seconds later, he returned and made it his business to let me see him put new gloves on. I'm thinking maybe he saw me snap a few pictures and thats why he was agitated. I don't know, because I always try to be discreet, and would even ask IF SOMEONE WAS PRESENT- look, theres no one. It's a decent looking spot, and was very clean. There was no customer service so I wont comment on that. Anyway, all that aside, what you're not going to do is hand me a trashy meal, and a greasy bag, with a smile on your face and expect that I say nothing. And, by the way, thats exactly where it went. Please pay attention to your presentation, your fry time, your food cooking temperature settings, and change your oil more frequently. Most importantly, be NICE. Been going here with my friends for a while. The food and service here never disappoint! The ambience is a simple hole-in-the-wall burger joint. It shares a big parking lot with other shops, and there's a few tables to dine-in with. The burgers here are simple and perfect. No crazy additions at base, but fully customizable if that's your preference. The hot dogs are also tasty and juicy. The workers themselves don't feel like employees, but like regular people. Cozy mom and pop type place that specializes in burgers (they have chicken sandwiches and hot dogs as well) located in a strip mall in Rancho. At the time of my visit, there were two people in the shop running it and they were both friendly. At its core, this place has a streamlined menu and delicious smash burgers and the space is not high on frills. I came in on National Cheeseburger Day (5/28/25) and ordered the Michelin burger combo which came with fries and a soda. So I can't speak for the other menu items, but that chicken sandwich looks really tasty. The burger was delicious and had a nice crisp but definitely a lot of bite as these burgers were a little thicker than other smash burgers I've had. The fries were also very crispy, fresh, and delicious. The meal costed about $13, which felt like a really reasonable price for everything. If you are looking a great burger (or chicken sandwiches or hot dogs) at a more than reasonable price in a relaxed chill neighborhood setting, this is a really great spot. I left a review on their Instagram page but he deleted it so I decided Yelp would be best. I have been here a few times and the first time I went the location was fairly newly opened, and I recommend it to so many people because the burger was good. Now I am a bit embarrassed because of how dirty this establishment is. Not just the tables but the grills, counter tops, and kiosks. There are limited workers so I didn't mind wiping a table down myself so I asked for some napkins to do that. The worker seemed annoyed that I asked for napkins and said he would be over to clean it. He came over with a bucket of water that was near black with a towel inside it and wiped it down leaving it wet and smelling like the dirty water. I wiped it try with some napkins I found on another table and the napkin was black. That's what made me start looking around to see the whole cleanliness, or uncleanliness of the restaurant. I had ordered a chicken sandwich wanting to give their other menu items a try, the chicken was undercooked and breading was burned but I didn't say anything because I had already decided I wouldn't be returning. The flavor of the burger went down significantly, and you can tell the grill isn't cleaned often, or maybe not properly by the patty and bun. Also, if you watch his videos on Instagram you can see how dirty the walls around the grill and ingredients are. I love a good hole in the wall restaurant but hole in the wall doesn't equate to dirty. Small businesses are usually really good at keeping their business clean. He is a really nice man, but I don't think he takes criticism very well just by reading his responses to other reviews that didn't like it. FB's been blowing up my feed w Nice Guys Burgers like it's the hottest gossip in town, so naturally, I had to investigate (w my tastebuds)...... These guys really are nice!!! I ordered their Double Michelin Burger bc if it's got "Michelin" in the name, my taste buds expect fireworks and possibly a dopamine overdose!! Also grabbed a chicken sandwich that was the size of a small toddler (it was humongous!!). Flavor was spot on.... juicy, crispy.... but it was dark meat, which is fine, but I'm a white meat diva. I'd gladly fork over extra cash for that poultry privilege!! Back to the burger... super tasty, amd delicious, no doubt... but definitely looked taller in the photos?!?! What can I say other than THIS PLACE IS A HIT! I came here once on a whim, yelp had recommended me. However, I've returned over and over and brought new people to try these burgers and fries out. Nice guys is an awesome place. The workers are usually pretty chill, usually with a smile. The food speaks for itself. It's delicious! My family and I have only tried the burgers and fries. I usually ordered a double Michelin burger (SMACKS) and fries (don't even need a sauce sometimes I finish the entire bag on the way home so I have to order two fries. We had one of the most horrible experiences. My partner and I had ordered Hots dogs and a burger. Upon almost finishing the hot dogs, we noticed something slightly moving on the hot dog tray. When we looked carefully it was a fly. When we showed it to the employee and he called his manager. The manager shoved us off saying that he had done an inspection recently and there can't be any bugs. But clearly there were many flies flying around the food and the sauce bottles. All the reference has been attached to this post. If the manager had acted kindly or at least acknowledged the situation we would have felt at least little better. But he simply said since we ate the food , it cannot be refunded, I had literally thrown away the last bite upon seeing the fly. This is clearly very disturbing and an extremely bad behavior. We have reported them to the County. And to anyone watching please be careful. They will never be accountable even when they are at fault. read more
