Disappointing quality. At the drive through late at night, we ordered two combos with fries, paid $28, and they gave us hot fries that were hard and potatoless, meaning they refried the fries (probably multiple times) and what we got was hard exoskeletons of what was once fries. Not even the ranch dressing could save them. This is not what I paid for. I didn't realize I was supposed to specify what quality of fries we wanted. No pics due to driving while eating. read more

After spending Christmas in Las Vegas, we were heading home. We thought Cako needed to go to the bathroom but in reality, I did. Too much coffee! After going into the casino, we felt a little hungry...ok a lot of hungry...LOL! McDonald's was really crowded so we headed here. Two cars ahead of us...took perhaps less than 10 minutes. Flame broiled burgers do taste better. Fries actually tasted like Mickie Ds...LOL! But I do like the generous bacon! We drove around back and ate in the parking lot. So much easier than McDs. Got to the location at 8:30pm noticed the open sign on, decided to stop for burgers. Went to the drive thru and was ignored for 15 minutes. We decided to go in as the hours online stated they were open till 10pm but the doors were locked and although it was clear the woman inside heard us she continued to ignore us. Seems like this location opens and closes when they please and you'll get tended to if the employees feel like it. Wouldn't bank on being able to get service properly even when open, they don't mind shunning away paying customers. So rude. read more

The man at the register was wearing a jersey and a hat like he's at the Super Bowl. If you want to let employees do that they should only get thatprivilege based off their performance. Most incompetent workers I've experienced at a Carl's Jr! Minimal customer service, the guy taking the drive through order mid 40s black male was the worst! Also a younger girl lied about putting condiments in the bag when we asked for ranch and ketchup. They both looked miserable and barely there . Our entire order was wrong!! All they need to do is listen to what people are ordering and put it in a bag! I get it it's hot and they seem to have no experience so probably working for minimum wage and that's why they doing bare minimum. If you can't do a simple job or unhappy because you actually have to get up in the morning and try in life QUIT!! . My order was the Western Bacon Burger Combo $11.38, kind of an odd price, but in this inflationary economy, vendors must be nimble with pricing. On my way back from Delta, Utah yesterday, I stopped here to get dinner to-go because the drive was quite long. The place was empty inside from the looks of it when I walked in. I ordered the Monster Meal with an extra side of fried zucchini. The food took about 5 minutes to be made as you'd expect when you walk into a fast food joint that does not have a big crowd inside. When the food was ready I went to the truck and began to eat. When I opened the box that my monster burger was in to my surprise the burger was QUITE MESSIER THAN NORMAL. They used way too much ketchup and mustard. So much that was all over the inside of the box. Besides that all else was good, The Fries were crispy and the zucchinis were hot and crunchy. If I ever come here again I hope to have not so messy food. read more

Trying the new Jalapeño burger and it was ok. Taste great but looked bad. Just poor burger building and choice of lettuce to give this look and was nothing like the picture shown. The taste was great from the beef patties to the extra cheese and jalapeños mixed in with a sauce. The burger was spicy hot and just right for me, mild hot I guess. Abominable. They had someone on the counter who was still in training and was totally unqualified to be running the register. The customer before me had a huge error in their order and it took almost 10 minutes for them to get it straightened out. We told the people that my wife was allergic to iceberg lettuce, and the shift supervisor said, "Oh no, we don't use iceberg anymore, we just use leaf lettuce. So when my wife's order came, you guessed it... Iceberg lettuce. I took it back and asked them to fix it, and they did... But instead of preparing a new hamburger they scraped the old iceberg off and left a bunch of it. You can't make mistakes like that when people are dealing with food allergies. The restrooms were poorly maintained. This entire location needs to have its staff retrained, from the owner down to the newest counter clerk. 0/10 would not go back. read more

Admittedly, Carl's Jr. isn't the most healthful food out there. But, it does have some rather interesting menu items. We found ourselves in Primm shopping at the outlet mall. The food court in the mall wasn't very tempting in regards to choices, so we chose this place outside of the mall. Because the mall and this place is really in the middle of nowhere, it seems kind of eerie. It's weird to describe. We're familiar with the food at Carl's Jr. and knew what we wanted to eat. My wife had the Famous Star and I had the Chicken Strips with fries. Overall, the food was good and as expected for a chain restaurant. It's greasy food, no gourmet, so you can't expect much. The gentleman who took our order was funny, bubbly and got the order correct. The dining area of the restaurant could use a bit more cleaning. It wasn't super dirty to prompt us to leave or to say, "ick." But just a little more sweeping of the floors and wiping the tables would help. Nothing against the food or what we ordered - that was okay. One more thing to mention. My wife had to use the restroom, and she immediately came back out because she said that there wasn't any toilet paper and that is was a bit dirty. She waiting until after we ate to use the restroom, and found that the toilet paper had bee refilled. But she still mentioned that the bathroom was dirty. If we were to visit Primm again, I would come back here to Carl's Jr. read more

We stopped here on our way to California. We needed a much-needed pitstop and decided "Carl's Jr. sounded good. This is the busy part of town with outlet stores behind it, gas stations and a gambling resort. We ordered a regular hamburger and a chicken burger with bacon and swiss. Nothing spectacular. Buns were moist and fluffy, but overall our burgers were a little sloppy and messy. The fries were delicious and the kids enjoyed the chocolate shakes! Bathrooms were nothing spectacular. They seemed a little cold and outdated and did not provide a mirror for our viewing pleasure! I'm sure we looked scary in our travel outfits and hairdo, but hey, that's how we roll! Be careful and make sure your order is correct. Stupid Asian dude with the glasses working Saturday morning at 10am (1/6/18) behind the counter who took our order doesn't know how to do his damn job. We ordered two breakfast burger combos 1 with coffee and 1 with a medium drink and a #10 combo with a medium drink. ***Keep in mind it was repeated twice that we also wanted a #10 COMBO with a medium drink*** We got our coffee cup and our 2 medium drinks which was correct. However after getting our drinks at the soda machine we noticed the receipt stated 2 breakfast burger combos with hash browns coffee and soda BUT charged us for 1 medium soda and not the #10 combo which was the lettuce wrap and the fries. Sister went up and stated he forgot my lettuce wrap and fries his dumbass didn't even get our order right smh. Then he charged my sister on a separate receipt with just the lettuce wrap why the fuck would we have to buy a whole combo when he charged me for a full drink idiot. I then went up and said you missed the total order of the COMBO. If he would've gotten the order right the first time it wouldn't have been an issue. I walked away the least he could've done is apologize and given me a damn order of fries BUT of course my lettuce wrap came to our table a few minutes later AFTER the breakfast burgers came AND didn't have no fries.
