Very clean Taco Bell located in the same parking lot as the deserted Primm outlet mall. Good stop on the way to Vegas since it's still 45 minutes out. I haven't been to a Taco Bell in quite a long time but was surprised that there were two bean and cheese burrito options, one with real cheese and one with nacho cheese. I got the one with real cheese which was $1 more. The burrito was so small, it was smaller than my hand. Tasted fine but was tiny! read more

We ordered a Mexican Pizza meal with two Doritos supreme tacos, a Cream Soda freeze, and a taco and burrito through the drive thru. Ordering was a little confusing since the worker was talking pretty fast. We got our food but immediately realized they forgot the Mexican Pizza. However, they were nice about it and offered a free Mountain Dew which we declined. Food tasted great; not cold and very accurate to what we ordered. Walked in and started towards the front counter, employee very rudely told my boyfriend that he needs to use the kiosk on the side. We ordered, and waited 20+ minutes for our food. We had time to sit and wait, fill up gas, come back, and it still wasn't ready. They had only 3 people behind the counter, and even so, they worked at a dangerously slow speed. Over 3 groups cancelled their orders and walked out. At least our order was correct when it came out and food was warm. Wouldn't reccomend stopping here if you're on a time crunch like us. read more

I usually don't mind using the self service kiosk at all. But as soon as I walked in the employee told me it was a must. That apparently they don't take your order anymore. I think he just delivered my order to me at the drive through because the other guy who took my order was busy with another guest. All the negative reviews are old and this place looks like they've renovated and improved since then. We ordered chalupas, nachos, and a burrito. Just stopped in on our road trip (8pm on 4/6). We were promptly greeted by the friendly staff. We placed our order at one of the kiosks because we are wildly indecisive. Our order came out fresh and quickly! We were missing a taco but the person making our food caught the error before we did! Louis got our freezees for us and was very nice! Was troubling to visit this establishment, but went ahead and did it. I was surprised that the people were very happy , my cashier was upbeat and happier than people claimed they are. Went to this Taco Bell on the way home to California on 4/9/23 at 10:45am. We asked a ton of questions about so many items and the girl was so pleasant and didn't seem annoyed but was happy to answer our inquiries. Now on to the food, ours was awesome! I pulled one of the employees aside as I left to tell him how this was the best experience I have ever had at a Taco Bell, a restaurant which I've frequented at many locations for two decades. I was immediately greeted by an incredibly friendly staff and they were chatty and kind with my kids, the restaurant was immaculate, and the food was the highest quality of any Taco Bell I've ever had. When I went here sometime ago while at the Primm Outlets, I never had a problem. The dining area was fairly large. It was both a KFC and a Taco Bell. They were definitely ready for the mass population craving cheap fast food. This location was one of the "better" Taco Bell/KFC I have been to. Keep in mind this location can be busy because this, correct me if I'm wrong, the ONLY Taco Bell/KFC for miles. So why deduct the 2 stars? Well charging for water is ridiculous, and the restroom is laughable considering the business owner should know this is going to be a congested Taco Bell/KFC per their location. I wasn't expecting anymore than any other Taco Bell or KFC because what more can you really expect? They have standards, and this was as standard a Taco Bell and KFC that I've been to, if not above standards due to the larger dining area and dare I say cleaner. This place is the dirtiest. Stop here on my way to Los Angeles and got a 5 layer burrito and regular taco and a cheesy Gordita crunch. I ate the burrito ugh half way through my stomach started hurting so I had to rush all the way to baker to use the facilities. Did not eat the other 2 items I got. Finally arrived at my moms and left the other items in the frig. My bro ate one of the items, he was fine finally he ate the other item HE GOT FOOD POISONING!!!! I've stopped here before and same stomach problems happened ugh this place is the dirtiest always out of stuff needs to be shut down and under new management.
