Both times leaving from Vegas we got hungry just a couple miles out of town and stopped at Carl's Jr. First time for lunch, sencond time for breakfast. Both times we got great service, if a bit slow, especially at breakfast, and it was pretty empty both times. The food is good, we've gone through the menu from their famed big burgers, to chicken, onion rings, fries, salads and breakfast. All of it was more or less good, a nice change from your regular chains. read more

After spending the whole day in Las Vegas we needed to grab a quick bite to eat before heading to Los Angeles. We decided to stop in at this restaurant because it was conveniently located, but the pros of this restaurant ends here. The employee taking the drive-thru order was rude, the food took forever to get, and in the end like Hardee's the food was overpriced and not that good. Overall, the night staff may have been off, but we didn't enjoy our experience or the food. If we ever come back to the area we would try and find some other place to eat even if it was a bit off the beaten path. read more

Holy heck. We pull up to order just a 5 piece chicken by itself. The first contact with a Carl's employee in the drive thru was asking us "did you order something"? No, I'm in your drive thru picking roses. Yes I ordered something you moron! We were kind and answered yes and told her what. Then we sit forever waiting. Long enough I had to honk my horn to get their attention and the girl comes and apologizes they forgot to make our 5 piece chicken and their just now doing it. Mind you...WE'RE THE ONLY CAR. My potato fries tasted when I reached the bottom of the lightweight cardboard container like someone with an extreme case of gingivitis spit into the container and the fries at the bottom absorbed the gingivitis contaminated spit horrendous experience!! My family and I went to this chain at about 1:20 pm on 1-26-19. I had the WORST experience in the drive through. As we waited for several minutes, we were asking if the speaker was broken, and heard nothing. Another several more minutes went by, we ask again if the speaker was working. Finally a female employee replies, "I was busy (yelling) AND THAT'S WHY I DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING!", after this rude attitude was thrown at us, we backed out from the drive through and left. It would have been nice for the employee to even welcome us and let us know that she was busy, but no, all we got was ignored and a rude attitude. I work in customer service and I WOULD NEVER treat a customer like that, and at least acknowledge my customers and not just leave them waiting, then have the nerve to be deliberately rude. I make frequent trips from the Central Coast to Utah. The one thing that I look forward to is stopping at Carl's Jr in Primm. The food is fresh but most important is the awesome friendly Staff I look forward to seeing. Ashley and Melvina are absolutely the most welcoming pleasant ladies I have ever encountered in my long life. Their smiles and kindness truly make my day. This is the second time I've eaten here and will not be returning. I ordered the Charbroiled Chicken BBQ sandwich which was actually pretty disgusting. Horrible. I'm not a big fan of fast food and am not applying Michelin standards here, but this place is just horrible. Horrible. Problems: 1. The bags of fries were cold, had breakfast potato shrapnel (not even the whole piece) as well as curly fry chunks mixed/hidden under the actual fries I ordered. This is true on 4 orders. 2. Cold food...across the board. All 4 meals, all items 3. Undercooked chicken sandwich. Even with the aid of a vat of hot grease you can't get the chicken cooked all the way? Sheesh. Toss all this in a bag and shove it through the drive thru window where customers aren't likely to come ask for a refund...great strategy. Losers. Am I expecting a lot from a fast food restaurant? This Carl's Jr. Needs new management. We went through today on our way back from Vegas. $36 order. Asked for ranch and ketchup. They handed us a large bag and I looked in and there is nothing. So we wait until they open the window and ask again. We ask again and get the condiments with no apology nothing. I check the bag quickly to make sure we have everything and then we leave. Once on the road I pass out all the food. The chicken club sandwich is in fact a bbq chicken sandwich. we went through the drive-thru at about 8:45 this morning the woman that took our order was very pleasant we got two chicken Santa Fe sandwiches and one Beyond famous star and coffee. I got the coffee right away it was nice and hot and just the way I like it as good as Starbucks. The two Santa fe's were juicy white meat chicken and the beyond meat was to die for. I stopped at the drive through window for a burger on my way home from work, didn't think anything of it till the next morning when I went to pay bills that my credit card I used the night before at Carl's Jr. was missing. The first thing I did was checked my account and sure enough there were charges at Primm Outlets later that night. Nike, Levi's, The Gap and Primm Valley gift shop. She took my credit card and USED MY CARD AT THESE LOCATIONS INSIDE PRIMM OUTLETS MALL ACROSS THE PARKING LOT! I did inform the manager inside Carl's Jr. and have filed a police report with Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Dept. As far as I'm aware the girl still works here, so stay clear of this Carl's Jr. AND KFC/ TACO BELL right next door. The Manager/ Owner at Carl's Jr. says she works there as well. Worst Carl's Jr. experience. We waited for 20 minutes in the drive thru after they took our order only for them to have not taken our order at all. He repeated an order multiple times that was not ours and each time we told him that was not our order and then he proceeded to ignore us when we asked if he had taken our order at all.
