Dead fly in Protein Style Cheeseburger
    Matthew N.

Recently stopped by In-N-Out and had an extremely frustrating experience. We went on a busy Saturday night, which is pretty typical for this location, but this visit had multiple issues across our group. I ordered a cheeseburger protein style, and right before taking my first bite, I noticed a dead fly in the lettuce. I brought it up to the cashier, and they quickly remade it, which I appreciated, but the replacement was sloppily wrapped and there was no additional acknowledgment or compensation for the situation. One friend ordered a protein style burger with fries, but her order was never called. After waiting about 10 minutes, she went up to check and was told her order had been lost. They re-entered it, but placed her at the back of the already long queue, so by the time she got her food, the rest of ours was already cold. Another friend specifically requested no onions, but her burger still came with grilled onions, which ended up ruining her meal. I've been to this location multiple times and it's usually a standard In-N-Out experience, which made this visit especially surprising. Unfortunately, with multiple errors across one visit, it left a pretty negative impression, and I don't see myself coming back anytime soon.

This was our first time having In-N-Out Burger as we were in town for a family vacation. We had heard various things about of In-N-Out burger and wanted to try it for ourselves to see what all the hype was about. We were not impressed to be honest. The burger, fries, and shake were just mediocre and left us unimpressed. We found Five Guys to better than In-N-Out Burger. The restaurant was clean, but super hectic with the amount of people waiting for their orders. However we appreciate the friendliness of the staff and how they hustled to make our food.

You can't go wrong with the protein style to have your patty wrapped in the lettuce. They also have pup cop and dog patty $1/each, perfect to treat your fur babies

Came to In-N-Out on Friday the 13th to have lunch. Upon my arrival as usual In-N-Out was busy in the drive-through & not so busy on the inside. So I decided to go in and order my food to go. As usual, the staff were very friendly, courteous, and very helping to ensure that my order was right. As usual, the restaurant was clean & organized. My order came out in a timely matter. Only thing I could say is my shake could've used a little more to the top. And the floors could've used a little bit of mopping. But besides that as usual, it was a great lunch at In-N-Out Thank you guys for your service and for the great lunch.

This western state staple is quite standardized across all location and this one holds up to par. With equally decent pricing, quality and service--the burgers are always fresh and hit the spot. The fries can be hit or miss but this location's were on point. Bathrooms were clean too. Definitely just as busy as all other locations, with two drive thru lines that merges into one for checkout, we got through relatively quickly for how long the line was.

Small menu done well. In from FL and had to get me some In-n-out. Cashier was a little distracted but got our order correct. Dining area was squeaky clean as usual. Burgers were hot and juicy. Fries were very good. Not sure how they do it but so good. Consistent food. For less than 20 bucks for two of us splitting a drink and fries.

10/23/25 - My wife & I flew in from Chicago today picked up my sister & went to In & Out Burger. We don't have In & Out Burger in Chicago so it's a nice treat to have a burger from In & Out. We all had a double double in & out burger & split 2 orders of fries (they are very large orders & more than enough. For us out of staters In & Out is a rare treat as we don't have them in Chicago. My sister lives in Virginia & this was her first time eating @ In & Out.

Husband and I went to get In-N-Out today and my husband is on a particular diet so he requested 3 patties with only cheese protein style and I requested a burger no onion protein style. We received his not protein style. When he went in to get the correct order they gave him protein style but with all the condiments. He asked for them to remake it with 3 patties cheese protein style. He received his burger with two patties but then they took my hamburger protein style and changed it to a bun.

Sadly there are no in-n-out burger restaurants anywhere near where I live, so when I visit a city where there is one I always must go! I think what I like the best is the simplicity, the consistency, the professional staff members and the quality of the food. I always love an animal style burger with some well done fries. Perfection!

    Double double with everything. Simple.

Good service. Clean restroom. Good food. Long line outside at the drive thru. No line inside. There's a Cost Plus World Market in this plaza, too. I like this area. Lots of places to shop.

Fast Service. Great hospitality. Clean establishment and friendly when asked for any extra condiments. The food was 10/10 and HOT ! Exactly how we ordered it

If you havent hit up an In and Out already, you're missing out. Been coming here for years and the its remain consistent on burgers and flavors! Service is always top notch from dining to drive thru- always friendly and patient no matter how busy they get. Not much indoor seating especially on a busy day but there is also some outdoor seating.

I am not a big fan of fast food but sometimes here and there hungry get here and I find myself on the road! In-N-Out will always be where to go. It has healthy options (protein style) and friendly staff. It is so wonderful to see everyone there offering a great service with the best attitude. That service will never failed! Beautiful day to seat outside. It was very loud inside, and very birdy outside .. poor pigeons.

Finding a spot can be frustrating. What I do find interesting is the variety of meats. You can get the usual steak and pork, but they also have things like lengua, tripa, cabeza, and even brain. If you're adventurous with your meat choices, there's definitely a lot to explore. The ordering system is also interesting. Different meats have different lines, so if you want several types, you basically have to move from one line to another. That's kind of fun in theory, but when the place is packed, it becomes a lot of waiting. One thing I wasn't a fan of was the tip box being right in front of you while ordering. I noticed some people tipping before they even got their food, and it gave me the impression that maybe people are hoping for bigger portions or extra stuff. The atmosphere can be crowded and chaotic, if you are first timer. The food and the whole concept are definitely interesting, but with the parking, crowds, multiple lines, and long wait, the service experience was below average for me. Worth trying once if you want to experience the different meats. It's just my opinion, I will suggest separate the guacamole from the tacos, some people put everything but I feel soggy and messy. My suggestion just cilantro and onions and everything on side but again they didn't give me the guacamole on side. From my experience from parking, the long waiting , service, price and the food taste....its not like wow so it's just more like new experience.

One of the things that made us go was the promise of clam chowder. Now I have been a huge clam chowder fan ever since I was a young child, so clam chowder and a salad sounded absolutely amazing. We took the ride over to Town center where we found the place pretty easily. Park the car and went inside. The place was nicely appointed, although when we walked in no one of was at the front counter for a moment. And then someone showed up and we gave him our order which was two salads, two clam chowders and a couple of drinks. We sat and waited, and eventually our order came up. The clam chowder came in a small cardboard cup, with some oyster crackers. I wanted to have the clam chowder before I dug into the salad, so I opened it up. Was it looked like the milk had separated, and it looked very watery. I tasted it and it had a really odd taste to it. I showed it to my girlfriend who tasted and said don't eat any more of this. This is spoiled. Ewww ..... not good. I took it back out to the front, at first. They wanted to exchange it for the tomato soup, but since I do not like tomato soup I said Well, why don't we just take it off our bill. Since I had paid with the InKind app, she had to reach out to the manager to see about doing that. They were unable to refund the money but they said they were going to "Make it right" and that the manager would call me the next day. Well, the next day came and went, so I decided to wait an extra day before writing my review. Since this happened on a Saturday, and the manager was supposed to call me on a Sunday. I definitely had some Grace as I am sure the last time you wanted to do on a Sunday was deal with customer problem. So Monday came and went and still no message. I don't know about you, but if there was a customer problem with spoiled food I would have reached out ASAP to make sure I got it right. Sadly that did not happen. As someone who has been in the food service industry, I know how critical it is to take care of something that went wrong, ESPECIALLY if it involves spoiled food! In this case I felt discounted, uncared for, and that my business (and well being) really didn't matter at all. I did have a pleasant experience with the salad though, which is why I gave it three stars. The people behind the counter were gracious, but the lack of follow through on the part of management is something that really sticks in my craw. Bottom line? I doubt that I'll be going back to Chop Stop again based on this experience. This is sad, because this place has a lot of potential.

Same order I get at Cane's. I figured that would be a good way to compare them. I definitely have a preference. Before I get to that, a bit about what I received. The toast was...toast. Not as thick and fluffy and the closest comparison. More toasty and more salty. The chicken fingers were actually pretty good albeit a bit small. They were hot, fresh and tasty. The sauce they came with was fine but mostly forgettable. I don't know why but it just didn't stand out to me. The fries had potential but were so very over seasoned. Some I didn't eat at all. Some I brushed off as much of the seasoning as I could. Yes, I was a fine seasoning but so so salty. I don't use a lot of salt. Partly for health reasons and partly just a long time personal preference. Finally, the coleslaw. Cool and creamy. Tangy and sweet. Probably the favorite item on my plate. Good service today. Mixed bag of food. Not for those on a sodium restrictive diet. But then what fast food is? I am happy to have had the opportunity to try Zaxby's but I don't think I'll be back soon.
