I couldn't take many pictures, but In-N-Out is my favorite place for a burger and fries! The layout is the same with most other In-N-Outs, and with the woman's bathroom,there is a diaper changing table by the sinks outside of the stalls - there are two small stalls and one larger stall. Hubs had told me he had never had an In-N-Out burger before and knowing we would be near one, I told him he at least had to have the experience once in his life. We were actually able to find one that had indoor seating (I had only been to locations with walk-up or drive-thru ordering and outdoor seating), so that was a pleasant surprise, but it was also PACKED. Staff worked quickly to get people going and we were able to actually dine inside. We both got standard cheeseburgers, but ordered them with fried mustard and I got grilled onion. We went on a busy Saturday night, which is pretty typical for this location, but this visit had multiple issues across our group. I ordered a cheeseburger protein style, and right before taking my first bite, I noticed a dead fly in the lettuce. I brought it up to the cashier, and they quickly remade it, which I appreciated, but the replacement was sloppily wrapped and there was no additional acknowledgment or compensation for the situation. One friend ordered a protein style burger with fries, but her order was never called. After waiting about 10 minutes, she went up to check and was told her order had been lost. They re-entered it, but placed her at the back of the already long queue, so by the time she got her food, the rest of ours was already cold. Another friend specifically requested no onions, but her burger still came with grilled onions, which ended up ruining her meal. I've been to this location multiple times and it's usually a standard In-N-Out experience, which made this visit especially surprising. Came to In-N-Out on Friday the 13th to have lunch. Upon my arrival as usual In-N-Out was busy in the drive-through & not so busy on the inside. So I decided to go in and order my food to go. As usual, the staff were very friendly, courteous, and very helping to ensure that my order was right. As usual, the restaurant was clean & organized. My order came out in a timely matter. This western state staple is quite standardized across all location and this one holds up to par. With equally decent pricing, quality and service--the burgers are always fresh and hit the spot. The fries can be hit or miss but this location's were on point. Bathrooms were clean too. The service and the food was so good. It hit the spot. There was six of us. 1 kid. 1 baby and 4 adults. There was a lot of noise and two older men from a tour bus were yelling. They were also fighting in the bathroom. You got really loud and people were watching. They kept walking by our table and They spilled soda all over the floor right in front of our table and close to the baby stroller. I don't understand why somebody didn't come and make them leave. We used to go to In N Out closer to the strip, but we found this one a little further out and it's so much better! We do get there soon after opening at 10:30AM so there is little to no line. THE FOOD. - #2 Cheeseburger, Fries, Drink | Animal style everything because you can't not do that. The burgers are always cooked perfectly; the secret sauce makes it what it is, in my obnoxious opinion. Animal style fries include a slice of melted cheddar cheese, grilled onions, and their secret sauce. All of it amazing. I've been eating at this fine restaurant for 35 years now and have only had the best burger and fries anywhere anytime. No one can beat their fresh vegetables grilled onions and especially their pricing. Their quality is 10 star bar none. Yes there are fancier burgers with guacamole and bacon but their other places charge much more and the quality of the products can't match in and out. The service and staff are extremely well trained and it shows since they pay their new hires start salaries at $18.50 an hour. The ambiance is always clean and consistent from location to location. Had a great recent experience at this In-N-Out. Our group was starving and had just left the airport rental car area when I suggested we snag some Double Doubles. This location had plenty of parking and surprisingly didn't have long lines. I think it was the first time I ever walked into an In-N-Out and was first in line. The inside was pretty well maintained for having just about every table taken. The servers were extremely nice and quickly got our order out. We ate outside in the perfect 76 degree weather! I've never been head over heels with their fries, but I've always enjoyed their fresh delicious burgers! Fun fact, there were pigeons walking around the sidewalks. If you want some space between you and them throw a hot banana pepper between you and the pigeons. You're welcome! Don't worry they won't eat it so no harm will be done. The burger was fresh, flavors were balanced, had just enough special sauce and it wasn't too sloppy. The closest chain my way that is equal or slightly better is Five Guys.
